Staff is friendly but technicians need better quality control. Recently took my 22 Tesla X over for some new Falkens in preparation of summer travel. However, the tires were not pumped to the right PSI and did not provide the plastic thread caps for the valve stems. Also, the distributor gave us year old tires, which were dusty and starting to brown. Price was good but might be better off paying more elsewhere.

I was in need of 4 new tires I called before closing on a Monday and John helped me out with tire options over the phone. I agreed to his suggestion; he stated he would order tires and they would be in Tuesday morning by 10a.Just like clock work, John saw me pull up he helped me at the counter with getting my info and keys. My car was taken in the garage ..old tires taken off new tires mounted and alignment done. I was on my way in less than 2 hours. A great experience and highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and willing to help to get the issue fixed. I got a flat tire on one of my cars and they did a pretty great job fixing it quick and were offering suggestions on when to replace tires

I needed my tires inspected for patches because I had several nails on each tire. Everywhere else wanted to charge me for that, but discount tire said no charge. They were very friendly. Great customer service and was out and done in a speedy time. The mechanic even put air in my tires. I would definitely return and recommend this discount tire location.

Eric from the West Shaw branch helped identify some issues that needed work. Unfortunately, they didn t have specific tools needed to get one particular job done. But I was happy that they looked over things without charging anything. Eric referred us to the Blackstone branch and that s where we got the work done. Christian (Chris) and John were extremely helpful with the whole process. I knew that there was a major problem with my front left wheel, just didn t know what. Turns out not only did it need a new bearing, I also needed a new hub, as it came out in pieces. That explains the really strange noises it made when I made left turns. I went ahead and got my brakes and tires replaced and by the end of the project, my car felt good as new. Smooth ride and steering, I m finally able to go back on long trips. Thankful that the price was set for a competitive and affordable level. Our loyalty remains with Discount Tire Center. Thanks again to John for walking us through the entire process and to Chris for the smooth and positive customer service experience. Thanks team for the great work!

Just sharing an experience because Google asked me to. I don t like their over the phone experience at all. After pressing all these numbers to get to an actual person at the store, it still just directs you to someone who is not at the store to just get transferred one more time. Was told by employee that they will give me a follow up or call back within a short time frame. A couple hours later, I ended up being the one following up on the store.

I found a buy two tires get two tires free offer from this place online. They also had a discounted price for an alignment which I always do when I put new tires on I selected these options. I was forced to take the warranty on the tires at 20 something dollars a tire. I explained to him that the tire warranty has never been worth it for me and that I would probably not want this option. His response was that s not the way it works. You have to buy it in order to get the deal. Now I may have gone ahead and purchased it because it was a pretty good deal. Then he proceeded to lecture me about putting a low tire on a BMW that I m planning to sell. He also informed me I would not find a better deal than anywhere. So I decided to chance it And told him I would take my business somewhere somewhere else. To be honest, I would pay more for better service. This man should not be at the front counter. I got the impression he was the manager. All in you lost my business for life.

Car was overheating, so Discount replaced the radiator and thermostat same day and had me back on the road. On a Saturday no less! Thanks guys, great service and reasonable pricing!

I dropped in to Discount as 1 rear tire on a newly purchased vehicle was low, and The Great Discount Tire guys discovered the tire was pooched on the frame side sidewall from somebody having driven the car with no air in that tire. Also there was a small nail causing the leak. They ordered up the exact tire i needed / wanted, and early next morning 2 excellent tires were in, and soon after they were mounted and i was back on the highway! John & his crew did a great job, as i ve come to expect from Discount Tire.

Had a tire with a puncture, got an early appointment for the next day. The place was busy but they got it fixed and I was on my way in less than an hour! Great service, friendly staff, would recommend.

Very helpful, fast and friendly. Had a nail in my tire, which they fixed in about 15 minutes and provided a quote for 4 new tires. Perfect!

I went in to get my tire pressure checked, and they ended up finding a nail in my tire, which they proceeded to fix at no charge to me. All the staff were polite, professional, and very efficient . All the bees in their shop with filled with cars and I was out of there within 30 minutes I am most grateful and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire! I called them first and spoke with John B. He was so knowledgeable, professional and personable that I wanted to give him my business!! John made things happen he called around and found four new tires for our Mercedes and got me in and out within hours of my call!! Amazing! Discounts Tires Centers are literally on top of priorities when it comes to the oil change, beakers repair, tires change, and wheel alignments. Their service and customer caring management meet one's repair concerns and issues. Their values and outlooks are consonant with customers' expectations and that's what emotionally and mentally makes me go to this place constantly. They were very professional and helped me understand the process of getting a change of car tires. Due to a scheduling error by the corporate office, Discount Tires(Fresno) went above ns beyond to correct the issue and give me a good experience. I will definitely be back.

This experience was a very unexpected one. I set out to discount tires for a small repair but ended up staying for most of the day, 8:10 am to 4:20 pm. I didn t have any more money to spend on auto repairs because the day prior I ran into issues with the other vehicle and needed to repair some things on it. So I was clueless about what to do until I was informed of how much I would need to spend to get the repairs done for this vehicle now too. Discount tires has a program that put my mind at ease. The program approved us for a thousand dollars and much more after the thousand is returned in payments. So would you have guest I paid nothing out of pocket? Zero. The lord is everything to me. I ve learned to be at peace all the time no matter what May come. We should, must, can react but move with a warriors spirit with love and understanding and make sure to be kind. Patients was already inside me but was perfected throughout time and trials. The day could not have gone more smoothly. I thank our Heavenly Father first and the employees at discount tires for their cool professionalism toward me and others.It was a good day.Thanx again

Scheduled me short notice. Order my parts and gave honest assessment of vehicle condition. Offered a discount for joining their online rewards program.I used to bring my Saturn here years ago and always had a great experience. Now I'm back with my new ride. Highly recommended. Waiting room was a plus. We were there almost 3 hours with no discomfort.

all locations eta, and opens should be available online, and from each location. my local location, said hours to get my alignment, my other location, said an hour, for the drive, l was done faster the my nearby location. would of been nice to just to see who was slow, and had soonest opening. Service was done fast in a friendly manor. happy to be a longtime customer, enjoy the 3 year alignment option fir my new cars, and easy of use at all locations. happy holidays
