My cousin referred me to Citi tire and said that they would install my own suspension/lift kit, and he was right. Most places would not. They did a great job and even kept my truck secured over the weekend as I had to go out of town. Thanks Citi Tire for working with me.

This place is a rip off. Quote you then when fixed the up the charge.Don't go there. Also poor work on cars. Alignment not aline. Try to help my people out but all they do is rip you off.

Worse experience ever, they broke something off my car during an oil change and they dont want to make themselves responsible. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THE WORST

Used to come here a lot. They have good service but my last 3 visits, they keep doing the same thing... which isn't good for your returning customers. I call in to see how much they charge for certain service, and after I go in and get it done... the boss is the one charging me some unreasonable price.That's how they get you to go in over the phone. Some other guy gives you a "quote" that is a great deal. But when in person, the guy who you didn't talk with charges you double or even more...My experience:Over the phone pricesreplace a stud - $20If I bring my own stud - $15Change tire - $10(if I recycle my old tire)In person chargeReplaced stud(brought in my own stud) -$30Changed my tire(that I brought in myself) -$20I'm never going back! Even Walmart don't rob you like this.

Got there as soon as they opened. They were busy right away but were quick and organized themselves for better workflow. I was attended quick and they fixed my tired for only $15. Gave them a tip for work well done. Been running great for few weeks now. Definitely coming back here. My uncle recommended this place to me and it's a good thing I came.

This place is one of my worst experience ever. I took my car to replace an upper and lower control arm then they removed the brakes drums to install the upper and lower control arm they didn t bleed the brakes and left me with no brakes then try to say my brakes were bad from the get-go and that was not true. John the owner does not let you talk he s not professional he just tries to say what he thinks and feels then he says if you don t like it take it to the bar and they can discuss it these guys do bad business in my eyes and lost a customer. They also did an alignment on my car and the alignment was off therefore I paid for an alignment that was worthless I didn t trust this Shop so I took it somewhere else to get it done right.

Quality front end alignment at a reasonable price. They were fast!! I had planned on dropping the car off. I was in and out in less than an hour. They suggested that I rotate my tires, so I had that taken care of that as well. I will be doing business with them again.

The service was great as well as the price. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. A previous shop had called out a few issues on my vehicle just to come and find out that it was all a scam. These guys we re veru thorough about explaining things to me and helped me save money. Would definitely recommend!

They are very affordable and get the job done. My advice for those who are skip is don t go into their waiting room. They don t have a computer system or ticket system to remember or track who s next. It sucks but just stand by your car and make sure they remember you were next or else they ll skip your car. That s how people spend 6 hours there.

Paid $45 for front wheel alignment.It wasn't done correctly and I returned the next day a 8am when they were suppose to be open but no one was there.After they opened shop the first mechanic proceeded to help the second customer even after I had addressed the problem with him and showed up first. I then had to ask him to please first look at my car. He did a test run and said that the alignment wasn't done well and needed to be aligned and it will take 40mins.I requested a refund but was told they only do a 2 month warranty which I wasn't informed of. The manager also said the same thing and added that it is due to my new struts installation but if he does the alignment it would be fixed this time, so I asked him, couldn't it had been done correctly the first time since you are suppose to get an alignment done after getting struts. He replied that he could get it done, which overall doesn't make sense to me why they wouldn't refund me since they didn't properly do it the first time and how all of a sudden he could do it if it's still the same new struts.I will not be returning and not be recommending this place.I've learned my lesson that paying less isn't worth the bad service and the time. They had poor service and simply unable to admit and apologize. I spent an hour waiting for a bad alignment and another for them to fix it.Save yourself the time and headache!

Fast and really good service didnt say much got right to it got the job done and told me the parts that needed to be replaced and gave me time to fix it and complete the wheel alignment for free when i return... cant get better than that

Took our vehicle in for a tune-up and got what we exactly wanted plus more. We had to leave our vehicle over night and the crew was nice enough to give us a ride back home. Great place. Great service. Satisfied customer!

John was very unprofessional. Let me mention it took this shop 3 weeks to get my tires fixed. After I payed John for his work and had a few questions concerning the job he did, he had the audacity to hang up the phone on me out of frustration. John does NOT value his customers or have respect for them I realized after this. I will not be coming back and I will not recommend his shop to my friends and family.

They're reliable, honest and helpful. Don't expect to be helped immediately when they're busy. Prices are pretty fair for both sides.

Fast and easy, even though it took a hour it was worth waiting. John help me out when I got there and kao another worker worked on my rims and tire. Kao did a fantastic job. I will recommend this place for who ever needs their tire and etc. done.

I needed a tire without the hassle and that's just what I got. John assisted me from start to finish and he was very nice. I bought a used tire and was in and out in less than 5 minutes and paid $30.. John's philosophy is, "Why wait forever for just one used tire."

Les schawb quotes 600 bucks for an alignment (upselling obviously) for my 2006 civic. Showed my quote. Wanted to talk to john and see what he can do. Said "45 bucks".Honestly i would paid anything that was less then les swawb but...john is an honest cat.My car had more issues than a simple alignemnt...camber was an issue too and he didnt charge me for that.If ur interested in honest business...look no further. Felt bad not paying for the camber (he insisted) so here i am documenting my great experience with this business.Be prepare to wait tho. Long due to amount of traffic. They do have a waiting area so that was fine. Close shops makes it more bearable. 5 stars!Highly recommended.

Worse place ever. Never going there again. They lied all my brakes was out. Took it home and checked it myself and to find my brakes was fine. If u dont know much about cars they will tell u bs and charge u an arm m leg for it.

If you re Asian you ll get fast and great service right away. I waited 4.5 hours in line for an alignment. This isn t the first time this has happened. I m a car dealship mechanic so the boss makes me bring the car to this specific shop. It maybe because I come dressed a little raggedy at time, who knows? I do see many Asians come and go real fast; in and out service.My ethnicity is mexican, with that being said and lots of tries with this shop I feel that plays a big factor. Many Mexicans wait in the lobby for a long period of time as well.Since an alignment is as simple as coming and waiting I send my wife out to do the alignment for me. Dear god, how they take advantage of her time. She waited 6 hours one day, I have no idea why didn t clock her in to work at the shop at the very least that day.This is my 15th time coming here and today I come again. It s best to give the car and ask WHICH SPECIFIC cars are in line. Wait outside(not in the comfortable lobby) eye ball them and they ll get you out fast haha.You guys do a great job and are polite. I do wish you guys organized your business as first come first serve. Even if someone decides to leave there car to get aligned. First come first serve. Besides the drastic wait in line I like this place. Please guys, come up with a system to get us out on first come first serve.The 1 star will be a 5 star once this is fixed.

Went to get my tires balanced and the staff was friendly and got attended pretty fast and the wait time was like 30 mins, it does get busy though! So definitely come with time. Had a good experience

Great place fair pricesI don't buy used tires because that's just asking for a flat tire..And I bought new ones. I feel like since my car was the last car and it was a hot day they rushed my alignment so it was off didn't have a day off for about 2 or 3 weeks and they still re-did it free of charge thanks for a great customer service I'll see you guys again next year

Don't go here. You'll get robbed. Maybe ask for price in person and if it ain't good, just leave. If they work on the car first, their going to over price all the services on you.

Went in for an alignment today. First in line but was move back a few times to help others. First time I noticed a better ride after an alignment, great job.
