From the very first time I brought my 2012 Chevy Silverado in they were courteous, friendly, informative, thorough and accommodating. Overall a great place to trust your vehicle repairs will be taken care of. Thank you to all the CC Collision family and a special thanks to Jamal and Gavin for their customer service and for making sure I was satisfied and happy with the work. They did a great job on my minivan. I had to leave it longer due to a problem with programming a door, but they contacted the dealership and solved the problem. The entire time Jamal kept us informed of the progress. Great experience.

So they did work for me but tried to scam my Aunt s insurance and held her car for ransom Mid 2023 I ran over a piece of semi truck tire and tore up my bumper on my Toyota 86. Insurance covered it and I chose this shop. They honestly did a great job. In fact when my Aunt got into an accident in her Focus, I referred her here. They came up with a quote, insurance approved it, and they did the work. Once the work was done though they refused to give the car back and demanded $4,000 more then originally quoted for. They had my Aunts car for 12 days after it being finished. My Aunt and Uncle had to call the Bar Association, and they forced them to give the car back and they are now under investigation. When my Aunt went to get the car back, they were visibly upset giving her back the keys. Don t think I will be using them again.

CC Collision did such an amazing job on my Jeep after I was rear ended. I had a hard time finding a shop that was willing to take on frame, body, and possibly suspension damage, but CC Collision did and it looks absolutely amazing. Rob kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and progress of the Jeep and answered all my questions if I had any, as well as explained and showed us all the work that was done when we picked it up. Cecilia was very helpful when I first made the phone call to try to get the Jeep in and everyone who we came in contact with when we picked it up were very helpful and so nice. I will continue taking any vehicles that we need or want work done to this shop in the future! So, unfortunately my vehicle was broken into last month. My insurance had given me a short list of auto body shops to choose from, and based on this review, as you can see, I chose CC Collision. Before picking up my vehicle the only complaint I had was the poor communication skills from their office. They don't call you, they just text you. And it seema as though the front office never knows whats going on in the repairs department.I recieved 3 text messages in the 4 four weeks it was there. And any update I received never matched the information I received when I called. When I finally got to pick up my car, sad to say, I was even more disappointed. The trim put on my window doesn't match the rest of the existing window trim, under the paint you can see that there was debris painted over, there are swirl marks on both the front and back passenger doors from the detailing that been done, and let's not forget the trash that was left in my trunk (the parts that were replaced), including some glass from the back passenger window on the driver side. And to top it off, it was given back to me dirty, inside and out. I don't know who did the detailing job, but there is not one thing good I can say about it. I can't believe I had to wait nearly a month for this disappointment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Robert, Cecile and Amber were great to work with. Each of them explained and showed me the expectations on paper for each milestone during my car repair. We ll with the 45 minute drive from where I live. I rate them zero because they did zero follow ups! Unfortunately, my car was stolen and recovered, then brought to this place for repairs. I understand parts are not available, so I am at the mercy of the supplier. What is totally not cool is you know nothing, zero, zilch nada...if you don't call and follow-up yourself. This is not about whether the car was properly fixed or not because that's a different story. This is about bad customer service skills. After picking up my car from the initial fix, I brought it back in because my wife said it has not been the same with all sorts of electrical issues. Aside from the mechanical or electrical problems, which I don't doubt they can solve and fix, It's the fact that no one called me to tell me what the hell is going on with my ride. It's been sitting at the shop for 1 month now. Andres is the guy I've been dealing with who says he'll call and give me updates. ZERO! The Guys do great work in the back but the front desk probably needs an overhaul!! Still a big fat 0!

Horrible place , front lady is rude and Christian the so called owner is rude they just want money and they take there time fixing , works stand around and talk and do nothing . They also sabotaged my car and disconnected my lights because we confronted them about there botch job don t come here

I took a 1960 Impala to have it completely rewired about 2 years ago, I had problem with the running light not working 2 years after the work was done.I called and Ron told me to bring in so they could look at it. The next day the problem was fix and I asks for the bill and was told it was at NO CHARGE.Over 2 years after they did the work now thats is 5 Stars service.Service: Electrical

I am extremely pleased with the service CC collision has given me after some girl hit my car and ran. CC Collision took care of everything for me to get my car fixed so I can shut my trunk door. They went above and beyond with the quality and service for me. I was provided a rental to use while they worked on my car.I recommend this company to anyone who needs ANY auto body repair!

I have brought 2 different cars here now. Both times they handled my issues in a timely matter and have been transparent about the work that is needed and pricing. They quoted me prices below what the dealerships. They got my car in pretty quickly and were thorough when looking for what needed to be repaired. It's a great place to have your car fixed if you're going through an insurance claim. The pictures on their walls of sports cars they've worked on are also pretty cool.

This is my 2nd time using CC and have been very happy both times. In my experience cheapest quotes from reputable shops and the leg time for repair was acceptable to me for the damage. In my opinion best shop in town at matching color especially when it's a pearl color. They definitely have earned my business. Local family shop as well.

Beware!! Whatever you do don t come to this place , they take very long and workers just stand around talking , the owner just sits in his office eating donuts and popcorn , the whole facility does not care they are very unprofessional and rude my lawyer will be contacting you

Where do I start. I have a 1955 f100 that had major issues with the front end. After calling all over Fresno and trying to get some advise Rob was not only knowledgeable but told me to bring the truck by. I did and right from the start I was treated with professionalism. He was able to identify what front end that was in my truck and did all the homework on it for me. He also did a lot of extra work for me that I wasn t expecting, and I was blown away by how affordable it was. Long story short if you want to do business with someone who is a straight shooter and you want your work done right Rob is the guy. The quality of work that was done to my truck is unbelievable. The truck has no more play in the steering the ride is as close to perfect as it can get. This was a great experience.
