Pathetic service!A snail can do better these people, just wasting everyone s time here. It s been an hour here waiting to get my truck keys cloned. Martin, Ruben, Nate slow AF his teammate even slower and Nate he was going back and forth to get some parts every time came empty handed just to use hand sanitizer, nice. I can name all of them, i saw wasting time chatting. Don t get me wrong everyone is working except working. They got seven workstations and not a single person handling customers. It takes four of them to type out something on a computer. I don t want to use profanity here but ik how tf im handling this thing. People please take your business somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business, time and money. One more thing only Brian is serious about his work nice gentleman.

I wonder if people that reviewed this place must be getting pay because this Fresno truck center here sucks at the service department,No communication among each other.Every time I call and talk to different people they always tell something different and they waste your time.I can put names on here but il just keep them to me for now !Hopefully the owner read this because he really need to check with their managementLast month I took a 2021 truck for diagnostics and they took like a week and half. Now I have a truck that I took in last week and they still waiting on something.It s hard to communicate with them and when you do they tell you the same thing.Also I purchased a use truck there as well not so long ago and knowing this service I sure it will be my last freightliner I buy !!!!Rate 0Bad in service department

Got here at 2pm for oil change service (during 2 hours)... unfortunately didn't happen, it's 7:44pm and still not ready... if you guys are planning to change oil here less then 6-7hours, please go somewhere else, the parts department is good(1 star for parts department) driver's lounge is good(one star for the driver's lounge)I hope they will do it better for the just oil change service..(for example per apointment, and during 1/2hours):):)..still waiting , I will update my review after the oil change done..Thank you for understanding!!!., ok. Got the oil change last night...(western star 2023y.first oil change in this truck, got in no check engine light, got out after oil change with check engine light on) here is why: they changed the fuell filter improper way, they suppose to hand pump or (its freightliner dealer) they SHOULD HAVE THE FUEL PUMP MASHINE, which is broken they say(and broken long time ago, because the service advisor told me all trucks coming out with this check engine light on it) PLEASE NOTE TO ALL TRUCK OWNERS AND FLEET MANAGERS!!! the LONG START-means killing your starter and battery ..this what happens, after improper fuel filter change, the truck didn't start first, then started from long starter crunk... it second time same and third time starting- the same... killing my starter and battery ....unfortunately...

Outstanding customer service. Fresno truck center goes the extra mile to take care of customers. We blew an injector line on our motorhome with a Cummins ISL, this leftus stranded on the side of highway 99. This was a Sunday afternoon at 5pm, to my surprise they were open and had the updated injector line in stock. With the wait time for an Uber I couldn t makeIt there by 6 when they closed. This is where Erik from Fresno truck center comes in to save the day, not only does he hand deliver the part to us but he also brings the specialty tools that I needed to change the line out. We got it fixed and got back on the road without having to be towed to a service center. Huge thanks to Erik from Fresno truck center.

Excellent job by Service team !! Special thanks to Brian..My truck is having issues I already visited many mechanics but Brian understands my issues and very excellently explained everything to mechanics and problem solved Very happy with Service and guys in Service front desk is also doing good job but they can improve in communication with customer over the phone Over all more than 5 stars

Took my truck with a fuel pump failure. A 10k job, they said they cleaned tanks steamed and filtered my old fuel. 719 miles later, my fuel system got clogged up. Took to a frieghtliner and was told tanks were dirty with metal and canterminated fuel. Now needs a flush and a clean again. A 5k job. They refuse to take responsibility. They're telling me things they did that it's not in invoice. Warning: Make sure you verify everything is clean with fuel tanks if you have the service done. It's very expensive. Will take them to court, and I have reported with California Bureau of Automotive RepairReply: funny thing you said you filtered 100 gallons fuel, that you say was bad. Make that make sense. If that was the case why keep it?. Every place I called they told me they never heard a dealership keep old fuel. They get rid of it and put 25 to 50 gallons of new fuel

UPDATED REVIEW*I am Updating this review from 2 stars to 4 because the time efficacy the last 2 times I have went, has drastically improved. Now they have a counter for cores, warranties, and returns. Credit where credit is due

Amazing Body Shop!!! I came in about a windshield replacement after a rock busted it up pretty good. BOTH of the guys in the body shop office were beyond amazing and went out of there way to help me get back on the road making money. I honestly thought it would be a day or so to get it done. But one of the office guys said they could do it today and it wasn't that big of a deal to get one of his technicians to just put it in right quick. Even though there were trucks in front of me with much larger jobs. In and back out on the road in about 2 hours!! Thanks again for making me believe in customer service and that people still care about what we do and making customers feel valued! I'll never forget that experience. And coming from a 24 year vet that's saying a lot. FYI the music selection was on point!

Mechanic change fuel filter assembly after1 day breakdown again then they chage battery , then fuel pump then gasket, troubleshoot injector again failed been 45 days still working on truck. They hv computer but still not find issue

Adan is my salesman and he takes care of us very well. We are a bit out of his way and he still makes sure to take care of us and whenever we have a credit or purchase he emails me the form the same day which says a lot about the work ethic and how professional this place is.-CTS

They just took my money and didn t even fix the problem. Took my truck in because I was getting an abs light, system stability light, and ROC system failure all at once but they all go away after I turn off and on the truck. They come back sometimes when I use the brakes or randomly while driving. I told that to the person who checked me in. When I came in to pick up my truck and I paid and looked at the paper all it said was no issue was found and that they just looked into another previously active code that had nothing to do with what I came in for and did a test drive for it. Then charged me $198 for doing nothing. The lights are still coming back.

If you ever need Freightliner/Western Star parts, and exceptional service!Martin s customer service is appreciated He is so willing to get whatever you need, immediately. Even if you are on the road in need factory parts, Martin will ship to you ASAP. That is the difference between being stuck on the road and making money.Thanks Martin and Fresno TruckFrom S&L

Getting helped takes a little time. But staff is super nice and super helpful. For faster service call ahead a have ask the to put parts on will call. Make sure you keep card on file

Takes a bit to get checked in and out. They got allot of trucks going in service and out. Very busy place but sucks when u need a new truck fixed it takes awhile.

Horrible customer service, night parts never answers the phone! When they do answer they put you back on hold for 20-30 mins additional. This place is joke to get parts from not enough people working the night shift. Told the owner but he still hasn't done anything to correct the problem.

Parts department review: Best thing is that parts department is open late. Almost always have the parts you need , if not next day. Must know what part you need or take a picture and description of a main part it is attached to or it will take them a very long time to figure it out. They great about getting your parts ready if you call ahead!

I frequently call and go in for parts. I had called as I do and it usually goes to the cashier and they transfer the call and I eventually get thru. Well yesterday when I called they said Freightliner parts may I help you? I was extremely happy parts answered. Well as we all know time is crucial, and time is money. I really appreciated that. So I went in to pick up my parts and Sandra helped me she was so nice and professional and helped with such diligence. This place won t cover anything under warranty. They don t like waiting to collect warranty reimbursement; so they ll just take your hard earned money a lot faster instead. This place is a complete joke and should be ashamed of the way they do business with locals. Zero stars if I could!
