I purchased run-flat tires, and my warranty was unexpectedly voided due to alleged tire misuse, despite their designed run-flat functionality. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the store, each promise to order a replacement tire has resulted in confusion and unfulfilled commitments. Frustrating experience with unresolved issues.

The manager and other service members were very patient, went above and beyond to help me, and were scrupulously polite during every interaction (and there were many!)The prices on tires and installation were competitive, the warranty turned out to be much needed, and I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this tire center!

A small nail pierced the driver rear tire on my car, prompting me to get my car inspected.I replaced all 4 tires at the tire center last year, and was under the impression that my warranty would take effect, if need be. As it turned out, Costco has a policy where the name on the original invoice is automatically assumed to be the owner of the car.It was difficult for me to take time away from work at that time, so a family member took my car in. With that said, the tire center worker insisted that any small issues wouldn t be charged, which was nice.Well, alongside the ridiculous policy was the fact that the tire center failed to fix the small issue on my tire, even after I was told that the issue can be fixed.

They don't have the greatest selection of tires, but I got a set of 4 Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires for around $700 for my car there. The technicians are knowledgeable, and warranties are offered for the tires against premature wear (and installation issues) if you take advantage of the free tire rotations. Any routine maintenance to the tires is free! Also, they have automatic tire pressure top off machines anyone can use.The savings on these tires and rotations alone will pay for 2 years of gold membership for me, and they even got them installed 3 hours before my appointment time!

The tire center is pretty good. The service people are friendly and knowledgeable. The service people will take their time to find out the best tire for you. There are great deals on tires plus along with your tire installation you get balancing, rotation and road hazard warranty for the life of the tire. The drawback to that is you need to wait along with everyone else which can be anywhere between 1-3 hours. On the plus side, though, when you are given a time estimate as to when your vehicle will be ready, they are pretty accurate.

Worst customer service at any Costco. Bought my tires here and came in for a rotation, waited almost 2 hours because they forgot to call me to let me know it was done. After the rotation my car didn t feel right so I took it to another Costco location to have it checked and they found they didn t Balance my tires! Now I tried coming in to patch a leak on my tire but said I would need to wait till the next morning and drive on it til then.

Gabriel is tire expert. He advised me correctly about my need for tire replacement.I had flat tire and went there for advise. Gabriel took time to finding my tires and best one for me as well how many should I replace as well as advised whether to buy from costco or other places.Although their service is super slow. Front desk person told me it will take 2-3 ours. it really did

Had a wonderful experience with Louie today who went out of his way to turn my tire caution light off on my Toyota Corolla at no additional charge after I had tires replaced the previous year at Costco. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable pertaining to the inner workings of the tire sensor/fault systems and went above and beyond when he filled my tires with air before I departed. He appears to be the manager/supervisor with a solid work ethic and my expectations were exceeded. Thank you Louie!

Truly the best. After getting the absolute worst treatment from Walmart these guys took a same day 4 tire change. I will never go to another tire retailer again. They got me for life. :)

There service is ok. I haven't had any problems with the work they have done, but they seem to be always understaffed and really slow to help people at the front desk. When I drop my car off, I expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the lobby, just to get greeted.

Had a tire that needed to be replaced in a hurry and this shop got it done. I had to drop it off late, like 6 pm and they got it taken care of before close even though there was a line. So thankful.

Costco tires are very friendly and helpful people to work with. There is zero pressure to buy. They installed my set as I was walking through Costco. And they only install namebrand tires; Goodyear, Michellin, BFGoodrich, to name a few.

Wow. Real nightmare. After 7 1/2 hours I drove out with the same tires I drove in with. More issues than I can list here in this post. I still need to return another day to get my refund because they couldn't figure it our before they needed to close.

Poor customer service. No option for emergency service. They will keep asking you to make appointment. But if you have flat tire? Do these things happen on schedule???

Had a flat they couldn't repair, wouldn't sell us a new one, because they didn't have enough time. We're from outta town. Told us to get a hotel and come back in the morning. (Hour before close)
