I came to this business to get an estimate on minor damage to my son's Honda fit. He drove over a raised parking curb and when he reversed, the right front bumper separated from the rest of the car which left a 2" gap.Don't know who the man was who helped me, but he said damage was minor and he would fix for free. I insisted on paying something.He charged me for his time only. I will be bringing my business to the company in the future.

We had a very pleasant experience here at Caresno s. We had our front end stolen off of our car and they helped us through the whole process with ease!! We greatly appreciated the hospitality and knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. Really happy with the finished product!! Great job!! I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had at Caresno Auro Body & Repair. I took my car to change the breaks and some of break works, but they ended up overcharging me and doing shoddy work. I literally paid $890 for breaks work. His prices are way too exorbitant, after I ve been in Fresno for a while I found much better cheap , experienced mechanic. I regret that I had him work on my car .. don t recommend him at all

If you use have a warranty from silver rock and they send you hear just know you re in good hands. Car broke down on Saturday from a bad water pump took the car in Monday and was fixed by Wednesday, keep in mind I also was waiting for the repairs to be approved. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Caresno Auto Body & Repair INC. is a place you need to be careful of, I got an oil change and they give me my car back with a check engine lite on, this was unbelievable to me, I have never had this problem before when getting an oil change. My car did not come in with a check engine light and shaking and ticking like that, so how all of the sudden it does that the day that I get my oil changed with this mechanic shop. I told them how can I trust you guys and do business with you if this happened the first time doing business with you for a simple oil change. I told him I m sorry I have made a big mistake working with you.Service: Oil change

Sam, David, and V have been a huge help to my family and our vehicles. We purchased a few used cars recently that have been giving us a lot of trouble. We heard of this shop through a friend and decided to take our cars. They have been very helpful to us, explaining every repair and the logic behind it. My son ran over something on the road that tore through the under carriage and tore all the wiring , killing his BMW 335 I. Thank goodness our insurance covered it except the $500 deductible. Sam and his crew at Caresno saved the day! They took care of everything from picking up the car and keeping us well informed on a daily. Even nice enough to take $100 off the deductible cause I just didn t have enough money. Repairs were made and the car is running great again! Thanks Sam and crew!Service: Electrical

They are amazing , mostly dealt with Sam but he was all around amazing , he was very understanding of my situation and stayed on top silver rock warranty to make sure my car got fixed fast so I could get it back and not be without a car. A mechanic shop and a body shop combined.... only one in Fresno, they're doing something right. They took care of my car real fast, I was in and out. David knows what he's doing. Great prices, very respectful and I will always go back from now on.

Do not deal with this place.I took my car to be checked for power steering leak and AC leak, the agent/owner said that both the power steering pump and AC compressor need to be replaced, I had to change the Power steering pump which was around $600 and wait on The compressor as it was around $700,I took it later to another shop which was able to show me the AC leak from the AC hose that cost $30 plus labor. AC compressor is working great and does not need to be replaced.Wondering if Power steering pump needed to be replaced or it was just another hose.This is where you need to get second opinion al the time.

Customer service was great. I had to replace my side steps because one broke because someone else put them on incorrect. The new piece came in damaged however I received a credit for the damage. The work was completed.
