Thank you so much Yeppo* and staff. I brung my 2017 Kia Sorento LX V6 into Payless Auto. My engine light was on and my car coolant thermostat was reading hot so it seems like my car was overheating... I was given an affordable diagnostic testing and affordable labor work to fix my car. The owner's family and staff take pride and serving the community. They did not do a rush job with my car and finished my car when they felt that appropriate and done correctly. This is a great place to come if you have nowhere to turn to and don't trust anyone to work on your vehicle and are on a tight budget. Thank you Rojelio , and Jose , great workers.

Owner treat people bad after you bring business too his shop and after they did my 4 tire change they miss programs my truck too stop/start. Need too do services never I bring business there never

Great prices, honest, very personable friendly customer service. Yepo really went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to get back on the road. Would recommend them to anyone! The mechanic double checked everything even down to the washer fluid.

My headlight when out on my car. It s 5pm on a Friday night, and Yepo came out and fixed it for me at a great price. Did I mention he s the owner?!! The service was amazing!! Thanks so much Yepo!!

Update: I've gone to these guys for the past 7 years, initially getting used tires installed and brakes and oil changed to now being able to afford new tires! I don't know how their prices are cheaper than online. Never had any issues and if they had the tires in stock it was usually done within an hour. Thanks for all the work you've put in these past years guys and for working with my budgets!Review from 7 Years Ago: Came in here to fix my tire that had a nail in it. It was so cheap they had even given me the price over the phone when I called. Few weeks later there was a weird sound coming from the engine area. Called them again and they said to bring it in and that they would look at it. Took about an hour but they fixed whatever needed fixing and didn't even charge me. Who are these guys???? Thanks Sako!

I usually don t do this unless the place is REALLY GREAT or REALLY REALLY bad. I HAD to give this shop a review, because they were AMAZING! They took me in LAST minute after work, did a full tire/break inspection, fixed my breaks, turned my rotors and offered me the option of new or used tires just bc I said I was on a budget. 4/5 guys worked on my car so I didn t have to wait so long. One gentleman came to make sure I was doing ok in the lobby and offered water. All of this work done for under the price I was going to pay at another shop JUST to fix my back brakes. Kuddos to this shop for giving phenomenal customer service and affordable prices!!! Y all get an A+

Yepo, the owner, really took care of me. He is so knowledgeable about German cars that he quickly helped me resolve my BMW M-series brake issues. He had parts ordered overnight and had me in and out within 3 days!In addition, he was honest and upfront about the different pricing options and hooked me up with a significant deal because I was just a nice guy.I highly recommend Payless Brakes for all your service needs. I will be using them to maintain my badass BMW M-series from now on!

Made my appointment yesterday to bring my car in and was able to get one for this morning. I originally picked this place because I have the warranty through CarMax. Everyone was so nice here! I immediately felt confident that I brought my Fiat to the right place. They told me they may have my car until tomorrow but I already expected that!Around 3pm they called to let me know my car was fixed! I thought it was the alternator but it was cords for the battery. The fact that they fixed it so quickly and even drove the car to make sure it was safe for me to drive - amazing! I honestly have found a new place to take my car. I highly recommend this place for all your needs!!

Payless brakes and tires has the best prices in town. They take pride in their work and their very transparent. The workers are great and the service is above and beyond. Took my bmw there and had the rotors, brakes and sensors changed. They even have a great warranty unlike other places. Ask for Yepo when you get there.

My breaks sounded horrible , So I spoke to Boss man named Yepo. Told him what I needed done , I didn t get the other guys name I apologize ,but his employee got me in a quickness and he finished fast and did a great job. I got my breaks and rotors replaced.I was very happy with there work. Thank you again ! definitely recommend!

Yepo the owner was Amazing! Great deal on brakes and roters... my car was done same day- I had a walk through of what my parts looked like old/new... the price was unbeatable with Jiffy lube and other general quotes! Walked away a happy customer! I'll definitely be back!

Came into Payless brakes & tires because of a flat tire. Management and employees were very polite, efficient and honest. Felt like I was being taken care of by family. 5 stars Highly recommend their services.

I was very happy with the service and great customer service. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family if I lived in Fresno. Believe it or not I came from Bakersfield to meet you son from San Francisco to get his brakes, oil change and tires. Wonderful people here that will take care of you guaranteed!

Poor customer service, manager never available, no set policies, everyone has a different policy. Overall, just trash, the old dad that is always upset and trying to do as little as possible but charge the most, the sons applogize for their dads actions but are no better. Tried to give me some illogical hypothetical, once proven wrong, he hung up the phone. Complete joke. I would not recommend this business.

Payless Brakes & Tires is janky business I would not recommend anyone go there they charge for overpriced cheap parts the older man was nice but couldn t really understand him felt like I was being pressured to buy tires I didn t want overall did not enjoy my experience I d rather pay little extra somewhere else for quality service and parts
