Broken down in my RV and stranded on hwy 168. Couldn't find a tow company for 24 hours when I was recommended Express Truck Service. Tyler came out with his big tow truck, which was needed for the size of my RV. After 2 hours of getting into a position where he could finally gain access to my front tires he was able to get my RV loaded up and down the hill. Spent nearly 7 hours from start to finish and ended up having to spend the night infront of their shop because Cummings closes at 5 and it was nearly 7 pm. Much care and consideration was given to making sure my RV was not damaged and that it arrived today to Cummings. First rate operation with many great associates that helped all along the way. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and capable at his job, not to mention just a nice guy. I would highly recommend this first class operation to everyone. Thank you for making a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience.

Excellent professionals. We ran out of coolant in our Reefer while loaded. Carrier gave us an estimate of 2h to show up.We ended up buying coolant from a nearby Speedco and gave these guys a quick call to see if they can help us out with a ladder (all this is around 9:30pm).Without any hesitation they said to swing by and they'll help us out.20 min later, Reefer was working properly.Much appreciated gentlemen !

Excellent towing service. I thought they cared about my vehicle in tow.. It was repaired, but very expensive. Invoice indicated that the battery cables were loose and had to be tightened, but in order to do that, they would have had to open the hood. The hood key was in my possession the entire time, and the hood was never opened. So someone was mistaken. Charged for 3 hours labor, but was actually 1 1/2 hours.

Its Saturday. I'm at the shipper, and my refer battery is too discharged, from the extreme heat, to fire up the refer.Called ETS. Said they'd be out here in 90 minutes, in Reedly, from Fresno.Well, 90 minutes later hecwas actually long gone abd I'm all g2g!!!

Their roadside tech really knew his stuff. Our motorhome ran out of fuel due to faulty fuel gage had 2 other people try to help but he checked everything out and told us about the kill switch on the engine which probably got thrown by the 2st guy. Even brought more fuel and helped get the generator going again. I hope the Lord blesses him immensely.

Nice guys. We were overweight on our rear axles and got put oos. They showed up in less than an hour and re adjusted our load so we were legal. Thanks guys, great service!!

Man these guys are cool cats. After they dropped the truck off at their yard , they gave us a ride to a nearest hotel then the next day after they fixed the truck they even picked us up. Now that's awesome service to me. I highly recommend them. Thanks again.

Cool guys here they were even willing to work late to finish fixing my trailer which needs welding work. It's located on a dead end road and they have a nice yard with gated entry. Drivers lounge was big though not much to it. Either way these guys work good and got me out in about an hour and a half. Thanks guys!

I got a quote one day. Called back the next day for the same tow and he wanted to charge over $100 dollars more? These people don't need your money..unless you want to give it away?

I stopped a couple hrs before closing and was greeted with a smile. They were very courteous and professional. They were able to get me fixed in the estimated time frame and back on the road. I am very grateful to have found them! Thank you guys. Very appreciated.

Visited Aug 7th 2020 in the afternoon. These guys are great with customers, their knowledge, and skills. After service my Cascada felt like new. Thank you Express Truck Service.

In avoiding a oncoming car crossing the center line, our RV chassis was undriveable after the front and rear wheels hit a boulder in the mountain side in Yosemite. These guys were the only responders who had the equipment and expertise to get us to a qualified repair facility 120 miles away thru dangerous mountain roads. They moved us off the road to a safe site for the night after the Yosemite park rangers had been diverting traffic for 8 hours. Next day they straighten the rear axle and loaded us on the "raker" which allowed travel under limbs and tunnels. That evening, we arrived safe in Fresno. Words can not express our gratitude.

Very fair, honest guys over at ETS. I have a 1983, 40 ft school bus, and it's hard to find mechanics that are willing/able to work on it, and even harder to find tow trucks that can pull it. ETS has provided both services for me on multiple occasions, and they've never given me the run-around. ETS is the only shop I'll take my bus to in the Fresno area.
