These guys are great, they know alignments and have all the right equipment to get the job done. I have been a Mercedes Benz tech for over 25 years and own dozens of cars that I buy at insurance auctions and most of them need some kind of frame or alignment work, and this is the place to go for a great job! Thanks guys!

Was told to go see Guillermo for an alignment for my lifted truck! This dude is hands down the best!!! Fixed my issue with an alignment!!! Def one of the best when it comes to alignment for lifted trucks!!! Highly recommend them!

I was recommend to bring my van to Louis Frame Wheel & Brake to get my subframe bushing replace back in April 2023 by another repair shop. I took my van here back in early June 2023 and got a fair estimate on the repair and I approve for them to proceed with the repair and Louis Frame did the repair in a timely manner of only a week to get it done. They did the repair and corrected the issue and I'm happy with their work. They will repair what is only needed to be repair and not sell anything that is not needed to you. I will recommend them to friends and families that need car care. If anyone love their vehicle then this is a great place with good heart people who will care for your car. Thank you for fixing my van and now it's driving nice and quite again like it should be.

The shop took me in on short notice and completed their service in the same day. I needed aftermarket sway bars installed and this was one of the few places that were willing to do it. They did a great job even though they did not have much experience with my vehicle (Kia Stinger). Also had brake pads swapped out as well. This place is such a GEM! Honest and down to earth guys, I ve been bringing me Toyota Tacoma to them, and each time they do the job right! I ve had many issues with alignment due to bad CV axles/boots, old bushings and what not. Even after my lift there were issues but these guys were always able to sort it out and get my truck driving straight!Highly recommended, will be telling my friends to get their vehicles worked on here!Thanks guys!

I went in for an inspection of my tires and suspension. It took less than an hour and they had all the answers I needed. They even took the liberty of tightening a few things and fixing minor issues that they found, free of charge. The inspection was relatively cheap and they handled business perfectly.

They straightened out the frame on the front of my Transit Connect in a timely manner, charged a reasonable rate, and were great to deal with, I found them through a recommendation and I want to pass on that recommendation, go here!

This is a place to bring cars if you really care about cars.Bonus perk: There will be other cared about cars there. It's like a fun little car show.On a serious note though this is a specialty alignment and frame shop. If other shops can't seem to figure out how to align your car because it's modded, foreign, vintage, or rare this place will likely handle it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a rear axle that was not sitting on the frame right, after being in an accident. I set up an appointment with Phil and he fallowed through with getting it straight in one day just like he said he would. Very reasonable on price and they do excellent work. Everyone was also very personable and easy to talk to you. I went here because they were referred to me by friend and Louis Frame did not disappoint! I highly recommend this shop for getting your alignment or frame straight!!

We were referred to this shop, my friend needed her hood clamp fixed, someone had wrecked into her car while it was parked and she was afraid of driving around with the possibility of her hood flying open.I gave her the number to call and within an hour they had her come in and fixed it! The price was reasonable. They are awesome and trustworthy.

I called at least 4 shops including the Chrysler dealer that I bought my Jeep from , and no one would take the job.Finally the last 2 places I called highly recommended Louis Frame &Wheel.Once I contacted them , I immediately felt so comfortable and relieved that they were up for it.Andres whom I was in direct contact with was very informative, communicated well and professional. Once I got my jeep to the shop It was complete in about 1 week.The job was subframe replacement, rack and pinion, lower right control arm and Something about a knee joint assembly lolAll in all I was so ecstatic about the repairs and felt safe and comfortable driving my Jeep again!They helped me net work other shops that would help with other minor repairs and made this experience that much easier.I would highly recommend Louis Frame & Wheel.So thank you Andres and SHOP CREW! Guillermo is the man you want to have your alignments done. Especially if you off-road. He's professional about his work and even let me spectate what he was doing. We had a fantastic experience with his shop today. We went in for tire rotation and an alignment. They have great service and are very knowledgeable. Very nice technicians that work there and everything was done in a timely manner. Another gem in Fresno!

These guys are great. Special thanks to Byron for the clear attention to detail and thoroughness. Walked me through all the fixes and went over and above what even a very good job would have been. Thanks to Phil for the great customer service as well. Could easily recommend these guys for any frame, steering, axle, spring, and wheel work.

They did a wonderful job. My daughters 2009 Nissan cube had major damage to the frame. We worked with Phil, he communicated throughout the entire process. Very honest fair and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Louis tire frame.

The best in Fresno....nobody else could get my lifted truck to stop pulling right. They got it dead in first try! Steering wheel hasn't ever been straight either and they got it centered. Been using this place for 20 years for lifted vehicles and they are the best!

My 2008 Silverado 3500 was inspected and supposedly fixed and aligned. The body shop that sent them my truck did so twice. When returned it was tested and not correct. It was incorrect both times it came back. My insurance company agreed and a new frame was installed. My major complaint was that we are from Visalia and they never compensated my body shop for any of the bills that they had paid. The name of the body shop is Gus body shop. They fought very hard for us. They also never billed us for any of these out of pocket expenses!! I will always recommend Gus body shop in Visalia. They are wonderful

Avoid this place at all costs..My boyfriend took my car to get serviced on 6/16 they explained that I needed a new bearing and CV axle. Unfortunately they wouldn't have the part until tomorrow, Saturday. That then required my boyfriend having to pay for a rental car and driving me 60 miles to work then 60 miles back for my car and did the trip once more. They had their technician come in on his day off to install the parts. Then just ten days later, after I had traveled 12 hours up north to Washington for my vacation, I heard a strange sound in the same area they worked on. I took it in to a shop off the I-5 in Lakewood and explained I had just had work done and now was hearing a strange sound. Luckily they were able to schedule me, do a test drive, and told me it was the same issue. I just paid over $800, to Louis Frame Wheel & Brake 10 days ago for nothing. The team at Lakewood told me that the catalog numbering for my vehicle was incorrect and the CV axle for an standard is actually the one for an automatic. Regardless the technician installing the parts should know the proper fit. This means Louis' team failed to see the parts did not fit correctly and forced them together, it also means their tech did not bother to compare the old part with the new part. Because when I looked at them, they were obviously two different lengths. While waiting at the shop in Washington, we called Louis in Fresno to explain what happened and they told us they would get back to us by the end of the day to see how they would handle this matter. They never did and my boyfriend had to call them again. They still had no answer for us. So we got an uber and spent the night on an air mattress at a friends house. The next day we ubered back to the place in Washington and they were finishing up my car so AGAIN we gave the Louis a call and again they said they would get back to us. That's three phone calls and a night that we get no update about any refund or anything. Finally the agreed to refund us a partial amount until we returned home with the parts. Then they would refund us the remaining balance. Finally days later my boyfriend and I both turn the parts back to Louis and I couldn't believe the horrible customer service we received. The front desk went to the side room to show the manager, or Louis, or whoever he was, (I don't know because no one besides the front desk came out to speak with us) the parts. The guy there said something about possibly being able to return something to their supplier. I couldn't believe they would still try to return the parts even after being used for 2,000+ miles. Eventually after inspecting the parts for nearly 5 minutes he says he "take care of them". The front desk guy comes back and asks for my card for the refund. He gives us a lousy sorry. There was no sincere apology from anyone in that shop. The tech that installed the parts gave us a look and just walked right by. Whoever was in charge never came out to speak to us or apologize for any of the inconvenience (extra time and money spent) that their team caused us. This was THE BIGGEST hassle of any auto issue that I've had. I'm just happy I was able to get my money back. Do not go to Louis Frame Wheel & Brake, they obviously do not care about their customer's safety or the safety of others on the road.

Louis Frame Wheel, the experience was very professional an honest.I want to say I was told that becausethey felt my problem was only eighty percent fixed Louis Frame an Wheel didn't feel comfortable charging me due to they only charge when there work is one hundred percent! My vehicle feels alot better . Thank you Louis Frame an wheel for all you did an your professionalism an honesty is greatly appreciated.
