I had such a great positive experience at Fresno tire co. Came in to get my tires checked, had a big nail in one of the tires, all within 20 mins they checked the tires, patched it and put air. Brian made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed. When I was getting ready to check out, he had let me know it was no charge. Literally made my day. I will definitely be coming back, and letting our family and friends know to come here. He really does care about his customers, employees and his shop. Very clean well organize place I must add. Thank you so much I ll definitely be coming back !

Nice gentleman at the front desk. Did the work and provided a thorough inspection of the vehicle while changing the tires. Provided pictures to help illustrate their recommendations. Text updates. No pressure and knowledgeable staff.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars (I would have given 4.5 if that was an option) is that I had an appointment at 8 am to have 4 tires swapped out onto the existing rims and I was there for a little over two hours waiting for it to be completed. I have had this changeover done many times throughout my life and this may have been the longest wait I have ever experienced. That said, Fresno Tire Co. has a great waiting area and everyone was polite. I guess I just need to plan to drop off the car next time rather than hanging out and waiting. I will go back.

Professional, prompt attention to taking care of our needs, from our arrival until our departure.Our mechanic(Israel), was friendly, knowledgeable & took care of the slow leak, in our tire...immediately& with confidence. We were there, no less 30 minutes! Also, there was no charge! We were very pleased & will use this shop, again....for our future vehicle needs. Highly recommended!

Brian, Mallory, and the hardworking team here are nothing short of amazing. Genuine, friendly, and skilled professionals. I was traveling and got a flat tire. I called and they received my vehicle that was towed to them and they fixed my tire. I was able to continued with my visit/plans to the area and pick up my car the following day. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this business! Thank you

Had a trailer tire fail on way back from Yosemite. As we changed to spare, gave Fresno Tire a call. Easy to have them order replacements (did both, my choice.) took about 45 minutes to arrive and after a short wait they quickly installed, even removed a damaged fender. No charges for any labor. Very pleasant experience and price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

My experience with Fresno tires was fast, and very thorough. They inspected my car completely listened to what I needed and made sure it was better than I expected. They had such great deals that I was even able to tip the mechanic for doing such a great job. I needed specific tires for my car because I am a hunter and they were able to get them the same day, changed my oil and noticed my air filter was in horrible condition and replaced that as well. I m very satisfied with the service and will continue to go to them and refer all my friends. My car feels like a new car, a huge improvement! Thank you Fresno tires!

Brian and David at Fresno Tire are great guys, I had been looking around for some quality 18" wheels and tires for my son's car. They not only gave me the best price for high quality wheels/tires, but also great service and information. Will definitely be going back to them for any other needs

Has an issue with my car and had it towed in. They text drive it and ran diagnostics immediately and gave me an estimate immediately afterwards. The work was then assigned to be done the next workday and i would have it back! They gave me a courtesy ride across town. Also, they have a pretty nice waiting waiting room equipped with cable TV, board games, and a massage chair!

Brian was able to get my daughter s car in for service with a short time frame over her winter break. The report that was sent after the car inspection was nice to have to ensure what was viewed.

Great service! You can tell the owner really loves what he does and really cares about his customers. We went to get 4 new tires during our lunch break, he was nice to give us a ride to work in his truck ! Something he didn't have to do but did it for his customers.Highly recommend, don't go anywhere else as this place know their stuff !

Rolled in with a flat tire from a wood screw puncture and rolled out with my tire repaired, other tires checked out, air added and sensor updated all completed in an hour while I relaxed in a comfy waiting area. Great customer service. Friendly and professional.

Fresno Tire Co. took great care of my vehicle. Prompt service and quality repairs were completed quickly and with minimal time without my vehicle. I was provided a through 100 point inspection with pictures of their recommendations along with addressing the original issues I took my JEEP in for. Brian & his team were so helpful & willing to help with my car issues ! Not only did they fix everything I asked they went above and beyond & thoroughly took the time to look into my car and see what issues needed the most attention ! Brian worked around my work schedule which made what is usually a stressful situation not as bad , Him and his team truly went the extra mile for me & I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family and friends & I will also be returning when needed ! I was recommended by a friend to visit this place for my situation with my 2005 chevy tahoe. It was wobbling all over the place on the freeway. They showed me the issues it had. Because I came in late they offered to keep my truck overnight because they wouldn't be able to get the tires until the next day. They were even generous enough to offer me a ride home. After new tires, balance and an alignment later, it drives brand new. Thank you for the help and hospitality and also for the receptionist being able to fit me in the same day when I didn't have an appointment. Above and beyond customer service like no other. Thank you again. Will definitely be back with my other vehicles.

I m so happy I finally found a great mechanic! Bryan went above and beyond the best customer service I ve experienced in a long time. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and they drove me to work. My car was ready when I got off work. They explained in detail terms I could understand. I highly recommend Fresno Tire to anyone!!

Brian is an extremely knowledgeable and certified auto mechanic and store owner that is very patient, passionate, and an expert with European vehicles.He not only treated me and my fiance with respect as customers, but explained everything in detail in regards to an alignment I had to get on my 2017 BMW.Trust me when I say that I have called and looked around both Fresno and Clovis for auto shops that work on European vehicles, and was turned away by 99% of the auto shops.I have never been to any other shop in Fresno more qualified to work on European vehicles than this shop!Brian is able to accommodate everything from oil changes, transmission fluid changes, maintenance and more on our vehicle here!I am happy that I met Brian and that I finally discovered an amazing Fresno gem of an auto shop in order to receive work on my vehicles that aren't just Hondas and Toyotas.Thank you Brian and Fresno Tire Co!5 Stars!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Brian is a stand up guy! A dealership told me I needed to have my brakes resurfaced and wanted $500 to do the job! I brought my car to Fresno Tire Company and they took a look and it turned out to be a loose bolt on the break pad. They tightened it up and didn t even charge me! Had a flat tire and was looking for a place that could see me within an hour, checked online and found the Fresno Tire Company with the highest 5 online reviews,Once called them and spoke with Brian ne the phone, one could notice why this place has such amazingly high and 5 star reviews.He was very welcoming and accommodating about the time frame and when it could be done.When I arrived there for the free flat repair immediately got acknowledged by him and Brian was very warm and friendly and genuine and I felt like a regular paying customer and well taken care of both in the absolutely quick and timely manner and his welcoming and honorable approach.I'm not sure there are many business like theirs in existence anymore but really wish them well and growth and expansion since all of us at the time of needs would appreciate such touch of kindness and humanity ,Thank you Fresno Tire Company Thank you BrianService: Tires

First time at this shop. I found them on Google maps. They had a high star rating and rightfully so. I felt welcomed and tended to.
