I ve been bringing my car here for about a year and a half due to my lifetime free oil changes with Lithia dealerships and they always treat me SO well. Of course there is a multi-point inspection with each oil change, which helps me so much, being a woman who knows very little about cars. Today, however, they went above and beyond with their service. My tire pressure light came on a few days ago and I was unable to get it taken care of until today. They had me drive into the shop real fast for one of the techs to inflate my tires and check the pressure. They noticed that one of my tires was down 8lbs and told me to check my car in to have it looked at. The service advisor explained what the case may be and that they will discuss the options with me if necessary. I was able to use the free wifi to do some work while I waited along with drinking some free coffee from their waiting room. After 1 hour, they let me know that there was a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it ON THE HOUSE. I paid NOTHING! They are so knowledgeable and kind, and do great work.

Had car repaired here. I would have given it 3 stars due to time to get part shipped. They said "Subaru is having issues with parts" whatever that means. Part was in stock on the east coast. Wouldn't expedite shipping for whatever reason. 5 stars is because they have us loner car to use for a week while they had "issues"

We bought our Subaru here and have since moved away. We came home for the holidays and got an oil change the service center was very efficient and professional.

Waited two hours for a basic oil change entire rotation. Appointment was scheduled for 11 AM. Have never waited more than an hour for an oil change. Two hours and they still had 45 minutes left of work left to do on my car. Jacob the assistant service manager was extremely rude. Made every excuse in the book for slow service. I wish I didn t purchase lifetime oil changes from this dealership. Everyone in the building took a lunch and left all their customers waiting. I missed my lunch today because of Subaru.

Had an appointment at 10 AM and at 12 PM was told they had just started at 1 PM they came and tried to get me to buy a cabin air filter that had 3000 miles on it. 3 hours for a basic service is ridiculous. Another guy was in there going on his fifth hour for new tire install and balance.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

The service center is very well-run and the pricing is about what you'd expect at a dealer.The technicians are very good about communicating and they provide shuttle service if you'd rather not wait at the dealership.The website is on the downhill side of hit-or-miss. It's a good way to reference your options, but I strongly recommend calling to set an appointment.

Aside from being the only Subaru dealership in the area, they are great here. The sales people are honest and let's the car make the sale rather than forcing a sale down your throat. The service department is good and they treat you well.

Took our 20 Forester in for a buzz near the driver's head in the headliner. Jacob took great care of us. He had knowledge about the issue already and knew which technician was right to work on the problem. Ride has been silent since the service. Would recommend the service center to anyone.

I brought my car in for my routine service. I showed up at 1pm and at 5pm was still waiting. I looked over and see my car is parked in the waiting area but nobody had came to me to let me know anything and as they were almost closing and needed the car to get home I asked someone and they said the person who was in charge of my service left home for the day and then were trying to find my paperwork. Idk how long he had been gone but the professionalism is just ridiculous. Why do I have to say something to be able to leave. Was here for over 4 hours and everyone had gone I was the only one there. How hard is it to pass it on to the guy taking over or coming up to me and say hey I m heading out but your cars all ready to go. I was planning on trading in mine and my fianc�s car for a new one soon but I will be making the drive to next closest dealership and take my business elsewhere. Traveled across the country and was in need of an oil change before heading back. I used the walk in (Express) service and despite being very busy, they got meI in and out in an hour. Both cars are subaru. Good espresso machine and snacks in waiting room. They're quick for oil changes and tire rotates. And they top off fluids and do mini inspections.

Very hard to get anyone to answer when calling for updates. Also took 2 weeks to fix an airbag recall and oil leak even though they already had all necessary parts.
