Went in to buy some parts and the young kid at the parts counter had no people skills. He just ignore me and didn t even acknowledge me. So I took off. If I was his immediate supervisor I would give him a coaching session and then drive him to Fresno truck center and let him see how they treat there customers. Most customers would probably put down no stars for there visit but he doesn t represent the service department or the body shop at Pape where those guys are very easy to do business with.

price gouging on all parts. they will change prices everyday or even same day. be Aware always call around and avoid them as much as possible.Update again 10/11/23Thought they would change and was I wrong!! Had a busted water pump on KW in AZ the private shop we took it to had 2 water pumps in stock but they couldn t verify the part number since their closest dealership had their system down. So I gave PAPE a call gave them the vin told me they don t have water pump in stock so I asked for part number and they wouldn t gave it. Wouldn t even gave it to me even though they don t have the part on hand. SMH. Last time purchasing kenworth due to their lack of service.

You wait at least two days before they even take you in.My only suggestion to Pape Kenworth to add more bay and hire more technicians since they very busy. I wish I could get out from there in one day but since they already backed up too much it leaves no choice to you either you wait or go somewhere else.

This store charges way more than other KW dealers on parts. Try to do some research and save some money in this tough time in trucking. This is the dealership you want to skip. Paid almost 200 more for same part but what can you do when you need it.

Parts section is so quick and instructive to people! I loved this store. I found everything I requested except oil filter bc 2022 KW t680 parts are a great problem in nowadays.Good location and good people

Not good place my truck injector very bad and they guys clean the injectors and fixed after 1hour drive then same problem come like engine light on And then after I come again those guys same working injectors clean and then again same problem I hope 1month waste And then I go another dealership in Texas and check what s gone on after they check I have 2injectors bad not good working they guys replace injectors and injectors fuel line leak they fixed that s one after my truck good working so guys good plays they guys just wasted time they don t care you re time they just care his time plz chose good place this is bad no more. I m not given single star but that s rule

I left my truck with them for oil change and they parked my truck in there yard and let my trucks passenger side door unlocked someone went in my truck and took my watch ipad and some other stuff and made a mess in my truck and when i talk to the service manager about it he s telling me he cant do anything about itDont left your truck with them overnight

Very busy business but they do have a system place. You pull a number and wait your turn. It's that simple. No one cutting in front of me. It was surprisingly orderly. I waited about 30 minutes. All the cash registers were busy. The supervisor apologized for my wait but there was no need to. They had what I needed. I was happy to know they make keys. The key worked perfectly. It was great to get a spare. The next morning a student locked keys in truck again.This time we didn't need to call a locksmith to open the door.

Well I had a ring come up missing after they had my truck for 2 days, I had took it off to clean my hands and laid it on the passenger seat. I deliberately left it there because I thought the truck would only be a couple of hours, after 2 days I got in my truck and my ring was gone. Tore the truck apart and no ring. Not accusing anyone but if you don t want something to go missing, take it with you if you leave your truck

One of our businesses is a trucking firm. We deal with truck dealers all the time. All over the country. These guys actually care about what they are doing. Great service. Amazing follow-up. And well prices are prices. Can't really get around that. This is 2020!Need parts. Go here. Need service and you don't have a favorite shop, go here (you guys are huge). Either way, they will treat you right. Thankz Guys... And Gals.

Spent $10,000 after a software upgrade that is screwing up these paccar motors that ran perfect for 450000 miles with no problems. I waited 5 weeks for parts as my truck sat in the shop. After it was repaired I drove 500 miles and SCR RED CODE POPS backup. Techs cant find nothing wrong so they clear codes and charge me another $550.00 FOR A COME BACK JOB. WHEN IS THE DEALER GOING TO ACCEPT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

Parts man utterly unable to find the correct parts,even using my serial number. I needed brake shoes. Both sets were the wrong part.What a cluster. This the second Pape' shop I've had a bad experience at. See my review at the Bakersfield shop.

Typical dealership gets you in there with promises of getting right on the job to secure the work. Used them twice and both times lost a week of work on a 2 day job. Plus side when the jobs were finally complete it was done right.

I ve called and left a voicemail and sent two messages from their website trying to get more info and a price on a truck with no response. Shouldn t be this hard to to give away my money. Will update if I can get ahold of someone and get some info on the truck I m interested in.

Our truck was in their shop for 3 days and they still had not ordered parts they knew were necessary for repair. We operate 20 trucks for over 10 years and we have *never* received as poor customer service as we received from Pape Kenworth

The drivers lounge is a joke. Dirty disgusting ripped up seats. Twenty thirty trucks in the shop with only 5 chairs in the lounge. Dirty floors. Cold no heat. Scared of catching bud bugs from this place

Bought my 680 kenworth from pape kenworth Fresno California and is still under warranty.i am dealing with fifth wheel bushing problem for quiet some time and I fixed it last month and now again I got same problem ,went to dealer in Fresno they said fifth wheel is under warranty but not bushing .very poor after sales service.

Today my husband and I went to look at a Kenworth truck that we saw advertised online. We had the intentions to buy the truck but it seemed like Ryan didn't feel like doing his job today. Jason was kind enough to show us a couple of trucks and when he took us inside Ryan still didn't care enough to even acknowledge us. We were left standing in the hallway. My question is. Ryan why the hell are you in sales if you don't want to help your customers? Your actions today cost your employer money and a bad review.

They never have popular common truck parts in stock always gotta order the parts or filters why are they a dealer if they nsver have any parts. If a semi truck is broken down of a freeway and you go to get a common fuel filter and i was told they were out till monday. How many do they order like w filters. Why are they in business

My wife has a bad oil leak and we drop it off and the gentleman who checked us in could not of been any nicer then what you could be and service is wonderful and fast

Do not care about animal we have a small dog 9 pounds made us set outside with him very hot and dusty was here for over 3hours. On concrete will never be back.
