Saturday February 17'2024 - Popped our front tire because of a pothole on Herndon.Went to this shop to have it fixed. The customer service we received from the staff here especially their manager Eddie Valencia is unbelievable! Eddie went above and beyond to helped us. It's rare nowadays to find people who are just kind and helpful and he is that! You see, we live 2hrs and 45mins away and was only in Fresno for an appt. He was genuinely happy to get our car fixed and send us our way. Good guys definitely got lucky having an employee like him. Keep up the great work!!

Went for an oil change on a busy Monday. Was able to get in with no issues. Left my car there. Why? I got things to do. They called me back within an hour and explained to me some repairs that needed to be done. Was asked if I wanted to take care of them today and I said I was going to have to set up a different day and just wanted the oil change. Was not pressured and picked up my vehicle shortly after that. There are some good guys at Good Guys.

WAY OVERPRICED/TRICKED INTO SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT CARDThey seem super friendly but heads up if they offer the pay over 6 months thing and see if you qualify they don t tell you it s a credit card. They signed me up without telling me so I took a big hit on my credit for no reason. Also they tried to charge me $2000 for 4 brake pads, 2 rotors, and a shock absorber change. $1000+ was the brake pads alone which I bought for $90 and did on my own easily with YouTube. Just be careful before committing to anything here because good customer service makes it seem like they re not trying to trick you the whole time you re there

Been coming here for awhile and purchased my tires from this location. Only thing is we will appreciate if you change the time for this location cause it was a few of us to get service this morning, only to find out that this location doesn t open til 8am on Saturdays. But your staff was very nice and allowed us to get seen. This is superb customer service. Much appreciated!

I have been taking my cars here for oil change and tire problems. Today, they got my car in and out for an oil change within 30 minutes. The guys were nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

always an amazing experience at this location, the new addition of the store manager changes the whole dynamic and energy of the store in the best way possible. you don t feel like you are being taken advantage of and they really work with you. I will always recommend this location to friends and family.but maybe consider recliners for the waiting area other than that 10/10! :)

I had an excellent experience. Expected to be told that there were several problems with my car, but they were very honest and it turned out I didn t have a major problem. I will go back and I have been telling people what a great experience it was.

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it has been a sold car for the most part, however lately it has been having issues with leaks, check engine light is on, and it wont pass smog... a few weeks back, while driving, it just stalled while turning the corner. Trying to start it, it would just turn over and over and over... wouldn't start. Tow truck came, and since i live just down the street from Goodguys, I thought I'd have it towed there.I've bought tires there multiple times and always happy with the price and speed of service so why not give them a try for other things...Upon inspection, They gave me a detailed report of the issues... and there were several, and I was not too happy. I won't go into details, but i will say this, I worked with Edward and Dominic. They both show great professionalism, concern for the customer and made me feel at ease with their shops ability to resolve my Jeep's issues.In the end, I may have paid a little more than anticipated, yet the Goodguys shop on Herndon and Brawley is no small time mechanic's garage. The elaborate 6 bay facility has cutting edge equipment and mechanics that know their stuff.I drove away with confidence and my old Jeep purrs better than it has in many years.If you want the cheapest shop, perhaps go elsewhere, yet if you want a reliable shop that guaranttes their work, uses quality parts, and will do their best to keep the cost within a budget you can afford, then stop by and ask for Edward or Dominic and please tell them Greg with the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee sent you!

I ve been coming to this location for a while now and the staff is always great. Chris helped me out today with recommendations for new tires and I was very happy with the price and service overall. I also really like that they texted a link where you can view pictures and a report of everything checked and recommended for your car. I definitely recommend coming to this location. Thanks Goodguys for always being so friendly and helpful!

My car needed an oil change. I walked in without an appointment and got my car serviced right away. I like the inspection they do along with the oil change. They text me and handed me a copy of the recommended services I need. Great service

Excellent work. I have worked on my own vehicles until recent years as aging makes it more difficult, and this repair facility has earned my trust. Never pressuring me to have repairs that are recommended for my vehicles, they answer my questions and explain my options thereby allowing me to schedule the most important repairs and budget for the future ones that my vehicles will eventually need.

If you need a tire patched, GoodGuys Tire is the place to go. My mom had gotten a flat tire on a rainy day and they had a full house of cars. The store Manager Eddie kept my mom informed multiple times while we were waiting. Him and his staff are all very nice. Definitely recommend this place

The store manager Edward was fantastic! I pulled into the gas station next to the shop to air up a tire that I assumed had a nail in it. Edward, who was on his lunch break, came over and offered to fill up my tire for me and then offered his shop to take a look at my tire. I had my tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. Great service and he truly shows how much he cares about his business! Definitely will be my go to shop from now on!

This location is the best, the customer service was amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. I felt comfortable as a women walking in and them explaining to me what was needed and what needed to be done. The service was completed timely, and will definitely return.

I tried these Goodguys Tire & Auto because my usual oil change guys were closed and I was in a bind to get an oil change before I went out of town. I am very glad I did because the customer service was outstanding, the work was most excellent and the price was phenomenal. It didn t take long for them to change my cars engine oil (w/synthetic oil), checked & topped off all the fluids, checked the brakes and filled the tires with the proper amount of air, even the spare tires inflation. Unknowingly for me, it was a few days after the end of a big Goodguys month long sale campaign they previously had but they still gave me the sale pricing of being a new customer which was half off the cost of the oil (mine was synthetic) cost, which was about $50 bucks. I m super glad I took a chance on the Goodguys and am now going back for all my vehicle s needs. Also, found out they do way more than just sell tires and do oil changes. I am going back again for a car brake job that s needed on my car (I knew it was needed before hand) and they found out, not by me telling them but by them looking at them and then they quoted me a discounted quote price on their replacement before they finished with the oil change. I m impressed with these s guys all away around and will be back for my cars brake job.

New Management crew at this location. Very personable and friendly. Husband and I took our cars in for oil changes. Mentioned I had forgotten my coupon at home, before I could tell them they had already given us the discount. Very pleased with the customer service and straight forward answers about other questions we had about our cars.We will be returning.

Price was fantastic, best in town for oil change and filter. The technician was a little sloppy and got oil everywhere under the vehicle and some inside from his shoes and hands.
