NEVER GO TO FLORES TRANSMISSIONS!!!!! there work is horrible!! I trusted Flores with my car I explained to him I was having trouble With my transmission and he was Real helpful with explaining to me what will be done I came back the next day with cash in had left my car with him, I called 4 days later and no answer a day later I tried again and he still didn t answer I drove past In my sisters car and seen my car outside I showed up a little angry the next week and he told me that i would have to find someone to pull my transmission! He told me this after a whole week of no answer calls and my car just sitting at his shop I asked him why he didn t explain this before and he got frustrated and told me if I didn t understand to take my business else where!?! I absolutely can not believe that a business man would treat there customers this way.

Terrible horrible shop does not open till around noonish , I wouldn't even have gave him one star but it makes you leave something so disregard that one star. Talk to Paul he said he would have car fixed in two days , more like it took 2 months. And when we got car back it was worse than it was when I brought it at least it ran when I dropped it off to him . I drove it home put it in park , it never came out of park ever again had tow it. So being at his shop for another month total of three months he stopped answering the phone said he couldn't fix it would pay me back my money in payments got the bar involved . He to this day has not made one payment to me to get my $1100 by not including wasting time having my car for three months . this guy the shop is a joke never bring your car there he never answers the phone to give you any information about your vehicle you pass by his shop and it's closed during regular business hours . He does not open a shop until afternoon late night like a tweaker or Shop. Staying away from flores transmission, be aware sign should be hanging in his office.

Bad business , don t like money , don t like to work ,there word means nothing , show up when they wantFlores transmissions has had my car for( 2 months) . When I first talked to the mechanic I was told my car was going to be done in (2 days) . After waiting a week and getting no response I got worried . I started calling his shop . no answer my (calls were sent to voice mail ). I showed up around 12:30 front gates were still closed and locked .Couple weeks later Flores calls and says my vehicle is done. When I picked the vehicle it (ran worse than before )I couldn t believe all this time wasted and money spent my vehicle was still not ready . I called and let him know my complaint and he sed he would fix it to drop it offAfter confronting the mechanic about my vehicle he (threatened me ) with not finishing the job and not giving me my money back . After headaches with this guy and almost (losing 1200 )dollars I gave up dealing with these guys and had to get some legal help . I called the( B A R )and it was super helpful it s been 3 months without my vehicle and now my worrie is I hope they don t sabotage my motor

I took a 2007 chevy Impala automatic transmission to Paul at Flores transmission for it to be rebuild at we installed transmission we drove the car for a few hours to work up transmission getting too operataing temperature, transmission would start acting up. At take off it would snapped off first gear. So I called talk to Paul he said bring it in it's under warranty you would have it checked out. It's been nearly two months now, he hasn't pulled out the transmission to warranty his work. So now I do not trust him I do not believe him and the bureau of Automotive repairs will pay him a visit. I wouldn't take my car back to Flores transmission ever again
