LkQ is not a good company I ordered a rim from there then I called to check on the rim and they said they had no records of it I never received my real so I had to dispute the transaction I will never order anything else from their company

Extremely disappointed in the part and even more in there customer service... management I should say really... I purchased a complete rear axle assembly for an 08 tahoe and was quoted a price of $780 and it supposedly only had 129k on the axle...I ordered it and paid in full on Monday 4-19-21 first thing in the morning... the lady said that it should be here Thursday 4-22-21 or at the latest Friday 4-23-21...After numerous different stories and multiple calls waiting on hold for ever the part didn't arrive until exactly 1 week later on Thursday 4-29-21... they loaded it up and gave me my invoice and the ae looked way worse than the 1 that was in my tahoe...I looked at the invoice and it stated that the new axle that I waited more than 2 weeks to get had 187k on it and that was definitely not what I picked out and paid a bit more money for...I call the sales rep and she tells me that the 1 I ordered was damaged so they had this 1 laying around and thought it would be fine...Never once did they reach out and tell me that there now giving me 1 with 187k they didn't even refund me any money which I was blown away cuz your talking another 60k Miles which is a ton...So I refused it and they said they had 1 with 141k on it and it would be here within 2 days... I got it fiy 3 days later and it looks just as beat up as the last axle they tried to pawn off on me...I asked to speak to a supervisor or management... Jesus is the used parts big boss and he was a straight up moron... he has 0 customer service abilities... he kept talking over me wouldnt let me say anything and kept asking me what I wanted him to do about the whole situation... I told him what a straight up nightmare and headache this has all Been... he started to get a lil loud and extremely rude and obnoxious and then had the nerve to tell me to basically fu%% off and then hung on me like a child..I called tight back and of.clurse he wouldn't answer...shows how much of a stand up guy he is ... I will never get a part from these guys ever again and ill be sure to let everyone I know never to waste there time trying to save a few bucks and order anything from these guys... sales manager Jose at the Lkq on north and 99 is an absolute idiot and a poor excuse for a manager/supervisor...how do u expect him to be a boss when he has a bad attitude and doesn't know a dam thing on how to fix a.y concerns or complaints that a customer may have...Lkq needs to fire that moron before he costs u alot more unsatisfied customers...

Honestly, I feel they are overpriced. But in reality for not having to go and pull the parts off yourself and not to mention in the heat. Only problem with them is they don't have a lot of electrical components which is a bummer. But every time I've called them I've always talked to very respectful people with good customer service, which is rare these days.

They even gave me a year warranty, and very affordable!!! If they're willing to warranty it then they must be pretty certain it's a good working product thank you. By the way I bought a motor blower for 110$

I just asked for radiator fans and I was really specific with my vehicle and model that s it. They gave me the wrong part which was a radiator module like how really? Haven t got my refund in 2 weeks just called and they barely going to process it so now it is going to be 3 weeks. Beware!

Very disappointed with the service. At times parts are at a good price. But as far as them having knowledge about any parts, good luck.I was told they don't know much about parts but yet they specialize in selling parts. It amazes me how a place of business that sells parts has employees that have no knowledge of parts. Horrible service! From what I got from what I was told is if they can't look it up on the computer they can't help me. Thanks for not knowing about parts even though that's what this business is all about. Maybe they should hire actual people who have knowledge about cars?! Other then that, like I said at times you can get parts for cheap. That's about it.

This place obviously wouldn't care about a review, but please update your hours online. Driving out here is not easy for anybody who has a 8 to 5 job and closing at 4:00 apparently but posting your business hours as 5:00 p.m., and not having a direct line to your specific location is ridiculous

Iris Pena sucks and is very unprofessional she never answers and is just a terrible rep so make sure you do not order anything through her and lkq is just horrible in general all the other representatives just transfer you over to the same rep that helped you and never answers!

Price was right, service was perfect. Staff was happy and knowledgeable, a quick transaction. From the time I damaged my light until the time I fixed it was less than an hour and a half.

With big car problems comes big orders, big hassles and big bills. at LKQ nothing is too big not even the amount of time getting that cadillac motor and it came from another state.Helpful sales representatives Chris gave me options and alternatives plus I had no problems reaching him with questions.This is definitely where I'm shopping first.

Great place for car part rather than going to a dismantler! Found EXACTLY what I was looking for. The parts will-call counter staff are friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing too!

Horrible phone service. Waited on the line for an hour then when they finally picked up they transferred me to someone else. Got the part I was looking for but all the wires I specifically said I needed were all cut. Didn t even bother taking the time to take it off right.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! None of the employees ASK you if you can hold, they just yell out PLEASE HOLD!! Rude. Management train your employees on phone etiquette this is ridiculous.

LKQ has the worst customer service today was placed on hold for over 30 minutes...This place use to be good and treat customers like we were important but now its utterly useless. I would give this place zero stars if I could people go to any place but here.

Had a 2010 Volkswagen 2 L turbo CCTA motor installed from LKQ motors that became a time bomb after one year, thanks for nothing, thanks for your junk! Gonna cost $3,500 to fix.

Orderd a transmission said it would be there 2 days after called two days later gave me another date and kept going like that and i still have not got the transmission and i cant get ahold of the sales person last time i buy something from here

bad attitude, bad experiences my brother buy the part over the ph ,i when to pick up the parts Fresno branch, they denied me the part, even that I called earlier to make sure the part was there ruben gang me the ph bad service!!!

Have been dealing with LKQ FOR MANY YEARS AND ALWAYS PERCENT GOOD JOB AS WELL HELPFUL EVEN WHEN PART HAD TO BE EXCHANGED . NO QUESTIONS ASKED SWOPT OUT , PROBLEM SOLVED THANK YOU STAFF AT LKQSINCERELY APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR S FROM MR RICHARD ABEL

We ordered a part for a Jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 6 cylinder multiple times we told them what model and they still ordered the wrong part. They even lied and said yeah the part is here but will be unloaded tonight and we can give tomorrow nope was told again the same thing and today it s the wrong part again for a grand Jeep Cherokee 2000.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would do to the fact they sent me a motor for $3000 that blew up after 1500 miles then they sent me a replacement motor that blew up after 30000 miles they are the worst customer service and people.

Staff are rude and just doesn t care they way they handle customers is all the way not right. Management needs to get involved n give them a customer training course.
