The men that work here are literal angels. I m not kidding. I m a single mom and bought an RV to go on adventures with my daughter right at the end of 2020. When I bought my RV I was swindled by a man who wanted to help me get it fixed up. He said he was an RV expert and I didn t know anything so he pulled me along for a while draining what little savings I had. Long story short he did more damage than good so I brought the rig in and the boys took great care of it! They listened to all my concerns and I could tell they really cared. It looked like there was never any damage at all to the vehicle after they were done. They even cleaned the outside so she was fresh and shiny! I actually ended up taking her in a second time for a similar repair right before I sold her for almost double of what I paid. I m so grateful to all the darn nice guys here. You will be too! Wow. Where do we even begin? We had an exceptional experience at Elite. At the beginning of a two-week RV trip in our class C motorhome, our screen door latch broke and although we were able to find a replacement part, we could not get it to function properly. We called and spoke with Tanner as we were approaching Fresno. He was so understanding and helpful and suggested we stop by so they could take a look at our problem. We were greeted by Justin and he was amazing. He quickly figured out the problem, explained it to us, and proceeded to fix it in short order. These guys are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful (a special gift for those of us passing through!). If you are in the area and need a GREAT RV service center, this is the place!

Had a wonderful experience out there. They had all the parts I needed and we're more than happy to help me find them if they didn't have them. But they did and that's what was amazing. Didn't have to order online. Will definitely return order parts through them.

We had a mishap with our 'new to us' camper on the way to Yosemite and we were fortunate enough to find Elite. The guys at the shop dropped everything they could to get my family back on the road SAFELY! Before and after pictures don't do their work justice. Thank you Elite for the first class service and saving our trip...they were professional, efficient and friendly!

We were getting ready for our camp host position. We had an acoverload message on our inverter. Called and spoke with Justin. Had us bring in the coach, and had us on the road the next day. Have used them before, always with good results

Best There IsAs RV owners we all know how difficult it is to get high quality service at a fair price and especially in a timely manner with great customer communication. One of those items is almost always pretty bad and usually it is all of them. Now for the great part. You get all of these attributes delivered in an excellent manner when using Elite RV Collision and Repair. We had a Dometic stove that was leaking propane and under recall. We also had a single axle upgrade on our Lance 1475. From the first phone call with Brian and Justin, who made room for us in the schedule because of our gas leak, to leaving the repair lot after going over everything with Alan who did our fixes and patiently answered all of questions the experience was excellent and couldn t have been better. I m still recovering from having such a great experience as this is not normal. If you need some RV repairs they are the best there is.

What an exceptionally nice customer service representative I spoke with on December 17 about a furnace. His advice was spot on and I will use his company and service and recommend him every time. Fine example of what customer service should be especially to women. A fine gentleman. Congratulations because unfortunately these days are full of ungentlemanly behavior.

We bought a RV from my brother who had work done on it at Elite Rv in the past. He was very happy with them, so when we had an unexplainable tear and partial peel back of the roof membrane, we took it to them for a new one. The repair took longer than we were told, but if you have ever seen their lot you might understand why. They are a very popular repair shop and they do excellent work. Justin, Brian and Martin in the office were very helpful and they and the shop crew went above and beyond for us. Thank you all very much for giving us our RV life back!

Very impressed. The brakes went out on the travel trailer we were towing while we were traveling through . We called a bunch of places looking for anywhere that could fix it today since we were on the road. They were the 7th place we called and the only one who could look at it. They found the problem right away(a cut wire) and we were back on the road in about a half hour. Super kind people. We were very lucky to stumble across them. We are so thankful

Central Valley RV was too busy and referred me to Elite RV Collision and Repair. I called and asked if they would be able to replace my RV electric cable and be able to have it done within a week. They said yes so I took it over there. I was impressed by the friendly way they treated me, and that even though they were really busy, they still took mine in. I showed Mr. Bedwell some other concerns I had that maybe they could fix at a later date. Window sealing, interior stripped door handle, pull out dining table that fell off the wall, kitchen faucet replacement, kitchen drawer rail repairs, and others. They had it finished and even washed my very dirty RV in 2 days. I went to pick it up, and the price was very fair. I like Central Valley RV, but they are always so busy that you usually have to plan to leave your RV there for weeks. Elite took me in at 3:30pm on Monday, and on Wednesday by noon they called it said it was done. Mr. Bedwell has earned my trust, the employees were very friendly, and I feel bad that I didn't have any cash on me, because I wanted to tip the employee that washed the RV. I still need to do some other things that were not on the immediate priority list of mine, and I will use Elite again. I highly recommend Elite RV.Service: Electrical

I was referred to Elite RV a couple of years ago, I was happy with the repair service I used before, but my friend said "these guys are great you should try them".I did and they were great!!!I'm sure I'm more trouble than I'm worth, but they always respond to my problems with a smile and an eagerness to help.I always seem to have a problem as I'm about to leave on vacation! You know my failure to plan is an emergency to me, right?They always say, bring it in we'll do our best to get you going and they've always got me on the road!!!!Always with a smile! Justin, Alan and Brian are the best, I don't know the names of the others who have helped me, but their all the best! Try them, you'll be pleasantly surprised! I promise.I've been in business for 40yrs and never encountered better service, seriously!

We were passing through Fresno when a cable from our extension on our RV snapped. Tanner was so kind and although they were fully booked he squeezed us in to help get us back on the road. Nice ppl. Quality work. Very knowledgeable. Fairly priced.

The best in the area! We needed a repair shop for our RV and found this one online. I read many positive experiences and quickly found out why. Justin answered the phone and was so helpful and accommodating. Then he and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and professional. I've taken my RV to them twice now. They've surpassed my expectations! Thank you Elite RV Collision and Repair!

We were on the road and needed a couple of small things checked on our trailer. We ve gone to a couple of RV places who couldn t accommodate us. These guys picked up the phone when we called, gave us half an hour of their time to check our trailer out on the same day, gave us good tips and information, and made sure we were back on the road safely. They were such a great team of professional and friendly people. Thank you so very much!

Same day Emergency repair to awning and installation of new speakers as well. I had called around and no one was available. When I spoke to Brian on the phone and explained the problem he said they could help me. I arrived same day and a technician immediately fixed the problem. Our rig was in a slight rear mishap and in Fresno area, this place had 5 stars, so we took it in on March 6th, the guys there are great when we get to talk to them. I wish they had someone who handled phone calls and emails a little quicker. We've gone over to look at it twice and it's moving right along, considering the weather isn't helping with drying out. Might only be 2 weeks! Considering it's our home, they're treating it well! Thanks Justin and Martin!

The guys at Elite go above and beyond to please their customers! Being new to RVs and the dealership that we purchased from being several hours away, we had no idea who to trust our new trailer to. A friend recommended Elite and they'd been recommended to Elite by all of their long-time RV friends. Although our issues weren't emergencies, we were new customers and we didn't have high dollar repairs, they treated us with care and efficiency at a reasonable cost. It's been a long time since we have received such great service and we will continue recommending Elite to everyone who will listen!

Justin and his Elite Team took care of us in fine fashion yesterday! Our RV got damaged on a narrow road with terrible scratches on both sides. They took us right away on a Friday , spent four hours buffing out the scratches which we feared might be unrepairable. These guys are great! On my way to Yosemite, a large piece of my air conditioner shroud cracked off and flew away (an old and brittle Dometic on my 2003 Lance camper). I was just south of Fresno at the time and I found Elite RV on Google and gave them a call. Justin told me they probably had a replacement in stock, so I swung by. The replacement shroud was far better quality than the one I had, but Justin and Brian gave me a great deal (it was new but had been sitting in stock for awhile so they discounted it). Justin went out of his way to get my shroud swapped out and back on my way in no time at all. In fact, I would have been out of there even quicker if I had not found some other things in their parts store that I decided to pick up. The guys at Elite RV were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Elite RV to others. I just wish they were closer to where I live. They saved my Yosemite trip!

They do great work but are horrible on answering the phone or calling you back. Took me almost 2 weeks just to make an appointment after phone calls almost every day, leaving phone messages, and actually talked to someone who said he would leave a message for them to call me back and they never did. I get told they are so busy they don't have time to answer the phones. Well if you are that busy then you can afford to hire someone to answer the phones and manage your office. I will go else where to some place that actually answers their phone or calls you back.Service: Body & Trim

They do excellent work. They are friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and are willing to work with the customer to accommodate the customers needs. They are always busy, but since they do such good work they are definitely worth the wait. They even washed our motorhome and blackened the tires sidewalls for us. I would definitely recommend Elite Rv to my family and friends. Thank you

Awful, won't ever be back. Originally took a vintage trailer for a replacement awning fabric in early May 2018 for a camping trip in mid-June 2018. We let them know the time frame and they were ok with that. They said the original spring mechanism could break so they quoted us for a completely new one. Another shop was able to order replacement parts to replace the original mechanism that was questionable. While Elite RV had our trailer, we also asked them look at a refrigerator problem on a Norcold refrigerator. First they replaced the circuit board and we were told it was fixed. Got it back and it did the same thing. Took it back a second time hoping they could figure it out. 2 1/2 months and $800 later, fridge still has the same problem as in the beginning and is unusable. Freezer cools but not the main refrigerator portion and after a time alerts with a "No CO" error message. We told them multiple times the date/time we'd be picking up the trailer, fixed or not, and they left wife and kids waiting for over an hour for them to re-connect wires, clean up their mess and throw stuff back together. Technician wouldn't talk to them, kept sending another poor guy out who didn't know a thing. They rarely answer phone calls, return phone calls, or seem to check voicemail, so communication is awful. They didn't seem to start work until after weeks of having the trailer and harassing them with a ridiculous amount of phone calls and voicemails. They did not fix our problem after having our rig for over 2 months. Only positive thing I can say is they didn't charge us the second time trailer was at their shop, but maybe it was cause they felt guilty about charging over $800 and not fixing the problem. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else!

We are new to the RV community. The folks at Elite RV are a pleasure to work with. They actually listen to you as you are describing your problems and what you want accomplished. Their patience and helpful ideas assisted us with making decisions for repairs versus upgrades, when they believed them to be necessary. Work is completed on time and their prices can't be beat. Their workmanship is excellent. We consider them to be our go-to-guys for all of our future RV repair and upgrade needs.

We were visiting from Texas over Christmas when our refrigerator went out, these guys bent over backwards to help us out to get it fixed before we had to head back. Excellent work great craftsmanship and a joy to work with. I would also like to mention that these guys unlike Paul Everetts will work with Good Sam and get paid through them instead of paying than getting reimbursed.

Once again The Team at Elite RV, knocked it out of the park, GREAT workmanship, FAIR & HONEST. we have been customers since their begning, have always had a Great experience, from warranty work, to remodel, tweeking the storage, always listen to what you the customer wants, and give their expert advise, I would recommend this business for any and all of your RV needs. Update 12/22/18:Picked up our travel trailer and it looks just as it did when we bought it brand new! Great work guys. Thank you for the 120% restoration and the free back up camera. Despite the miscommunications and lengthy wait time, our travel trailer is back to brand new condition.*original review mid November 2018*Horrible service. Had our travel trailer towed to their shop early July, it needed repairs for being t-boned, the electric slide out was damaged and some other body damage (2016 forest river surveyor). They told us and my insurance reps that they d have it completely restored and like new within 20-30 days. After SEVERAL phone calls, left messages, no returned calls, here we are 5 months later and I still don t have my travel trailer back in my possession!!I ve been lied to several times. Oh we re just waiting on the slide out parts, should be here soon maybe next week. I cal the next week. Oh yes we received the parts, working on it now, should be ready for pick up next Friday. I follow up the next Friday. Nope, still waiting on the parts. Check next Monday. I follow up the next week. Got them in! Our tech has been on it! Me, ok well we will be driving thru on our way to AZ so we will be picking up the RV. Martin ok that d be pushing it a little honestly but I think we can have it ready... We arrive in the area and call. Still not ready. Apparently STILL waiting on the parts!!!!! They also NEVER answer MY phone calls. I think they screen their phones, but they ll answer my husbands calls and our insurance reps calls.I know they had to order the parts fromThe manufacturer. They did. And they did tell me they received those parts. So what gives?!After given the run around so much, being lied to and ignored, I believe something happened to our travel trailer while on their lot. Vandalized or something. Or they damaged it even more, perhaps that s why they ve been avoiding us and lying and stalling.I read another review about being from out of town and to not bother with this shop. Wish I read that before sending our travel trailer to their shop.I want HONEST ANSWERS!!!!!

The other big place got to big for they're britches, got tried of leaving a message and not getting call back. Elite, saves money, lot of suggestions and recommendations. Very friendly and curious and got the job done in a timely matter. Gave us rough estimate for future work that we need done. Hard to find parting but worth it. Thanks guys keep it up.

They are HONEST THEY ARE POLITE THEY ARE THE BEST! Being a girl that owns a motor home sometimes places me at a disadvantage when needing repairs Im sorry to say but I have found thriygh the years that taking any type of vehicle to a repair shop and they see your female can result in a bigger bill and repairs you dint need. A competitor stated that I needed my refrigerator replaced in my RV THIS IS EXPENSIVE ! I opted to get another opinion at Elite Rv and found out that a tiny switch I had never noticed was switched to ON this was causing the refrigerator not go cool properly. So guess what it cost me to fix this? 0 they did not even charge me . I was getting ready to spend a couple thousand dollars FOR A NEW FRIG when all it was was a switch that should not have been in the ON POSITION. That is called HONESTY I can fully recommend this company and its employees to anyone seeking service on their RV
