Having problem with my manual transmission. Gave dipstick auto a call and he came within 1 hour and got my truck running good with 30 min. Very good dude highly recommend . My mechanic from now on took my truck back for lifter valves and tune up . He did an amazing job!!!!

If you need a mobile mechanic that comes to you and is very professional, call Dipstick auto. He knows what he's doing. I needed a last minute mechanic to come to my home to change my battery, he was available and knew what he was doing . Price is better than local business mechanic. If I can give this business a 10 start, I would. Do not hesitate and call. Thank you for your service. And I save you as my emergency mechanic. :)

Out of all the mobile mechanics I called, Dipstick Auto was the only one that had availability on such short notice with great pricing. My mom s car had a misfire so I coordinated with James and Everett to get it repaired. They came out a same day and fixed the misfire at a VERY reasonable price. They were responsive, honest, friendly, and knowledgable. Highly recommended!!

Idk where to start! I was very frustrated this morning because I had been dealing with an ongoing overheating issue with my car for the past 3 months.It was to the point where any place I drove whether it was on the street or highway, my car would overheat quickly. Today it stayed on the hot mark. Today is Sunday so I felt hopeless. I started googling mechanics open on Sunday. Dipstick Auto had the most reviews and the most positive reviews.After reading through each one and seeing that he is mobile, I gave him a call. Asked if he d be willing to do a diagnosis for an overheating issue. He said yes and told me to provide the year, make, and model of my car.Long story short, all my car needed was WATER! I was so grateful, appreciative, and thankful! The mechanic was down to earth, knowledgeable, and got me on the road in less than 15 minutes! I never knew I d be back on the road the same day as I thought the issue was severe. I m so grateful to know that it wasn t and I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who needs some peace of mind with their vehicle!! Thanks again Dipstick!

I found Dipstick auto on the web. He has good reviews so I took a chance. I called him on a Friday for a check engine problem I had. I made an appointment for him to come out on Saturday. He arrived on time and was courteous. He fixed my car problem and now I don t have to worry about driving to work on Monday. Thank you James.

Needed work done on my car but I m usually busy during the week working full time. Found this mechanic on the weekend and he saw me right away! He s highly rated and for good reason. Knows his stuff, and took care of three different problems on the same day. Friendly, laid back, helpful, and reasonable. Appreciate the time and work he put in. Thank you!!

I would recommend Dipstick Auto, he took care of my car at a affordable cost that was comfortable for me, and he did my tune up at night, and didn'ttake long for him to do it never seen a mechanic work at night, had a check engine light on for maybe eight months my car was jerking and cutting off after a certain time of driving, James took care of my car and you can tell he has a passion for what he does, and he cares for his customers satisfaction, My car runs more smoothly, check engine light has been Off and I really Love the fact that he comes to Me I don't have to go looking for him, and I am a satisfied customer, you won't regret giving Dipstick Auto a try,

Our car's Check Engine Light came late on a Saturday. We were staying in Fresno but had a long trip a head of us, so we are bit unsure how to get a mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue on a Sunday. We called up Dipstick Auto next day and within an hour James came out to us, checked the problem and fixed it. Saved us a lot of headache and was super friendly. Would recommend. Thanks a lot James!

We just had the best experience with Dipstick Auto, and I highly recommend them. During a road trip, our the turbo pipe blew out, and needed to be replaced immediately. We called Dipstick Auto and James and E immediately helped us out on a Sunday. They had the part replaced and our truck up and working in a half hour. Thank you so much. You re a life saver.

My girlfriend and I found ourselves stuck just 18 miles from Yosemite Valley on a Sunday morning. My car overheated and needed a new radiator and thermostat. When no other mechanic would come to our aid, Dipstick Auto came to save the day. The lead mechanic drove an hour and a half from his shop to reach me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even drove back into town a couple times to retrieve the parts needed to fix the car. He was quick, efficient, and I could tell he genuinely just wanted to help us. We were caught in a desperate situation and his price remained more than fair. He made us feel more like friends than customers and he truly was our hero that day. If you are in need of a mechanic please look no further than Dipstick Auto.

Sunday 10 am . Came to my crib nd Got my tiguan up and running on the quickness. Dint even made a fit ..edit gave him a call months later and he sent a workers of his. Point being worker lost the screw that goes into a specific spot on the motor and ended up totaling the motor on my tiguan. The bolt screw on to the water pump and it's a specific lenght to short will crack the case to long wont close. Ended up playing 100 for that mistake and motor 2k. never took responsibiltyfor his employee mistake. Altought advice him to come and check out the work done prior to totaling the engine

Great Machanic I will highly recommend him in a heart beat!! He knows his stuff and is highly knowledgeable about what he is doing. Cheaper then a dealership will charge but with more experience and knowledge. I couldn t get my car started and after 2 years I decided to reach out to James he started it right up in less then 10 minutes!! Amazing guy, thanks brother !!!

I would like to start off by saying their 5 stars are legit and well deserved. I found these guys while looking for an auto repair shop to fix my air condition. Was skeptical due to the fact they come to you but went out on faith and tried them. Prior to looking for a mechanic I did my own due diligence in diagnosing my car so I was well aware of what and why I had the problem and so did they. I never told them what I knew and upon working on the vehicle they rang my bell upon discovering the problem. Not only did they fix it they drove me to get the part and put me on to game as far as buying the parts and letting the dealership do the work, difference is if there's a lifetime warranty on the parts you can always go back and get a new part as opposed to the dealership where you'd have to buy and pay for the labor all over again. All and all my experience with Dipstick Auto was like having your relative who's a mechanic fix your car they didn't overcharge and like I said in the beginning they come to you.Service: Air conditioning

I had them come to my house to look at my car that would not start. They came quickly, and pointed out what was wrong and were able to fix it. It stopped working after a couple days. ANYONE thatwants their vehicle, themselves, and their repairsdone right. When I was changing the coil packs and spark plugs on my 2007 BMW 335i e92 I got a socket stuck in the coil pack hole where the spark plugs are and couldn t get it out I tried everything and I decided to call around and ask people if they knew had to get the socket out, but no one was willing to come out and give a look and I was going to give up and wait until the morning until the last minute I found Dipstick Auto and when I gave him a call he came in about 10 mins and look at my situation and help me under 5 mins it was quick and easy a 3 hour job I was struggling only took him 5 mins to complete I was shocked and also he didn t charge me that much.

This brother was a send from GOD his knowledge is absolutely amazing, his car awareness is tremendously profound. I have had my car s worked on by so many different people, but this brother definitely is in a class of his own. If you are in need of ANY car repairs you should call this man, he is upright, honest, stand up, also professional. This is a mechanic of integrity and most of all he is true to his craft I had the opportunity to have someone that truly cared about my family s needs when it came to fixing my son s vehicle. James was a lifesaver!! My Infiniti's alternator was having problems and he came to me on a Sunday and replaced it in the same day so I wouldn't have to miss work. He even did it at 8PM after it was already dark in the freezing cold. I can't speak highly enough of him and his services. I called dipstick auto because my wife's mini Cooper needed the radiator flushed and oil & filter changed. James is a stand up great guy. He was at my house within 30 mins and did a great job and is reasonable priced. I would recommend him to other people. This was a Sunday afternoon when it's 100� out side. Thanks James.
