They did an awesome job! Oil change with a full inspection was super easy. They had me in and out without any hassle. Very professional and clean highly recommend!! Thank you again Meineke!

I had a good experience. I just needed and oil change but they do a complete inspection and rotate your tires too. It takes longer than a regular oil change but it's important. For instance I found out my tires were needing to be replaced. They can do that to!Only downside for me is the waiting area is not appealing for that long of a wait and there was no where desirable to walk around the area. I took an Uber home which was completely my choice.

I am so thankful to Craig and the kind staff of Meineke for getting my car in right before the holidays. They were quick to complete the inspection, which was very thorough and insightful. Came in a year ago because I had a overheating issue and a few other issues, they replaced water pump and hoses. Decided to pull it apart 6 months later because I'm getting coolant loss. Coolest is leaking out of the water pump seal and all of the hoses were barely hand tight causing 2 to almost slip off, hoses were also leaking from 2 places which could've been fixed by simply tightening the clamp bolts. So I'm thinking they either didn't use a new gasket or they just didn't clean the surface before installing. Oh and the best part was they made me wait 3 weeks for a water pump on a 2012 camaro. I was able to pull it off and replace the gasket in less then 2 hours. Terrible place terrible service. Makes me wonder if they purposely forget to tighten bolts or change gaskets so they get more repeat customers. Haven't taken a car to a shop in a long time for this very reason, every shop in fresno seems to do some shady stuff to get people to come back. Next time I'll be doing the work myself..

Edit: the top part of this review is the first time we used Meineke, and the second part is the next time we used them. It was a slightly different experience the second time.1) We took our car to this Meineke location to help is clear a code on our vehicle and complete any necessary repairs. I have some experience with fixing cars and our son is a mechanic in another state so we felt that we could accurately assess whether or not they were taking us for a ride or giving us a fair deal.They perform a comprehensive examination of your vehicle when you bring it in. I know they only do it so they can find things to sell me, but I appreciated it anyway. When they completed work on my vehicle they gave me a printout with all of their recommended services and their pricing, which was good to see. You can take or leave any of them and they didn t try to hard-sell me on anything with pressure tactics I probably wouldn t take my car to them for something like changing the spark plugs or an oil change, (because I can take care of those things myself for much cheaper) but I think I would trust them to do repair work accurately for a fair price. Craig behind the counter was very thorough and did his best to explain everything in layman s terms so it was easy to understand. Overall, I would say they are a place I would return to if I need repair work done on my vehicle.2) So, we did return there; this time we took my car in to clear the A-1-4 service indicator that my Honda fit was asking for. As usual, everyone was courteous and professional. They completed the recommended services and did their inspection. They said they recommended replacing the serpentine belt (due to wear) and gave a list of other services to be performed based on mileage. They also said I needed new front brakes and 4 new tires. I can change the spark plugs and filters myself so I saved $300 by doing that at home. The brakes and tires would have run me another $1000 or more so I decided to take my car to Les Schwab to get a second opinion since they do a free inspection. They told me that I actually DON T need brakes or tires yet! (This is the same thing Lithia Hyundai tried to do to me!) Now, sadly, I feel like I can t trust them to recommend anything even with pictures. AND when I got home I discovered that my battery cables weren t tightened down all the way did they do that on purpose with the hope that I would return to the shop? I don t know. I guess the search continues for a mechanic who s not going to take me for a ride.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was Absolutely beyond Impressed with This Meineke shop.The guys immediately informed me as to what's going on with my Mustang.What normally would take 6hrs.They were considerate enough to do the job in 4hrs so I didn't have to wait all day since I was from out of town.Highly recommend this Business!!

Comprehensive and Honest Review Amazing Customer Service yet baffling and ludicrously greedy (can't describe how disgusting two faced it is now)The Good-They provide free estimates and amazing customer service-Front end person helped a lady check her headlights while I was waitingThe Egregiously Horrible just Disgusting I had several things to take care of and wanted FIVE THOUSAND (5K). They wanted to charge me a THOUSAND ($1K) DOLLARS for SPARKPLUGS. To understand just how insane that is I bought the sparkplugs for $100 and with a bit of YouTube it took me 30 minutes quick and easy!!! I called several mechanics and found a family operated and professional place that would do all the necessary work for $1,200Summary Pretty face HORRIBLE personality. They have amazing customer service and will take care of you. They are great in that aspect. They will do a good job and offer warranty for a limited amount of days for their work. It's going to cost you and arm and a leg. Sweet talk while they suck you dry. I believe this was a small chain that was known for fair prices and honesty but was acquired by a large company

Thank you guys for taking such good care of me and my car. Especially owner Craig. I really feel comfortable taking my car here. They will give you a list of good things, things that should be fixed immediately and those that can wait. I have always felt comfortable as a woman that I wasn't taken advantage of. It is expensive to maintain your car but just like us it needs to be done. They even give you photos. Went in for a minor but emergency issue and Jose managed to get the car checked out and have the issue resolved very quickly. Service was quick and exceptional and the cost was unexpectedly reasonable.

Stay away from this place. They charged me 209.00 to tell me what I already knew and what I already had told them. They didn't locate the problem and wanted to charge me extra to find the problem. They told me it was going to be an extra 2 hours at 209.00 per hour to find the problem. So basically, I gave them 209.00 for nothing. This place is a scam. I should have took it to the cadillac techs in the first place where they charged 179.00 and they actually found the problem and actually gave me a estimate for the repair which is what a actual Mechanic Shop is supposed to do. Avoid this joint, save some money, and get the job done. Don't give away your hard earned money on places like this. They also left my air filter open and didn't screw back the screws to the cover. They just left them next to the cover. Not to mention the fuse box in the trunk, which they also left the cover opened with the liner not put back in place, which caused my trunk not to open right. Terrible mechanics.

The best customer service you can find!!! The service advisor at the front desk, Craig, is the most polite, professional, and friendly person you will meet in an automotive shop. I dropped my car off for an ac diagnosis/service. The communication from this business is amazing. Craig called me throughout out the day to give me updates on the diagnosis as well as follow up and prices. I also received a complimentary inspection of my car to make sure all maintenance was up to date. The report was detailed and clear about what needed to get done and how urgent each repair was. I will definitely be returning for any service or repairs on my car.Service: A/C installation & repair

Totally disappointed. The fee to expensive compare with other. I asked estimate the pine of Radiator loosing. And the price they give me is 75 usd instead Vavoline service give free check, estimate and give advices. Meineke asked me to replaced Radiator only with more than 800 usd instead Vavoline gave more than 500 usd for whole the services.Why??? Do I have to compare like this? Sorry, My English not good enough. Just mentioned to let people know that and consider before use the services at Meineke.

This place and employees are AWESOME!As a "new" vehicle, they go over it with a fine tooth comb, inspecting everything. Bumper to bumper, top to bottom. Taking pictures and videos the entire way. When inspection is done you will receive a DETAILED report of your vehicle. The report goes over ok to needs to be done ASAP list of things. They do not push unnecessary work and fully understand and respect when you cannot afford it all right now. They will tell you do this instead to hold you over until you can afford major work.They are also very good at communication, keeping you informed of progress as they complete each step. At no point did they talk down to me. As a woman having experienced that MANY A TIME in many car repair places, I appreciate it so much! It doesn't hurt that I'm knowledgeable about repairs and costs. Still, these guys are worth every penny!Thanks Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I was generally pleased with the service. The complimentary diagnostics done on my vehicle were thorough and they walked me through each area of concern with solid explanation.
