I love that I was notified about the condition of my brake pads the last time I had my car serviced, and again today after an oil change, allowing me an opportunity to have them replaced while I was already there, The service was fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. After my very first visit, I made the decision that going forward, Warren and his staff would be the ones to service my vehicle. As a single female, it is important to be able to trust the people who work on my car with honesty and integrity. Thank you!

I had driven over a screw and I called ahead only hours before to see if they could take care of me and they said they could! When I arrived the man at the front desk was kind and efficient in getting me checked-in and they got to work straight away. I was in and out before I knew it. Very professional and the best Firestone I ve ever been to.

Fast and friendly service, they had my oil change done in less than an hour. I loved that I could make an appointment online and get my service done so quickly. Cheapest oil change I've had! I'll be recommending them to lots of people

Complete Car Care replaced my suspension stabilizers and one ball joint on my 2010 Honda CRV. The suspension no longer has clunking sounds when rolling over bumps in the road. Thanks for doing a great job at a fair price.

Highly recommended! My daughter had her vehicle repaired and smogged there a couple of months ago and the owner was very professional. He even called us back on a weekend and explained the details of the repair and answered any questions we had. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable as well. That was very impressive to my husband and I so we had our vehicle smogged there yesterday. Although it was a bit of a drive for us, we wanted to give them our business. The wait was minimal seeing they had other vehicles waiting to be repaired. I would definitely use them again for future repairs.

We were recommended by 2 friends and we weren't let down. They checked out the car right away and pinpointed what was wrong. The car was quickly restored to working order. They even saved us $ on the bill. All I can say is thank you!

I went to Warren for engine diagnostics on my car. He is very knowledgeable and did his best to reach out to the manufacturer for me to look into recalls, they are also very fair with prices. 5 stars!

These guys are great. The staff is friendly and actually talk to their customers. I'm usually in and out fast. Prices are equal or lower than their competitors.

I have been taking my cars to Complete Car Care for over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the care I've gotten.Warren (The owner) is very good about explaining what they have found wrong during diagnosis.He is aware of many state programs that can help you with the cost of repairs.On the latest repair I needed He put me in touch with a program that helped me with a bill that would have been over 1000.00 that ended up costing me under 300.00.I highly recommend Complete Car Care.

I grew up in Firestone stores, as my dad was a Manager at many Firestone stores. He is now retired but we still continue all of our vehicle maintenance with Firestone as the Values and Customer Service are still a big part of the way Firestone handles business. Way to go! So many other Businesses have lost there Values, when it comes to Customers Service. Thank You

Came to Fresno for a family day and ended up with a flat tire. We went to 3 different tire place and not a single one wanted to help. Got tires here and they re good just that I asked them to not look under hood (knowing it s their policy and just to check battery) but the employee seemed annoyed when I asked and he slammed my hood shut! Like really newer cars you can check the battery on the dash board! No need to slam the hood of my car! You can slowly help the hood down and just slightly push down for it to shut.Service: Tires
