Purchase a remote start kit here over 2 years ago. Good video installation instructions were readily available for my make of car on youtube. Had some issues with the device stopping working and contacted them for support yesterday. They were patient and provided me troubleshooting instructions until we figured out the problem which it had accidentally been put into valet mode. Giving this kind of support this long after purchase assures I will do business with them again if I need anything in the future for my vehicles. 5 Stars for service!

This guy is amazing he always hooks me up! Great price and x-lent service with Tyler! A returning customer time and time again...a month later returned to get up grades was amazed by opinions and technology with the choices I had.im old school! J and his crew were super professional and are very knowledgeable in what they do, they did an excellent job installing an alarm in my work truck and an alarm in my trailer and it works excellent!I'm very happy with the work they did and I would refer anyone to them if they need an alarm or even a car stereo installed.Next time I buy another vehicle and I need a stereo or alarm installed I will be going to see J again great people!

Bought a remote start for my 2013 Impala, and didn't work. Customer service was awful they told me to resend it back to them so they could reprogram. This was a several week process and just wasn't worth it. They could've just sent me another one reprogrammed to expedite the process. Never even was able to talk to anyone, they just emailed me back when I left a voicemail.

I attended a monthly event, a car stereo competition. Not normally my world but it was an extremely fun event, 100% friendly welcoming vibes from everyone attending.J was a fun dynamic host for the event, and there was free pizza! If you're interested in car audio this is definitely a fun event to attend.

I purchased a remote start kit a couple years ago and it worked perfect. For some reason it stopped. J s service crew worked with me through email and got my problem solved. It works perfect again. These guys could have easily blew me off but no they helped me out big time. I will use these again and not think twice. You can t put a price on customer service. Thanks again to the crew at J s!!

Never let anyone work on my challenger went to J s for a remote start on my 2018 Dodge challenger and install went quick being that I had to drive from out of town told me how much it was and done in about an hour. The gentleman that did the install even asked to unlock my glovebox before proceeding with install and then at checkout commented on the upgrades of my car his best comment was the hurst pistol grip shifter

My family has been coming here for the past 15 years for all of our car s security alarm installations and Jay and the crew never disappoints! Everyone is very transparent about the process of the installation and will let you know if something s happens. Took my 350z to get remote start and has not let me down one bit.

The gentleman who worked the front desk was nice and listened to my needs. The other jerk who installed my system is severely incompetent, rude, and condescending. At one point I was finally told I could bring it back to be fixed. When I called to schedule a time, he blamed me for the problem, claimed I didn't ask for said services, said it was unsafe. The day of the install he blamed safety, the brand of the car, and anything else he could think of to get out of doing it right. He even went so far as to say most customers are stupid. I went over the fix actions needed with the front desk and I have the instructions with me for the wiring (he couldn't even follow basic instructions that came with the kit). If you take pride in having a nice system installed, do not go here. Jay is not interested in making his customers happy, especially after he already has your money. Less than 1 star!Update: Had to spend $187 at another alarm installer, just to get the rear power door (a factory option) working with the viper remote per the viper instructions. Jay wouldn't even look at it.

I purchased a remote start kit for my 2009 Chevy Silverado for 161 dollars. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't as expensive as some other brands. Took me about 30 minutes to put it all together with unplugging, replugging and literally a 1 minute programming, and I can't be pleased enough with the outcome. If you want a remote start kit that is affordable and high quality, these are your guys!

This guy is scum, buys cheaper, separates parts from package, removes instructions, repackaged sold separately, for an upcharge of 45% do not and I repeat do not purchase from him.

I recommend 100000% !!! I purchased a remote start for a jeep commander, after a couple simple errors on my end like killing the battery by leaving the door open and calling Js for technical support, super helpful even FaceTimed to show us step by step instructions which where super easy!!I recommend over and over hands down 1000%

Took my car to these guys they did a great job. The owner was really helpful and understood what I was looking for. There was stuff I thought I needed and he could ve easily sold me stuff I didn t need but did not. Tyler did a great job hooking up my stuff was friendly and professional and has my Tahoe sounding REAL nice. Thanks guys!

Seemed cool at first... Got quoted 1600 . Provided my own subs and box after said quote hoping price would come down. Nope. I think I got screwed especially after my amp is out and they never have anyone in the shop to fix it and if they do, they don't have the amp.

I Watched J's Alarms & Car Audio on TV thought for sure they would assist my problem with my alarm, with a helpful solution. It's not like me to write a review yet I just could not believe the awful customer service...it's With such great regret I must say by my own personal experience with this business their service was the worst yet...The one man said they helped the community, with that in mind I thought this place must be ,"The Place" nope not even close!!Furthermore When I got to J's with my car they were all very unprofessional and unpleasant!!The one guy said , he could not touch my car, I needed to ....Then I waited for the owner he was so unpleasant and proceeded to quote me enormous charges. There was no resolve at all or any given knowledge for a solution other than this is going to be pricey!!!! They also assumed that my car might be a fire hazzard...I thought they were professionals???I drove away very extremely unsatisfied..I really could not believe how bad their customer service was!!!Needless to say I ended up taking my car to Stereo Center they were professional and courteous . I bought this car for my son and was needing an alarm checked and fixed..along with fuses & wires.To top it off they treated me with such respect & expert knowledge of how they could fix the wire problem with the assurance that ,"it was going to be fixed".Money was not the issue the owner worked with me with pleasant measures along my budget. My car now has an alarm , wires totally fixed with such satisfaction, also the door's pop open with the remote. It's too bad J's Alarms just would not take the time to bring customer satisfaction.I regret ever going to J's Alarms & Car Audio...I should of never took the news adviceOn where to go.I absolutely do not recommend them at all!!!

J was very helpful and they were quick and installed in front of me. They also helped me find the best amp to fit my subs, and I must say since it was installed the quality of sound from my subs have improved tremendously. While they were doing that I told J about a problem I'd been having with my lights, which he then fixed for free. I would highly recommend this place.

I ordered a remote truck starter from this company. When it arrived, I realized it was the wrong one. I contacted them and they said I could return it. I confirmed with them that they would refund my money as well as pay for return shipping. I mailed it the next day. I emailed them the tracking number and proof of date of shipment. I contacted them two times to see if they had received it and they said no.Then I got an email from EBay saying that a case had been opened because the seller had said the time was up for returns and therefore I was not getting my refund. I went to Canada Post and got a detailed report of tracking. The package had been delivered two weeks previously.Luckily for me, I ordered this through EBay, and they offered me a refund. THANK YOU EBAY for having integrity and helping me get my money back.Don t trust these guys. They don t honour their word!

They do Trailers too!Amazing service and staff.High quality parts and service installment. Competitive pricing and excellent staff! The best alarm and sound system place in Fresno and I would argue one of the best in California. They installed an alarm on my Trailer and did an awesome job and got it done the day after I got a quote!

Compared to my experience of buying a auto remote start from Amazon, this was WAY better!!!! I talked to them on the phone after finding a video on YouTube, very friendly and professional, helped me get right to the eBay page to purchase the remote starter. The install on my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country was super simple, just as they stated! I've sent referred a handful of friends to this place, because they are awesome!

Went in to buy a stereo and speakers for my car and I got a great deal and then also paid a good price to have it installed took only a matter of minutes to have it installed. Loving what i have now. They have years of experience and know what they are talking about. GOOOOO if you want a good price and good quality service

Had a Viper alarm and remote start installed in my Ford diesel. They were great with the install. Same day service. After the install, I called with questions and wanted to make some adjustments on the remote start. They had me come in and made the adjustments while I waited. Thanks to J and his guys for a great job.

I want to THANK the guys @ J's alarm & audio shop this place is the best in Fresno. It's a shame that they can't be seen from the highway but, I HIGHLY recommend these brothas. Quality work fast & efficient, very professional & they'll listen to their customers because they know Fresno is going thru some crazy times right now & I want to thank them for risking their health & safety to still provide magnificent services to the people of Fresno. I will be back for my audio install people I tell you that this was MONEY WELL SPENT! THANK YOU ALL! GOD BLESS
