Everything about our experience with Romita was top notch. They are extremely communicative, provided education on the repairs needed, were honest about timing and checked in with us while our car was at their shop, and the price was fair. We would wholeheartedly recommend Romita for all your auto service needs!

Great Customer Experience. The office is nice, clean and open. The staff, especially Nezo were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as my vehicle was done, I was notified by a call from Nezo. He took his time to explain exactly what was done. This is definitely a place I would trust again and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Romita Auto for your amazing service!!

They found all the problems I've voiced concern about to other mechanics. I like the report with pictures showing the issues, I liked that they didn't do work without my ok, I liked being kept in the loop and being checked on afterward, and i really liked being treated as a person. Best service I've ever had at any mechanic place. This is going to be my go-to mechanic from now on. They got my jeep running like new. Very happy.

Very kind and friendly staff.Pedro was informative and had the appropriate recommendations for my vehicle that they were able to fix in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for auto repair and maintenance I can feel the difference when driving my vehicle

very unbelievable they consider themselves a top-notch facility. However, they cannot provide an accurate estimate over the phone because they don t believe their system is accurate and want me to take my vehicle in for an inspection even when I am denying it and all I want is an estimate. I knew not to call them I was warned..

I dealt with Nizo on a pre purchase inspection. He was amazing! He and the shop were so professional and communicative. I live in Pittsburg so it was important to find a trustworthy shop before making a big purchase/trade. Don t hesitate to go here! Incredible service! Thank you!!!

My goto autoshop in town. They are honest and has the best customer service. They can give you a ride back home if needed. They do have after hours vehicle drop off/pick up as needed.The only small complaint I have is they are not open during the weekends as far as I know.Nevertheless, I never been disappointed everytime I've had work on my vehicle here.

Outstanding service from Pedro and the team. After the original repair didn t last because of a faulty starter, Pedro and his team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Romita took care of towing my car from my lot to the shop free of charge, and also provided me with a Lyft home. Will be making this my go to shop for the future!

Terrible place. Had my jeep for 2-3 months because it had terrible death wobble, I asked them to look over everything and I will fix as much as I can. They didn't even see that my steering pump seal was leaking, they didn't see that I had blown shocks or uneven tires, they stated that the cause of the wobble was from my 3 link so they pulled it off and pulled off my hydro assist to install a cheaper kit from rough country. Gave it back to me saying it drove fine and to come get it, when i drove home I got terrible death wobble(worse then when I first took it in) and almost crashed into another car. Took it back and they kept it for another month to just adjust the camber and install a rear track. Gave it back saying it drove fine. Yet again I go home and it starts to wobble pretty bad at 45 mph. Fed up with them so I did alot of research and then tried an alignment and caster myself. Front was toe out by almost half an inch!! Way out of spec. Caster was at almost 8 degrees so I back it off to 7. It drove decent for awhile at 45mpg until I took it on the highway above 50mph and waddaya know? More death wobble. Took it to 4 wheel parts and they stated that my wobble is most likely from my unbalanced and uneven tires plus my shocks are blown. I got charged almost 4 grand for a cheap 3 link, ball joints and rear track. I could've used that 4 grand for tires, shocks and bushings for my original 3 link and hydro, would've saved money. This place just wants to capitalize on your inexperience. Make sure you get a few mechanics to look at your car before taking romita at their word.

I go to Romita for my auto repairs, and am very happy with the results! They recently did free warranty work on my vehicle no questions asked, and also provided a free Lyft ride. The workers were attentive, professional and courteous. I am very pleased! Thank you, Romita Auto Service!!!

The Service Representative (Nezo) was courteous & very informative.The Technicians are very knowledgeable! They were honest & saved us a few hundred dollars from original quote. Great experience overall!

Overall I had a decent experience. Fair price for smog cert and inspection. I loved that they have transport available (one way only). Generally good customer service in terms of friendliness on the phone and in person.I gave them 2 stars because of their time and update considerations. I dropped my car off a bit before 9am. By midday I still had not heard back. I called for an update, the gentleman was friendly and said he d call me shortly with an update as their technician wasn t there to inspect my car. By 4/4:30 pm I still hadn t heard anything and they close at 5:39. I finally get there and they had just finished. It took all day to get my car inspected and smog completed.

Pedro is an excellent service advisor! As a woman I feel that Romita is a trustworthy auto service shop. Really appreciate their knowledge and expertise! Consummate professionals! Highly recommend!

Exceptional service from beginning to end. ROMITA AUTO SERVICE is the perfect blend of corporate mechanic shops whose names & policies you trust whose structures, lounges and surroundings are kept clean (even immaculate!) WITH the personal touch of an organic Mom & Pop shop!While everyone I encountered and engaged with was friendly, Pedro was my main contact, my service advisor and whether it be giving me a precisely-detailed description of the services to be provided with their costs to providing transport to and from their establishment to keeping me in the loop with timely updates throughout the process (without me having to chase him down even once!) the service & accommodations provided by Pedro were top-notch.Oh, and by the way, my 20 year old gas saver is back on the road and driving as good as ever. The issues I had with misfires, startup and a rough ride are now all behind me.This family-run business should be a model, a blueprint for any startup: Not sure to believe me? Go to their website and see what is most likely their entire staff, happy and smiling right on top of their home page or check out their high ratings on the internet. Staff is nice, but it does not make up for what they lack overall. Their misdiagnosis cost me an additional 1500.00 more than it should of. Not the worst place to come to for simple work but I would not trust them with any of my vehicles again. I encourage anyone else that has had an issue with the shop to contact the Burea of Automotive Repair to assist you to resolve your issue.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I've been coming to Romita off and on for years and have always been happy with their service. They are professional, courteous, accommodating, and up front and honest about costs. They have been patient with my numerous questions and I like the fact that you can text the business and communicate that way if necessary. Would highly recommend. Major negligence on their part- U joint clamp wasn t secured properly causing the cap & clamp to come off on freeway. ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS! Thank God driveline didn t touch group, had that happened I m not sure anyone in vehicle would ve walked away! Sure staff is friendly & have positive attitudes & owned up to their mistake can t recall if there was an apology but sometimes even that isn t enough to rectify a situation! God bless

My car had a nasty breakdown on a long trip from Arizona to California. I broke down in Fresno and was towed to Romita. They really helped me through a very difficult situation. My car needed serious eninge repair and this team was professional and understanding. Pedro and his team communicated with me through the entire process and was upfront and honest about the price. My repairs took a few days and they worked as quickly as possible so I could get back on the road to go home . I have now been home two weeks and the car runs as good as new. I am very grateful that during this very tough situation I ended up with such a good fair team that did the job right! After my first time today as a customer at Romita Auto Service, I've decided to make them my regular go-to for all repairs and maintenance. Their technicians are professional and thorough, and are able to fix just about anything. I found their rates to be very reasonable. The friendly front desk staff, Pedro and Nezo, made me feel less nervous about my vehicle by answering all my questions with knowledge and accuracy.
