Called two days in a row and told I would be called back by the parts department. They re good at ignoring you or not telling you important details like, the parts department is closed today. I was told a part would be here in 5 days. It s been 8 days going on nine. I haven t been told it s on back order by anyone. I m interested in getting a part number if anyone would do as they promised.

Carson B is the worst sales representative there. Argumentative for no reason, and very unprofessional in the way he speaks to. Needs a serious attitude adjustment. Ruined my entire experience, I would never use this guy to buy any vehicle from this business.

Guys were slow just to check my bike which the worked on. Which oil indicator keeps coming on. I knew what it was just wanted them to fix the problem. Slow service and pretty pricy just for basic service.
