I took my Buick Enclave for a simple oil change, paid, and left. Two weeks after, there was absolutely No oil. This created Many leaks and internal damage to the engine. I filed a corporate complaint, their service was even worst, told me to cover repair cost then submit receipts to see if possibly I can be reimbursed. Buick killed my Buick. I will never in my life be their customer ever. It had no issues before taking it to them.

They are so helpful in the service department. I can make appointments easily, they are friendly and always explain things well, Arsham is so kind and helpful! Thank you.

Love this dealership. Very good professional service staff. I go here instead of Michael Cadillac to service my vehicle. Great great service staff.

Very bad experience, the manager of the place behaved very badly, I think that as a manager he is no good for treating customers. I drove 3 hours to solve my purchase and they only gave me a very bad time and that I was about to cancel my purchase.
