I had been putting air in my tire every single morning and my sister told me that Les Schwab will patch tires for FREE! so I went there and they were completely Respectful, and sent me a text when my car was ready, it only took 90 minutes! and that s without any appointment!Thank Les Schwab! Great business and employees!

First off, this was a very clean and cool place w/ free coffee, popcorn, wifi, and a comfortable lounge area to wait for your vehicle to be done.Second off, these wonderful men and women had great service, answered my questions, and guided me in the righ direction for my vehicle needs. They charged me $0 to fix a slow leak in my back right tire. I couldn t believe it was free, especially in my current situation/predicament.I can t promise you ll get a free repair, but you will get quality service from quality people, and in our world, there isn t a price I wouldn t pay for that.Thank you so much Les Schwabe of Fresno

As a walk-in customer they took care of my car in a reasonable amount of time. However I was shocked that 2 new front rotors and brakes would cost $570 for only front brakes!?! Not including the rear? Are you kidding me!?! For an Elantra? I thought pricing was a bit much for that... Other than that service was above average. People were really nice. But maybe I was paying for that and the fee popcorn...lol

Scheduled an online appointment for 4PM for a tire rotation, oil change, and free battery check. Showed up 3:55PM, checked in, waited in the lobby, then decided to go to a nearby ramen restaurant to grab an early dinner.I walked back to the shop at 4:45PM and noticed my car wasn't even pulled into the bay. I asked an employee how much longer it will be, they check, apologize that my car wasn't even pulled in when it should have been, and they finally pull in my car. 30 mins later, it was complete. It felt like the first 45 mins of my time was wasted. I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this location.

Wow, I don't recommend using this place ever. I installed some new factory TPM sensors and I failed to record the serial numbers. Figured no problem I can just swing by a tire shop with a scanner pay them $40 and have them get the serial numbers for me. SAcomes back after talking to the tech and says they can't read the serial numbers. I ask, you can't read the serial numbers on factory sensors? Oh I didn't know they were factory, let me ask again, tech comes out and explains that his tools will only read their sensors and he could install new sensors for me and that is it. I said thank you and left. If you don't know much about cars or tires DO NOT TRUST this place!

1st time purchasing a set of tires at LesShawb. My daughter needed a set of tires for her Chevrolet Dakota pick up, P215/175R16..her budget is tight, so with that in mind I chose for her, and i know shes going to pay me back, thier lowest priced 50,000 mile steel belted radial tires, also I might add the tread pattern I chose is for highway driving low noise. What I like about Les Schwab is once I had a nail puncher on a tire jacked my car pulled the tire off took it to Schwab the got right on it plug/patched tire put it in my trunk when I asked what's the damaged? They said nothing.. and so I'm here to repay the kindness..hope your experience here at Les Schwab will be fantastic..rl

Came in for a patch at 9:30 and it is now 12:00. Two and a half hour for a patch is ridiculous. The worst part was that I waited an extra 30 minutes when my tire was already patched, leaning sitting outside. No one informed me until I went outside the get fresh air and realized my tire was leaning against their wall.

This past Saturday, I had my car washed. This Saturday was extra special because it was my niece's 8th birthday. Only after the wash, my tire pressure indicator light suddenly turned on. I drove straight to Les Schwab, my go it located close to my house. I explained my situation to Gabe, that I had a birthday party to attend but, had no appointment. Ultimately, I had a valve stem leaking air on one of my tires. Getting all four replaced was a suggested, so I ageed. Work was completed a little earlier than I was told and made to the birthday party on time. Les Shcwab is my go-to because they've never let me down. Excellent customer service and repairs are guaranteed at reasonable prices. Thank you once again for being there when I needed you.

I booked an Uber inspection at the location on Nees in Fresno. A gentlemen from the shop approached me and asked how he could help. I explained what I was there for, he asked if he could check my mileage and then I told him I would go inside to check in. I had forgotten to print my inspection form and asked if the receptionist might be able to print me one. He wasn t certain and started to ramble as if he didn t know the processes or how they could help me. As I was walking away, he gave me my keys back and said to me damn you look good too . Once I came in, the receptionist told me she thankfully had some on hand although people usually bring it with them. The gentlemen asked her if we could print them in the case someone didn t have and she explained how they could. Not only was he over confident but unknowledgeable and unprofessional. If it wasn t for convenience and the cheap rates, I wouldn t return.

Asked for new tire and an alignment. They did the tires but not the alignment horrible customer service/communication wasted my time and gas I drove an hour away I live so far I can't just miss work all the time

I had an oil change here and my drain plug was not properly tightened so I was leaking oil. I had to take it to a proper shop and they had to do a whole oil change so I basically wasted money at Les Schwab. My cabin air filter was also mangled and improperly installed so I had to waste even more money at a proper shop to get proper installation and get a new air filter in. I was also not told that my power steering fluid was low. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did a good job on my tires. Overall, I'm not coming back to this shop anymore. I was a regular, but they have completely lost my trust. Overpriced, underserved, and disrespectful.

Got a screw lodged into my tire, while visiting Fresno. I stopped at this location to see if I can get my tire patched or plugged, but the front desk guy, told me that my tire had a special sealant and they weren t able to do anything and I would have to buy a new tire they left the screw in the tire, and put rubber cement over the nail, to keep it in place . I drove with a screw lodged into my tire, all the way to Bakersfield were at America s Tires told me, that indeed it had a special sealant. However, that they would be able to fix it, patch it and plug it; in essence it was not a problem & perfectly patched my tire with no problem for free. I Regret coming to this Fresno location waste of time. America s Tire, is where it s at!I can t believe this location allowed me to leave with a nail on my tire, complete shame/unprofessional thank god my tire didn t popped while I was driving on the freeway,

Excellent service! I was waiting for the store to open and Eli walked up to my car and asked me what I needed. He saw my spare on my car and he took my flat tire from the trunk and started carrying it to the shop. I went in and was written up, charged ZERO, and was on the road by 8:15 am. I worked with a total of 3 employees during this time and ALL went beyond and were very welcoming.

I thought i had an appointment scheduled online. When I arrived for it, the appointment was nowhere to be found. Probably my mistake. They got me in promptly tho. I was happy about that. But, I was disappointed to find that my tire pressures hadn't been check after an oil change and a tire rotation.

Amazing first time experience at Les Schwab! They repaired a tire with a bolt in it for $0! Went in expecting to need new full set of tires (due to AWD) and am thrilled with the outcome. Will definitely be coming back when tires are due! Gabe was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!!

We were heading out on a family trip and realized that the sensor light came on for our tires. Pulled right into this location and within a minute we were ushered to pull our car up for a free check and air fill. They didn t pressure us either! That led to me getting new tires there for our other vehicle. I ordered online and showed up. No issues and they had a great area for me to work remotely (even though they finished pretty fast). Great staff and they didn t try to rip me off!

I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get help with a tire that had a slow leak. They were able to fit me in without an appointment and they were finished within the time frame they quoted me! Tons of seating inside and the bathroom was clean, too!

My old class A RV needed some uncommon tires. Les Schwab had different options and delivered from the warehouse same day! I pulled in at 07:50 AM and was barely out of my RV when their man Gus came right up and took care of me. They really do come running! Gus did it all and communicated well. RV rolling smooth n safe now. Could use a Les Schwab in San Diego!

I took my car to Les Schwab front brakes shaking and I was quoted $651 and some change. I thought to myself It's christmas time I don't have that kind of money but I needed to drive safely. Les Schwab didn't have my parts So I had to wait a couple days took my car back & the worker ask me again now, what did you bring your car in for ? He checked my brakes and all I needed was my front tires balanced and the shaking stopped. He could have just let me pay the $651 and change & continued his work to the next car but this honest worker did not & my cost was $0. When it comes to my brakes & tires I will go and recommend my family and friends to the honest people Les Schwab. Thank you so much for your honest workers.

Great experience overall went in for a tire issue and Sergio was very helpful and quick. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely trust them and will recommend to family and friends to get there services done here

Came in on a spare after an RV blowout. Told I'd be back on the road in an hour and a half (~1030 am). Techs didn't even touch the thing till about 4 in the afternoon. Manager said it was cause someone called in sick. Lost a whole day of my vacation. Giving three stars cause it's not the worst lobby to spend an entire day in and the work was done right.In summary: Hope your not in a hurry to get somewhere.

This is one of my favorite locations I was a little surprised though that I went in without an appointment and had to wait almost 2 hours for my car to be complete but an older couple came in with a very similar situation of why I came in for, and was taken care of immediately. I don't know if they were seen before me because they came in demanding stating that they need somebody to fix their tire right now because there's an object in it. I took off time from work to handle this and was a little disappointed and felt disrespected because I was told to wait but these people come in and get taken care of immediately. When I say immediately like they literally drove in they handled them and they left all under 10 minutes.

I brought my 2005 Toyota Highlander into Les Schwab on Nees, bracing myself for the worst. The old girl had 117,000 miles on her. She needed quadruple hip replacements (struts). New shoes (tires). An independent auto repair shop had warned of a bad steering rack and pinion system. Leaking CV boots. Weak axles. Major brake issues. All to the tune of $8,000. Not affordable.I put off the repairs. Refilled the one tire with the slow leak every few weeks. Drove only on surface streets to run errands.Matthew, the service tech at Les Schwab, evaluated the old car and found that it only needed struts and tires. He showed me the car on the lift and that it had only one very small issue that needed structural repair. The brakes were in great shape with adequate pads. Come back in 2,000 miles!I was thrilled to spend only $2,809 to put my faithful Highlander back on the highways. Matthew instilled confidence that my car was still roadworthy and safe.Gus, the service agent, was also very helpful and welcoming. I never felt pressured with sales pitches.The facility is new and very clean and bright with ample parking. It has a large, airy waiting room that allows for plenty of social distancing.Thank you, Gus and Matthew, for giving new life to my trusty Toyota! Highly recommend!

I love Les Schwab and this newer location was just as awesome. I scheduled an appointment online for 4 new tires and a brake check. I got to choose the tire brand I wanted online, the cheapest tires had some of the best reviews so I went with those. I checked in at 8:15 and was out the door at 9am. They were super great and professional just like every experience I've had at Les Schwab. Thanks so much for another great visit!

Absolutely impressive customer service! I has an appointment for a battery replacement an they had a young African American man removing the battery who was absolutely amazing an super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place an will spread the word an will definitely be back.
