Good because I checked all the fluids they said they put in also mark my tires, so I can see that they really did rotate them also like to see the Engine filter and the cabin filter and I m marked mine so that I know it s been changed. I got that from my father that left me with that before he passed away. How smart can I be OK

First let start off saying my dad has been coming here for 18 years. My father recently had a brand new motor put in his van and installed by them and a PAID over $11,000.He has had nothing but trouble with it. They had a inexperienced guy install it. That's always great for business! Now that they took it money and is still having problems they don't really feel like working on it. So they told him that they will work when they have time. (It's been months) Still sitting in their parking. My father uses this vehicle for work. so now he has to figure out another way to get to work. These people don't deserve you hard earned money! Look for a place that has morals and stands behind their work because, THIS PLACE DOES NOT!

If I could give them less stars I would. My car was towed to this place and I was there for several hours. Multiple people told me my car s whole engine needed to be replaced with the damages. So on hearing this my insurance wanted to move the car and total it. I was told they would get the estimate to my insurance but the next day they demanded my car be moved from the lot. Now they have told my insurance they didn t do an estimate and they are telling me they never could have done these repairs. I m from another state and was at this show for several hours without being told accurate information. My insurance confirm my car s engine does not need to be replaced. Be careful and get a second opinion before getting your car repaired here

I have to give this location a 5 star. I went to get new tires and Sean was just amazing in helping me. Even in helping he was making sure another customer was taken care of as well. Thank you Sean and the team at good guys tires on Weber!

Went in the recommendation of a friend and couldn t be more pleased. The receptionist was not only professional, but warm as well. I received the service I requested and although they offered additional services based on the computer readout, they were not pushy at all when while I thought about it and eventually declined the additional service. The price was right as well

A couple of years ago, they told me my radiator was cracked. And it needed to be replaced, while they were there I had them change the pump as well. During the repair a trans hose broke, they replaced it and covered the cost of labor, but I had to pay for part.Jeep would still overheat all the time.This weekend it was determined my problem was the fan clutch all along. Upon inspection we found the metal fitting for the trans line (the one they replaced) was up against the frame and rubbing.Also. My evap coil IS BEING HELD UP WITH ZIPTIES?!?!Who does that?! How is that quality?!About a year ago my Jeep wouldn t start. My starter was only a couple years old. They told me they needed to replace the starter. So I agreed. A week later. Same issue. They replaced it again. A week later. Same issue.Had a mobile mechanic come. He took out the starter relay, slammed it against the hood. Put it back in, started right up. He said sometimes they get stuck and wont switch. I paid like 300-400 bucks for a starter I didn t need..Don t go here .

The update in staff is super friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named Hayden, helped me out a lot by figuring out what steps I should take with my car instead of adding it onto my bill.

Did a great job with the oil change but they are way to over priced. They gave me an inspection on my vehicle but there where other issues with it.

Excellent service. They always educate me on everything that is being done, what exactly I need, and why I need it. They have been taking care of me and all my grandmothers vehicles for years!

Haven't bought anything from this establishment but when I need to put some air in my tires they are very nice & accommodating letting me air up for free. Very nice employees. Would recommend this business.

I brought my car in for oil change. They finish my car. They brought my keys in put them on the shelf. I waited, and I have to ask them if they was finished with my car. They had finished 30 minutes before the service there is terrible.

Just picked my vehicle from shop now its broke down wow 15 mins later. I call the shop he said nothing he can do about it. Smh $800 gone down the drain

Great customer service nicest gentleman but was charged or a missed diagnosis I was charged $200 to put an o-ring on the compressor to my air conditioner compressor for them to tell me 2 days later it needed a new compressor because they didn't see the second leak & they wouldn't take the $200 off so I paid for a part on a compressor that didn't work all I was offered was free Freon fill up that would never have leaked my if they would not have missed diagnosed , I will never take my car there again in fact I'm filing a claim against them with their corporate office and then next BBB !

These guys are great, i always bring my truck in for any tire repairs or replacements, never had a bad experience and the staff is fast n friendly also open on weekends which works due to my busy schedule. Thank u good guys im a customer for lifeService: TiresService: Tires

First time there, was greeted kindly and with a smile. Was able to take care of my Oil change used a coupon which helped a lot. Work didn't take long they had complimentary coffee for customers Thanks a Bunch

The people at Goodguy s helped me out with an oil change and rear brakes service in the middle of the day as a walk in. What s better is that they finished it same day and were very nice!

Bought tires from them about a years ago and paid for the alignment took car in to get a nail repair on tire they said it would be a four hour wait and I supposedly didnt pay for warranty on tires also asked if they could do the tire rotation I was told to leave it over night no thanks i guess they have a waiting list for simple fixes and they burn you when you buy all four tires and alignment by not giveing you warranty i will not be using this good guys location very disappointed in service and response of shop person

Been coming here for years but service on last 3 visits has been slow. 4 tires and alignment took 4 hours and now an oil.change over an hour. at 7:30am I am first and only customer. Mechanics were not there at 7:30. Still good if you are not on a schedule.

Ron and his team we re very helpful and courteous. Timing was perfect and well worth the investment on my car for all 4 tires and oil change. Coming from the Automotive field Ron did great! I worked as a Service Manager / Adviser for nearly 7 1/2 years and Ron was great! I ll be coming back for more maintenance and work on my Volkswagen.

serpentine belt and tensioner replacement. good man, manager says $ 30 bucks xtra for greasing up supension.my bill at that for basicaly replacing on my 06 toyota sequoia serpentine belt n belt s tensioner $ 400i felt overly chargedsorry, good guys , i wont be able to afford you another time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible experience with the store manager. He would not listen nor allow me to finish a sentence. I can't describe the issue to have them troubleshoot a tire purchased from them if he won't listen. Sure one might be doing this for decades as he mentioned. I don't need your credentials or you to flex your opinion about how I do not understand in order to do some testing. It's nonsense and I will have to call corporate to get one tire warranty replacement by the tire mfg.truly an unsatisfactory experience and not what I get from other good guy tire center locations

Straight forward and honest! Took my truck in at 9 in the morning to have the A/C looked at . . . they gave an estimate to convert from R12 to 134, had the truck back at 11:30 that morning. The work came in under the quote and the A/C works like a champ, which is a blessing in this heat!A friend who's been going to them for years suggested I go there . . . now I know why, they're friendly, quick, reasonable, and honest!

I was not impressed. My online appt was not honored and they tried to upsell me to tires i didnt want. Then, as i was leaving, claimed they had access to every tire places inventory and no one in town had my tire. I then went down the street and found the tires i wanted for a cheaper OTD price too.
