They were great and made a bad situation better. It s never fun to have to be towed but they made us feel comfortable and safe. We will ask for them by name from now on. It s been terrible with other companies that the insurance sent out in the past so it s really great to find a reliable and dependable towing company.

Alex was awesome. The care he took with my car was incredible. He worked with me, he was understanding, and I felt he really wanted to help me make it to the tire shop in time to get it repaired. Alex was very professional and caring. He was really good at his job too! He was knowledgeable and swinging those levers like a true PRO. I'll definitely keep Hye Class in my contacts and recommend them to anyone in need to their services. Keep up the great work, Alex. The truck was super clean and well kept.

Insurance sent them for a tow. They never showed up. When I called to ask for a status update they put me on hold, hung up on me, then cancelled the tow and a new company was found. 8:17 they were assigned, 11:37 they cancelled. We waited all that time.

Highly recommend. I was just looking on the reviews and saw some people was complaining about Hye Class Towing service, but I have been using this company for many years and never had any problems and will continue using them for my needs. Great service on time drivers call before they arrive ask for additional help etc. Definitely 5stars to Hye Class Towing.

I had 2 back to back tows. Both drivers were very professional and skilled at their job. I was definitely impressed with both of them.Only reason for not rating 5 stars was due to extremely long wait times. If I could give zero stars I would. They lie to you about ETA multiple times and are so rude when you call to check. Was told 1 hour 3 1/2 hours later went with another company.

We would highly recommend this company. Alex was amazing with quality service and very helpful. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful answering all my questions. Inaccurate ETA. Initial ETA provided 10:03 am, but arrived past 12:30 pm. Whenever called for an updated ETA it was pushed back 45 minutes twice. Car was supposed to be towed to a car shop for service . However, due to the car arriving almost 3 hours late it will not be serviced today.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our insurance company called HYE Class towing at 6:30. We were told it would be a 20 minutes to 1 hour wait. The driver showed up in about an hour. He said he would not be able to tow our car. He called his dispatcher for a flatbed. His dispatcher said it would be one hour or less. This was 7:30 PM. We called after 1 hour. We were told 20 minutes. We called again after another hour went by. Again we were told 20minutes. During the call the dispatcher called for the tow truck and I heard the call, no one answered the call. She then told me he would be there in 20 minutes. The last time we called she would not answer our phone call. We had to call our insurance company . They got a hold of her and that s when we were told another 20 minutes. We waited a total of 4 hours to be towed 15 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous. The final driver that showed up was very nice and professional. I would not recommend this company at all. I will be calling the company in the morning and making a formal complaint against their dispatcher.Service: Local hauling

It took over 3 hours for tow truck man to come out just to advise me over the phone that he cannot tow my car due to needing my keys , mind you my car was totally off and was not able to jump or anything for power so he did not need my keys. Also the lady that takes the phone calls in the office is extremely rude as well ,along with tow man hanging up on me after trying to explain my situation . Will not recommend at all save your money for a more professional experience!!!

Hye Class Towing did a fantastic job. My insurance company used them for road side assistance. We were in a rush to get our car towed from point a to point b before the wrecking yard closed. Even though they give an estimate of 1.5 hours for pick up, they picked up the vehicle and had it dropped off at the destination within an hours time. They were fast, efficient, and the driver Brandon was awesome! Great customer service!

I had flat tire in Fowler. My insurance company referred Hye Class Towing. We set appointment for next morning to change my tire. Technician was timely, prompt and courteous. Wait time was 60 min and they arrived in exactly 55 minutesn. I was quoted for a jump start on my motorcycle. The owner apparently doesn't provide his employees with a hex Allen tool kit to remove the seats in order to jump a motorcycle. I was concerned that they wouldn't have the tool or would bring the wrong battery charger so I called while they were in route to ask if they would have the correct equipment for my motorcycle and the owner said yes. When the driver arrived he didn't have any tools!!! Just a charger. What good is a charger if you can't get to the battery. At 2 am I had no other choice than to upgrade it to a tow. Not only did I pay extra but I had to push the bike up and hold it while the driver secured it. I don't blame the driver. He was a sweet charming guy just trying to do his best with what was available. Then as we're driving to my residence I can hear the owner blowing up his phone worried about not being paid the extra cash to tow my bike when it should have been a courtesy tow since they literally forced me to not have any other reasonable options at 2 am when it was going to rain in an hour. Anyway, please buy your employees some tools if your going to charge a motorcycle battery .

Jim was very professional, and provided excellent service. He gave me a call to give me an estimated time of arrival and he showed up at the time he said he would which was nice. I noticed when he was loading my truck up onto his bed he made sure to double check all the straps, as well as making sure the truck was on straight and that the parking brake was applied. Then on our ride back Jim was a cool guy to have a conversation with, which was nice because after getting my truck rear ended having a conversation to take my mind off it was enjoyable. I will be definitely recommend hye class towing to my friends if they ever need a tow! Thanks Jim!

We have been waiting 4 and a half hours and now they are telling us another hour. I am only using them because they have the contract with my roadside however I would never hire them they aren t worth the money.

I was at work for 8 hours, left my lights on, and my car battery died completely. I called my insurance and I got connected to this towing company. They picked up my car and brought it to my house. When I got it back, Albert, FULLY charged my battery and he was super nice about everything. He called just to make sure about where the car was located and when he was close to my house. Would definitely recommend this towing company and gentleman.

Arrived 30 mins past the window of 90 minutes they had given me. I had to help push my own car because princess was not strong enough . As soon as he loaded the vehicle he tells me that I need to pay out of pocket.I called the insurance company, I did not pay out of pocket. Nice try. Other than the charge they were professional and other than being late the driver was polite. They blamed my ins not crediting the charge. Inform of the charges before you load a vehicle.

After waiting for over an hr for a tow (other company) I called Hye Class Towing. They sent a driver out in less then 30 minutes. Duke the driver was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Thank you for your services. I will recommend & be using this company from now on.

I called Hye Class Towing when my alternator went out. Their corespondents were nice and gave good estimates. Furthermore, Wes helped me load up my car and was very professional. He treated my car like it was his own. They also gave me a lift home for free as well. All for a reasonable $60. I would highly recommend you call Hye Class towing if you ever need roadside assistance.- Happy Customer!

I called Hye Class to tow an old truck for me that was abandoned out in a field for over a decade. They told me 45 minutes they would be there and they were there on time (which is rare for a tow). Even though the truck I wanted towed was old and beat up, the driver took care loading it on to his flatbed and transporting it. The driver was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using Hye Class to tow a vehicle.

Picked this company because one of their drivers stopped and tried to help me. For free. Because I was stuck and just needed to borrow a tire iron. He did not have what I needed, but he tried anyway. I called another driver who came out with the right one was a little late, but I was in the middle of nowhere. He was very friendly and got my tire completely changed out for me, even though I just wanted to borrow the 4way lug wrench.All in all vey good service and much cheaper than the other companies I had called.

Awesome and very professional. I broke down Sunday. Lewis was the first tow person who helped tow my truck to my home. Now Thursday same company Micheal towed my truck to the Good Guys for repairs. Keep up the Good positive service thanks again from a very satisfied customer!

Said they would be there in 45 minutes. An hour later I called them back only to be told I had to wait another 20 minutes because the driver had to get fuel. No courtesy call to say that they were delayed. No apology, no nothing. I found another tow company. I called to cancel, their dispatcher had bo response and just hung up on me.

Hye Class Towing was indeed, high class. The dispatcher was a wonderfully pleasant lady who called to inform me of when the driver would be on his way, and his number in case I wanted to contact him. The driver, Jim arrived exactly when he said he would, and was polite, professional, and frank. He assisted me in getting my dead car up my steep driveway and into the garage even though his truck didn't fit up the drive and he had to push by hand. He could easily have just left it on the street like many other drivers would have done. Then, he jimmied a window so I could get inside. Refreshingly positive experience with this tow company.

Told me an hour and a half. 4 hours later and still no tow truck. Called she says they'll be there in 20. 45 mins later no tow truck. I get its a rainy day and busy.. But the time frames given are a joke. Over compensate to prepare for the unknown. When I called to cancel because I have to get my kids, I was told THAN the tow truck was coming. But I have a strict schedule so I couldn't wait. Instead of being understanding I was given an attitude and hung up on. Childish. I will never use or recommend this company.
