Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat - Has been great !! I've had now had my 2nd Chrysler 300C for 5 yrs and it run wonderfully. Always do my oil changes and service at this dealership. Courteous service attendant's like Randy are Friendly, helpful and professional. Supervisor Wendy is totally Friendly, Professional and Customer First. I had a situation several years ago with my 1st Chrysler 300C (Which I had for 8 yrs) and she was wonderful and a blessing in getting our car fixed as promptly as possible. Their waiting lounge is modern, comfortable and always has complimentary coffee, water, snacks for customers.Thank You Chrysler !!

Took my car in for a warranty recall they gave it back to me missing the wheel caps and the engine cover is now broken. When I went in to let them know the crew member I spoke to said why would the technician want to keep your wheel caps he has no use for them. And left it at we can t find the wheel caps . If they broke something or lost something they need to take responsibility. Customers can t trust them or the work they do if they give back cars in this condition and refuse to take responsibility.

I went in for a recall on my vehicle. From the moment I first arrived at the dealership they were very helpful. I experienced great customer service. Everyone in the office spoke to me when I entered the facility. Even when I picked my vehicle up. Everyone was so professional. I haven't had any issues with my vehicle since they worked on the recall on April 3rd, 2024.

I am utterly disappointed with The Ram Service Center for their deceitful practices and blatant lies. Despite multiple assurances of contacting Dodge Ram for a carpet replacement, they failed to follow through. Ram corporate confirmed that no such order was placed, and they have been unresponsive to service document requests. Furthermore, the service center's attempt to merge separate services to conceal their lack of repairs is unethical. Avoid this company at all costs they engage in deceptive practices and will scam you. Protect yourself and steer clear of this dishonest establishment.

I was very satisfied with my service here .. Johnathan assisted me and helped take care of my cars needs. Prices were very reasonable especially because of the fact parts are brand new. I've never took my cars to be maintenanced at a dealership before. I've always gone to little mechanic shops and it was always one thing wrong after another and always left without having a Peace of mind . Never again will I go to a mechanic shop I will always go to a certified dealership like Dodge. Johnathan attended to me right away. Made sure I was taken care of, updated me frequently on my cars status. Made sure I got where I needed to go using there shuttle service. Great experience.. I will also be making an appointment with a different concern I am having with my Dodge Charger and will F/U on this review

I love coming here to get my oil changed because my car runs like a brand new car when I get it back and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I don't like is that they charge you for everything. Just recently I took my car in for an oil change and needed my filters replaced. Now, I would have happily paid for the over priced filters that they sell (that wasn't the issue), however they were trying to charge me to put 'em in, even though my hood was already up. I asked my service provider, "Why would they charge me to put in the new filters? If a part of my oil change is to check to see if I need these things (I'm already paying for the part, RIGHT!?) His response was "Well we charge everybody that fee" So I told him to close my hood pull my car around and I would order the filters from Napa and put them in myself. I understand that taking your car to the dealership can be very pricey but I don't like to be nickel and dimed for everything, especially when you already have my hood up and that's a part of the car that you're checking anyways.

The quality of work was horrible!The car was worse when driving it away. 2 lights on the dash I ve never seen and more codes than when I arrived. In order to have it looked at it would be $250.00 but the new codes and rough idle after having just the recalls fixed is so bothersome !!!They should have left the recalls on there, if I d known it would make it worse! When I asked, They just said bring it back and pay for diagnostic fee to know what the problems are. I m not sure I will go back.Customer service was great! They were very friendly, professional, and helpful upon arrival

I've been coming here for a few years for maintenance and repairs. Their team works around the clock and efficiently. Repairs are beyond my expectations. Had to take my pickup in for a check engine light. Had our ram truck for five years now purchased it from them. 1st time I have ever had a problem with it. Well let me tell you they got right into it and fixed the problem. My go to person was Adrian well he kept me informed and got the problem taken care of. I had to wait for my vehicle cause I was from out of town but the staff would checkup on me . They even called to checkup on how the service had been a day later

Our second time buying a vehicle from Fresno Chrysler jeep and both times have had a smooth experience. Just recently switched over to a 2024 jeep grand Cherokee and Thomas made it a very pleasant experience even went out of his way to come to our home to pick up a check that we didn t have on hand. Very helpful.

Took my daytona in to have them check my a/c after another shop couldn't find the problem, Johnathan Sabado came out and asked the reason for my vist. I told him I needed the a/c checked and hepromptly got mine and the vehicles info to start a (check & advise) repair order. He told me he would call me in a few hours with a update. (I thought yeah right) but sure enough he called me a couple of hours later and said we found the problem and gave me a price for the repair. I gave the green light to order the parts and have it done. After the parts arrived he got the car back into the shop and kept me updated with the progress. Shop got the work done fast and before I knew it he called and said your car is ready. I gotta say I had a great experience, thank you and good job to Johnathan Sabado and all the Fresno dodge staff. Very professional and polite.

Just bought a Dodge Ram 2023 truck from a private party after driving for 1 week I noticed a clicking noise so I took it to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Randy the service advisor was very attentive to how I was explaining the problem got the vehicle in the shop and diagnosed unfortunately I needed a new engine but fortunately it was under warranty they had it replaced and got me back on the road in a couple of weeks. Motor had to be shipped in from out of state. Now I am driving a great running truck.

I have been using Fresno Chrysler for over 30 years with multiple cars. The Service Team personally remembers me. The communication during service is thorough and automated each step of the way. Craig has been so helpful with issues as my vehicles are now older. I trust the work that is done.

Check in was quick and efficient. Had Adrien as our service advisor and he had great communication. Taking away a star because when I came in to pickup the vehicle the cashier was late into the office and I had to wait 20 minutes.

I was taken advantage of. My car was reading a code with my diagnostic machine and PEPBOYS had the same code. When taking it to Dodge they claim this code was not my problem something else was 1500.00 for an axle. The code was showing I had a problem with my transmission. Had to take my car back the next day because the check engine light returned. He then stated that it was reading my transmission needed work. I will never return here. Bonuses must be great for these reps.

My girlfriend had purchased a jeep at this dealership before we met, which honestly feels like a classic case of a car dealership taking advantage of a young buyer.She got roped into a car loan with a whopping 14% interest rate spread over an insane 75 months. Looking back, it's clear as day how much this deal was stacked against her. At the time, she was young and not too informed about these things, a fact that the dealership must have picked up on.These greasy sales tactics have left us dealing with the fallout. The interest rate is through the roof, and the sheer length of the loan term means we're stuck paying way more than the car is worth. It's a classic case of a dealership preying on someone's inexperience.To anyone considering a car loan, especially if you're young and new to this world, please, please do your homework. Dealerships like this bank on people not knowing any better. Dodge really dropped the ball on ethical lending here, and it's something I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.In short, stay vigilant and look out for yourself. These guys are out for every penny they can get, not your financial well-being.

I had multiple things that I needed done. Check engine light, leaking shocks, oil change, tire rotation, and some recalls. Craig did a great job in making sure everything was taken care of and making sure my maintenance insurance was reactivated. It took four days to get mostly everything done but I guess that is how it is when you take a car in to get serviced at a car dealership. I'm glad I have a secondary vehicle when I service my truck there.

I like coming to this location. I live close to the Clovis dealer but they are always busy and their service is good but better in the Blackstone dealer. This is the location where I bring my jeep and where I buy my mopar parts.

Took my vehicle in for service the whole time I was worried about not getting any type of of information back but with Johnathan sabado there he was constantly giving me updates through txt messages.. constantly letting me know what place my car was in line.. the whole 9 yards I was treated with the best customer service I could of asked for each time I went in and spoke with him.. i highly recommended his services and as well as the other dodge employees there

I had a great experience buying my new 2024 Jeep Rubicon X from them. I am really impressed with Paul in particular. He helped me with the ordering process via e-mail, gave me a great deal on the price and he made sure when I had standard equipment missing from the factory that I received it. I would definitely recommend buying from them. All of the staff are super nice, helpful and straight forward.

I have been going to this dealership for several years since leasing two Jeeps. The sales personnel have been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The ongoing maintenance of these vehicles with their service department has resulted in the same experience. Any needed repairs I have had with my vehicles have been properly responded to by their service check-in personnel and their mechanics. They have a wonderful waiting room and all is handled efficiently and professionally.
