Brought my Lexus here and Daniel and team were great! They are under new management, and they are really focusing on great customer service. Didn t charge me for my 15k mile service! Definitely coming here going forward!

Everyone here is very friendly and understanding. Had some miscommunication issues and they were very nice about it and didn't even charge me for the fix! Prices are very reasonable and they always find coupons for you. Highly recommend

I m so done with them!I took my car in for a check engine light and I let them know that auto zone scanned it but they said they had to do it themselves but that didn t happen they lied and said I told them to put that part on my car and it was the wrong part they say. Wow! Then I was quoted 3 different totals and was charged the highest one and now my car check engine light still on. I don t trust them at this point. I took my car to check the light! I m not the mechanic they are.

Staff was rude, Argued about the prices I know they offer (they gave me the right price) their system was down, and now 2 hours for a scheduled oil change! Not to mention, They re drinking on the job while playing music extra loud. The manager has been on TikTok the entire time instead of checking on the customers and his staff . Very Unprofessional environment!! I ll be returning to wheelmaxx across the street for my next oil change!

This is now my go-to trusted mechanic! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and also had a coolant leak, which unfortunately turned out to be a bad heater core (an expensive fix). Misty, the new store manager, was knowledgeable, really helpful, took the time to work things out for me, and clearly has a great work ethic. She gave me updates throughout the process, gave me a decent price, and is generally trustworthy, which I can't say about every mechanic or even every Midas location. The master tech Dustin did a great job and I am appreciative of his work. The rest of the team was pleasant and courteous based on my limited interactions with them.

Horrible experience taking my vehicle in to get fix. Store manager Joseph dishonest and made unauthorized repairs on my vehicle, and it's still has the problem I took it in for. They're expensive and your vehicle will still have issues, according to them. It's better to find a honest mechanic and pay them top dollar. Don't waste your money or time with them. They can't even give you a diagnostic print out for the amount you are paying.0 starsService: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this Midas location. I recently moved here from out of state since I was taking both my vehicles to a Midas location previously. Joseph, helped me with my needs since we had trouble transferring my personal information, from my previous home of record store. With great customer service and zero hesitation, he was able to get my cars alignment done. I will be coming here due to their loyalty on putting their customers first. Amazing location. You can definitely count on these guys for whatever service needs you may have with your vehicle. 5 stars, no questions asked!Service: Wheel alignment

Joseph and Will were very helpful, they went above and beyond to get everything I needed to get done on my car. The mechanics Dustin and Qunincey stayed later after closing to complete the work on my car! This is one of the best automobile repair shops in Fresno. Fast, friendly, courteous service, and very knowledgeable. They have good prices, and don't take advantage of the customer, they only do the repairs that are needed . The first time I came in was such a good experience, I came in the following week for a tune up. Will definitely keep coming back, and recommend this place to everyone.

I work long hours and needed my car worked on as soon as possible but everything is closed by the time I'm off work. I got out early one day and called a dozens different places who turned me down before I got to this shop. With only an hour left in their day and still plenty of work on their plate they said they would make time for me & get me taken care of.

They didn't have a part and didn't tell me anything. I don't think a oil change and transmission fluid change shouldn't take 4 and a half hours. When Benrdo was there the other times I went I had no problems. I was late for a appointment also.

Ive read the reviews and im wondering if other customers were probably just having a bad day before going in to this location. I normally take my car somewhere else for an oil change but decided to give this location a shot and Im happy I did! Great price's with coupons easily available online and they got me in and out with no problems. Went over some issue with my car but they did not try to upsell me anything being that im a woman, which other places normally do. Everyone there was great!Service: Oil change

They was really trying to charge for a complementary check I booked over the phone. Then finally told them I booked a com check it s free right even tho it said on a sign . He finally agreed to give me my free complementary. Try to charge me over 900$ for tires alone . And some other stuff . The bill was 6,000 . All I wanted was a tune up and they gave me this estimate . Go to helllMy check engine was for spark plug and coil . That s it.Got tires for 520$ at Walmart . This place seen me a girl and gave me a over 6000$ billOh went to another mechanic and did my tune up .

The staff is great! These guys are awesome! They check vehicles thoroughly and inform you every step of the way! They don't try to pressure you to get repairs, they are very understanding and they know their business very well!!

Super slow service.oil change took at least 1 hr 40mins Manager had a attitude, wasn t friendly. The mechanic guy that did my oil change was very nice. Oil change is $22 with the coupon tax included. if not they charge you $32 for conventional oil change. I hope they find another manager for this place. Would not come back here again.

I went in simply for the fixing of my ac unit. I dropped my car off at 9 am and didn t receive it back until closing. I was notified at 430 pm they broke my compression pin. Then at 5 pm at closing time they told me I wouldn t be able to take my car. They showed me a huge oil spill and said this just happened . They said they needed another 2 grand to fix what they couldn t readily identify. My car was leaking when I took it in and if it was why didn t they say anything until 5pm. The owner isn t knowledgeable and it seems the mechanics are running the show. They were passive when telling me about costs and are clearly overcharging me. I took pictures and will be speaking to my lawyer. I went in for one thing and now they are holding my car saying I must pay for multiple damages that didn t occur until I brought the vehicle into the shop. This is unacceptable and I will not be liable for Midas negligence!Service: A/C installation & repair
