My insurance recommended this place and I'm happy they did! They communicated from start to finish. When visiting the place in person everyone was so nice, caring, and very understanding! I will recommended this place to any and everyone who is in need for a great auto body shop!

I definitely felt good during and after my car got fixed here. I didn t have to worry anything and they took care of everything professionally and staff members were very friendly. I had to go out of country and they were patient with me with the schedule . Easy process in all. Thanks

We found the shop to be very clean and professionally operated.The vehicle was repaired to pre-accident status and was so pleased to receive it back in super clean condition!Definitely recommend this shop!

FIX Auto Body Works West is a great place to get your car repaired. The have good family values, customer service and their work ethic is superb. They take pride in their work and want every customer to be beyond satisfied. I have had my car repaired there twice and both times I was completely happy with their work. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Linda takes care of the paperwork and helps with the rental car. John explains what needs to be done to repair your car and how long it might take. FIX is run by good, honest people who want you to be happy with the repairs of your car. They do their best to make that happen!

Fix Auto is a great place to get your car fixed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me in touch on what is being done daily. I was having a problem with my insurance adjuster Linda the secretary, did her magic and was able to put me in a rental car in five minutes.

Would highly recommend this establishment. Very professional , very organized the employees are committed to delivering exceptional quality in repairs. Great communications and above my expectations. Needed my car fixed. Set an appointment and estimator showed up way late. Never received the estimate like I was promised. Tried to schedule when I could drop off my car and they were inflexible with their schedule. Customer service could be better
