My son was gifted a 20+ year old car from family in Fresno. We live in the Bay Area. and wanted to make sure the care was road ready fro the trip back. Our family chose Complete Car Care. The staff was amazing aswe had to change our appointment serveral time sin one day. They did a thourough inspection and were even able to replace a broken passenger side mirror at the last minute. We made it safely back to the bay. Thank you!

Hi, I have taken my vehicle twice now to Complete Car Care for major work. And I'm always satisfied with the outcome. The Employees are helpful and nice. Warren the Owner explains the problem and detail to what's needed and what to expect. I am happy with Complete Car Care and will continue to take my vehicles there. A mouse got in my 2017 Prius and chewed the wiring and Heat/AC ducts. They repaired the damage and got my car running again in a timely manner. Thanks to Kyle for doing the work and Jami for keeping me up to date. I'm a long time customer and from my experience, I trust them completely.

Owner Warren and his friendly staff Jamie & Ova have taken care of my fleet /personal vehicles professionally and honestly! I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here if you need an experienced technician.Warren is honest, respectful, and keeps me updated on critical repairs. I completely trust his team to keep my vehicle up & running. Whenever I need a repair I always turn to complete car care I wanted to add that he always has a smile on his face!

Had great first time experience with Complete Car Care. One stop does it all, my truck needed work to pass smog and it was done under one roof. I was very impressed with this auto/truck repair shop! First of all, Mr Parr mentors students/graduates from some of the trade schools locally and teaches the importance of professional business practices! Secondly, they do an entire diagnosis of your vehicle in order to recognize any other issues that could surprise us down the road. And lastly, I was pleasantly pleased with the initial estimate matching the final repair invoice! Obviously I was fortunate no unexpected repair was necessary, but not without an open mind if there was Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection

Fantastic service. Warren looked deeper into my car than any other mechanic would. He broke everything down and gave me a visualization of what was happening in the engine. It is just what I asked for. He also suggested options to make my 28 year old hot rod run more optimally through his amazing diagnostic ability. He suggests the injectors are showing 3 of 8 are flowing at 33 percent. My last mechanic said they were fine. Thank you, Warren and staffService: Engine repair

My son s Camry needed the head gasket replaced. The shop pulled the head and inspected it and found that it had warped and was no good. The alternative would be another engine. The owner was very honest and talk with me about my options and costs. A replacement would be too costly as this was a 2004 Camry. We discontinued the repair and the owner was kind enough to discount our bill to a reasonable amount. I will be coming back with my other vehicles as I believe they are trustworthy and honest.Service: Engine repair

Jeep Wrangler needed an Oiler cooler housing old one was leaking causing a mess over the engine and under. I was definitely not taking it back to Clovis Dodge again. My Pops reminded me About warren. He s have been coming here since early 2000 Warren and his Crew have been the best and honest about their work and has never let him down. I was referred to this business by Les Shwab Tire Center because they found that my engine light was on. Jamie greeted me and delivered excellent customer service. Warren explained to me the battery system and the auto stop function in my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. He took me step by step on what they were doing to correct my issue, gave me an estimate on the cost of parts and labor, gave me a ride home, and picked me up when my car was ready. They completed the work in a few hours. They made me a happy woman, and have now gained a returning customer for any future automotive needs. Thank you Complete Car Care!

This place was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was having a problem with a code that kept pointing the fuel pumps but no other mechanic was able to find out what it was. Complete Car Care was able to find the problem and fix it for me in short amount of time. Warren was very nice and always kept me updated on everything that was being done and explained everything in a way that i'd understand. This was my second time visiting complete car care for service, and I see no reason to go anywhere else. Brought in my truck for a check engine light being on and needing a passing smog test. Found out one of the catalytic converters was going out so I knew it would be expensive. Warren was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the problem and what would be needed to fix it. The ladies at the front desk put me in touch with a program to help alleviate the cost of a new catalytic converter which helped a lot. Repair ended up being faster than I expected and the final cost was even less than originally quoted. Warren is one of the nicest mechanics I've ever worked with and the ladies in the front were really friendly and professional. They are great! They fix it right the first time! I've never had to have them redo anything. They are very straight forward and honest with you. They also give you a report card for lack of a better word on your car. It tells you what is good, what needs future attention and what needs immediate attention and why. I love them. Even the office staff is amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The whole place is very friendly. Warren and crew do a fantastic job every time I bring one of my vehicles into them. Not only do they perform the service I asked for, but they do a complete vehicle inspection and send the report with recommendations to me before the vehicle leaves the shop. Had a total engine rebuild and then some. Warren and his crew are great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable they communicate great on what is needed and the price is fair. Great work we are happy with the work we had done.**** had a little hiccup no fault of the team at complete car care. The baffle on the valve cover stopped functioning properly and Warren took care of the issue for us and everything is working great!

Amazing customer service! Dropped my car off a day before my appointment because of work and the guys at complete auto care went out of their way and had my car ready by the days end same day! I am pleased and grateful, and thanks to Warren Parr and his staff!I took my vehicle in for a sudden severe shudder, which I thought was a tire issue. I went to Les Schwab, who ruled out the tires and recommended that I go to Complete Care Car (CCC). So, the same day near closing, I took my car in to drop off for a diagnostic. The owner, Warren, had asked me to stay so he could personally go on a test drive to consult me about the shuddering issue I experienced. Though it was at least 30+ minutes of waiting, it was worth the one-on-one service. I appreciated Warren's thorough pre-diagnostic discussion about what may be the issue. We discussed possible transmission issues. He was honest, transparent, personable, and respectfully educated me. (Basically, he didn't talk down to me or disregard my intelligence just because I am female.) Of course, the issue never reoccurred while with Warren. He assured me he'd do a thorough diagnostic over the next few days, which was true. Though the issue never reoccurred during the diagnostic process and on other test drives, Warren spoke with me about what they had done and what he recommended they could do, even though it was not a sure fix.The estimated cost was around $500, and he never pressured me into a decision. His shop also provided a free Master Inspection with results sent in a link via text. The recommended services' results were broken down by Good, Needs Future Attention, and Needs Immediate Attention. The inspection results even came with pictures of my vehicle's actual issues. I loved this type of personal care and thoroughness! This attention to service made it easier for me to get the recommended service to solve the mysterious shuddering issue. When CCC completed the work, the bill came back much less than expected; so I decided to have them do one of the other recommended services needed in their inspection.I got my car back, and it seems to work much better. The shuddering has yet to reoccur. Since my vehicle is 14 years old, the recommended service work was needed. So, worth the risk and expense.Additionally, the ladies that work in the office (especially Jamie) were a delight to speak with and were always very polite and helpful.I am most impressed by the overall service, quality of work, cost, and experience with this auto repair shop. They have won me over as a continuing customer! I was mid vacation and started hearing noises in my vehicle. After calling several shops to see if they had free time the same day, Complete Car Care was the only one I could find that had time for me. Warren and Kyle worked on my vehicle, explained everything as they went and made sure I understood what they were doing. They got me back on the road quickly. There was never any surprises or unexplained costs. If I lived in the area, I would definitely bring my vehicles here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Happy I chose complete car care, I ve never left a mechanic with a complete understanding of the work they did and overall health of my car. They kept me in the loop throughout my visit. Billy is incredibly knowledgeable and was more than happy to educate me on everything, I truly felt like taken care of like family. Strongly recommended taking your car here! I m a brand new customer, first time bringing in one of my vehicles which was a Toyota Camry 2001. Runs like new now, very honest and legit work. I recommend all my friends and family to come here, very thankful.I am new to the area, and needed some work on the car and the main reason I brought my car here was because of the high amount of positive reviews!Now a days it s about real reviews. These guys are great. Fast, Quality and Friendly service. They take the time and patience to explain things and never pressure you into unnecessary or expensive repairs. I ve been a customer for years, so glad I found a complete shop I can trust for all of our vehicles. Not to mention the great sense of humor and upbeat demeanor that Billy always has.12/2/2020 UPDATE: Took our Suburban in for regular service and a check engine light. The check engine light issue turned out to be a throttle body repair that was going to cost upwards of $900. I was ready to pay for it and prior to the completion of the work Complete Car Care called me an advised me of the Valley CAN program that could help offset some of that cost. It was a quick and simple phone call and it save me over $800 off that repair bill as the program paid these guy via voucher for that amount and I paid the balance. CCC could have easily just let me pay the full bill, but they took the time to help me out and were also knowledgeable about the program. Great customer service!!!
