Just got a notice saying we haven't seen you in a long time. Some generic generated text. But it got me thinking why we haven't been back.We had a good relationship, I thought, and we trusted our mechanic. So when or Toyota FJ Cruiser had a problem, a big problem, of course we took it there. Things changed, not in a good way. I can't remember what exactly was wrong, I know it jumped time and got worse from there. I remember getting a phone and okaying some additional work but didn't expect what eventually happened. When I went to pick it up I was told they couldn't fix it. That we needed a new engine. The worst part is that after that I was handed a bill for just why if 3000 dollars. Now this is before Covid, so today's price would be closer to 6000 dollars. It might as well should have been a million. It was a huge amount of money for us. I didn't know what to say, I think I was in shock. We had to finance most of it and the car is still broken in our driveway almost 5 years later. I remember asking if we got a motor for it could they possibly put it in for us and he told me 3000. But the answer I was looking for. Left and have never been back. Very unfair if you ask me. I still can't believe we paid that much for nothing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND First time car owner and I couldn't figure out my problem and these guys helped me and was very open and respectful and HONEST. Having car trouble? Hear a rattle? SEE THEM!!

I've been going to CT Auto, Farley, for many years now. This auto shop does great work, they have proven to be knowledgeable and very trusting in what they do. They explain everything to you and most importantly they listen to you and try to figure out what you are hearing or feeling that is wrong with your car, instead of doing useless work on your car and costing you money. Great customer service. Farley and Denise are very helpful. They were able to find the problem on my Chevy Traverse and then called me up. Told me what was wrong with the AC and all that. Once I approved, they then started to work on the car. I would recommend my family and friends to them. Thank you for getting my AC up and running again.Service: Air conditioning

Absolutely the best shop in Fresno hands down. I went to three others and won't ever go anywhere else now.They rebuilt the top end of my engine and did some major work that would have cost me twice as much where I was going before. They're very communicative, so you are never left wondering what is going on with your repair.I take an 06 mini cooper in and they are always able to source parts within my budget when we need something particular.My roommate takes a Hyundai Veloster in and has had a lot of work done as well and is always satisfied.

Employee was professional and friendly. Vehicle had clutch issues. Farley worked on vehicle right away picked up vehicle started making noise in shifting. Called them back they towed car back to shop with no cost to me. Repaired same day. Vehicle up n running. They are awsome. Highly recommend the...thank you Denise front desk receptionist.

They did a great job taking care of my engine troubles. There was a few communication errors but after talking with them in person things turned out extremely well and they price came in a little under what they quoted me.

This is a great place for car service took both our cars here and both working great with no problems now and gave us a great price for the service for our cars. Very satisfied with there service. Took my car in today to get a full diagnostic done on it. I am very satisfied with the problems they were able to find in the vehicle.I appreciate their honesty I will defenetly come back again when I have a car problem that I cannot fix or diagnose my self. Keep up the good work CT Auto.
