Someone threw a big rock through our living room window (along with three others on my block). My landlord hired this company to fix it. The window looks terrible, with large ribbons of extremely noticeable excess glue around the whole thing (see photos). Worse, they left huge shards of plate glass and razor blades all over the place. I m lucky I went out and looked, otherwise it would have just been laying there for someone (or some animal) to step on. They also were a day later than they said they d be. All around, not a place I recommend. At all.

Terrible company. Carrie is awful. She never returns calls or calls you with updates as to where your glass is. Was not installed when promised. You would expect a phone call right?They re installers have poor craftsmanship and he s very careless. The quality of the glass was not good either. You pay a lot of money and should expect to get what you pay for. Go somewhere else.I m reporting them to the BBB and going to have my windows they worked on properly inspected.

Went to get a chip and crack repaired on a vehicle I had just purchased. Was recommended to go here by Central Valley glass when they were too busy.The job was botched and looks terrible, was cloudy, still had a divot. I did not pay them their billed $55, as they agreed their job was bad, but could not explain why.I had it appraised by a third party, Superior Auto Glass. Turns out Fresno Glass Co. Drilled down to the third layer of laminate, did not cure their resin, and failed to get all the air out properly.Service: Auto windshield repair

The RV window they replaced is as bad as the one they took out. The old one had condensation in it and couldn't see anything out of it so we paid almost 400.00 to have it fixed. The so called New window has condensation in it now also. 2 days after them putting it in. Plus the New window has water stains all over it.That's not what i call New glass.Also the glass is too small for the frame. They must have taken this out of an another RV and reused it in mine. I am not a Happy customer. I expect to have this replaced at their expense, not mine.Shabby work. Got black window sealer all over the glass too.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Someone came out to my home over 3-weeks ago and measured my window for replacement. I have called several times and an told the same thing. "She is looking for my quote and will get to me". NO one ever called me back, nor have I ever received a quote. I guess they don't need the business. Time to look somewhere else

I had an expensive piece of glass cut for the top of a piece of furniture at another glass store in town and it was done incorrectly. Instead of re-doing it I was told they couldn't re-cut the glass. I took it to another store who said they couldn't re-cut it because it was tempered glass. I took it to Fresno Glass Co. The owner said it was iffy but he would at least try. I said great go ahead and try and if it breaks too bad for me because it is useless unless you try. 15 minutes later I left with the glass cut exactly right and I cannot praise Fresno Glass Co. enough. At least they tried!!! And even better it worked! Thank you very much. .

I Just went in for a piece of glass 24"x32" x1/8 it was $33.60 1qt of glazing was $25.50 8 push pins for1.00 plus a card fee of 3.99% for my bank card. Home Depot sells the Glazing for 33.oo a Gal. Boy did I get ripped off Never again...

Had them change my wind shield, they used some cheap windshield glue, which came off after abt 10 months. I went back to them and they wanted $50 to re-glue the window shield. I have never had glue problems with wind shield before until I used these guys.

Today I brought my car in for a window repair, when I saw the place I thought "they don't seem to know what they were doing" they seemed to violent and even brought out power tools to remove the glass... but guess what they didn't scratch a thing! I'm happy with the service I received and they even showed me that the other people that installed glass didn't do a proper job and had wires sticking out... 10/10 service

Horribly unprofessional. If I could put zero stars I would. Had an appointment with them Monday 9-12 and nobody showed or called. I called them about 3:30 and they said 'sorry we'll send someone out right now'. ALSO never showed or called. Next day no call no show. They obviously didn't want my business, only wanted to waste my time making me wait for them

I would recommend this company to others. I was able to speak to manager and get a window removed and placed within an hour despite the hard work he had to do. Prices are affordable and they are Polite and professional.

Horrible serviceMy father took the car in and they just kept giving him attitudeHe would ask them for a receipt and again give him attitude.My dad is a real nice guy and doesn t deserve that. It should be a Zero star rating

Don't go here they give wrong Estimated time when service will be complete carrie needs to have better experience in customer service she has poor customer service she said my window would be ready in 3 day which was never readyDON'T GO HERE Don't waste your money here

I have a very bad experience I never expect I told a guy I have only Saturday off then I need to change my windshield glass and he gave me a time as your schedule at 10 AM and I was there from 9:30 AM but no one show up it doesn t even make sense if you have business and you give someone else time and then you will not even show up at your time

Don't go here. Terrible work. They messed up the inside of roof cotton of my car. I told them about it and all they do was bought this spray to glue it back.Get your window fix by professional.
