For my first time getting my oil changed, I had a decent experience. They were friendly and honest about what needed to be fixed/replaced. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because 1). The wait time was 2 hours, and 2). I specifically requested Mobil 1 synthetic oil (they said they could do that and I agreed to pay extra) but they gave me Quaker State oil instead (listed on the receipt). Thankfully, they didn't charge the extra amount. Even though I made my preferences clear during my visit, they didn't follow through. I d visit them again for future oil changes, but I'd definitely double-check which oil they are using to service my car.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now to get my oil changed and I love this place! They just fixed my belt on my car yesterday and it only took about an hour and half and it was $150! I had previously went to another place and they were gonna charge me $850?? Oil guys was super accommodating, I was my 7 month old daughter with me and one of the mechanics opened my door for me and even charged me from car so I didn't have to take my daughter out in the rain. Will always recommend people here! Thank you Oil Guys!

The gentleman that work there are great very friendly and very professional. The employees didn't try to offer me anything extra on things I did not need they just got right down to what needed to be done. I will be going back all the time and referring them to my friends and family. From a very happy customer 5 stars!!!!! I would give them more if I could

10/10 they don't try to sell you extras like air filters and after they check it they tell you the condition it is and how long it will last never had a bad experience with them best group ever

lied and cheated oil shop. They broke my oil pan thread hole after the oil changed, and the oil was leaking for over a night. I went back to ask them to fix it. They said they would order the tool, but it might take about two weeks. I went back after two weeks, and they said they were not servicing or fixing any damaged items in their shop. And it's not just that; just recently, I took my other vehicle for noise brake checking. They said the inspection fee for a brake check is $30, but if I do the new brake, then they won't charge the inspection fee. Then I decided to put a new brake on the back wheel. They charge more than $400. I didn't realize that they included the inspection fee in there until I got home and checked my receipt. I don't recommend anyone go use their service unless there is no other place for oil service in Fresno.

The guys here are fast and efficient, tell you what you need and the best options plus they won't try to upsell you. Parking might be an issue if they're busy though.

So far so good. I've done 3 oil changes in 1 car. 2 in my other car. Almost spent more money than i should have but they recommended otherwise so I appreciate that. And I love that they clean my windows. On top of that they have good customer service.

I always bring my car here. Great service. They even cleaned my windows. They always check your car too for the little stuff. They get you in and out.

They had 6 cars ahead of me but yet they still came out to my car to greet me in less than 5 minutes, very professional & friendly i was a walk in asked if they can change my oil today they explained will be a 45 min wait, but called me within 30 minutes. While servicing my car they showed me how dirty air filter was asked if I wanted it changed. Overall great service, wait area clean and comfortable chairs. I was in and out within an hour even with the long line of carsServices: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Quick and excellent service. They follow the maintenance schedule for your vehicle and tell you what they recommend. When they are done they go over every service that they provided before paying. Just keep in mind that they can get really busy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been bringing all my vehicles here for some years now.Up until now I was satisfied with their services. I noticed that the engine cover on my vehicle is missing. I went in person to talk to Oilguys and one of the techs came out and said these types of cars don t have covers. He then rudely asked me to move my car because they were busy. I left the shop and called them on the phone. I spoke to one of the techs on the and told what happened and that I was a frequent customer and that I was going to take my business elsewhere. He said we don t want to lose your business and said he was going to talk to someone. When he got back on the line he said they were not responsible for something that wasn t there. What upsets me is that they said these types of cars don t have covers when I clearly remember my car having one. This makes me feel like someone is not being honest with me.If someone was being neglectful and didn t do their job properly then own up to it. But don t be rude and tell me there was nothing there when I distinctly remember it being there.Service: Oil change

Used to go here during service intervals for my car but I stopped going to them for 2 reasons: one time I had them change out my rotors and they messed up my sway bar, second time when they changed out my air filter, they ended up not bolting my air box down, left my intake hose loose and left my coolant tank lid open. Will not be going to these guys again, anyone going to them for service make sure to check anything these guys have touched.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

Saw many high reviews for Oil Guys so I decided to get my oil changed there. Very friendly and courteous. They're thorough with checking lights, tires and other fluids. Topped off my washer fluid and even showed me my oil dipstick to show that it was full. Pricing is good for the full synthetic change, other places are $20 or higher for full synthetic. Was in and out fairly quick. I'll be going here from now on for as long as my car is under warranty.

Went for a oil change and they came to told me I had a oil leak on my oil tank bolt, however in fact I went down and checked myself when I got home. They did not torque the oil tank bolt down which would've stopped the leak, rather it was very loose, stay away from this shady place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am impressed on the great service that this business has done for me every time I go there & I've been goin there since they moved into the area which has been at least 2 years. This business is incredible, they are honest, reliable, and efficient. I have been coming here since I bought my first car 5 years ago and I have never been disappointed.
