I walked into the Fresno Camping World store to purchase several things, since I just got my new travel trailer. The only person that acknowledged me was the girl sitting by the door, she said Welcome in and that was it. NO ONE approached me, no one asked if I needed help with anything I literally walked EVERY SINGLE aisle and not a single salesperson came up to me. There were several employees walking around, but nothing. And apparently, if they are looking at Social Media on their phone, they re too busy to get up, even AFTER I asked about a Blackstone. So, Management at Camping World, you lost at the minimum, $2500 in sales, because I need EVERYTHING.

Front desk ladies left much to be desired! If it were my company, I'd rethink the welcome I received, I went to another trailer sales just directly behind Camping World.I received a very nice welcome and much appreciated assistance!The front desk was extremely kind and pleasant.Wouldn't go back with an invitation. Considering how much these trailers cost, I would think customer service would be a priority.

My husband and I visited the Fresno store on Sunday, March 17th. Korrie was the associate that helped us. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. She went above and beyond in helping us. It would be wonderful if all the people who worked in retail had an attitude as great as hers!

Darren was cool! He took the time to give us a thorough tour, even though I told him I wasn t making any purchases today, since it was my first time looking. He showed us everything I asked for, and even showed us some other options, which was fun! He was patient, personal, professional and felt very honest. Thank you Darren! -Dawn

Really disappointed we bought an a frame pop up trailer to travel around the US with our 8 month old baby. brought it home, same day the strut was broken.. we took it back and it took 2 months to get it fixed, (my husband left for deployment) so we parked it in our backyard for maybe two weeks it rained, and ALL of the dome windows leaked, we re supposed to leave at the end of this month, and we would of had to cover the cost. they couldn t get us in for an appointment so we ended up going somewhere else and it cost us $3000 to fix there s now mold build up around the windows because of the water and condensation & well we just lifted up the mattresses to start getting the trailer ready so we could prepare ourselves to leave and the bottom of the mattress have mold on them and the plywood underneath the mattress, since they are not normal mattresses, we now have to order or make our own, buy new plywood and just really hope nothing else goes wrong I guess that s why they gave us a good deal thankful we found it before we ended up going up north and having cold water leak on our heads and having our baby sleep next to mold. Absolutely do not recommend. It s unfortunate because we were excited, and we bought it as as is but can t help but think they knew they were selling us something with problems, especially after looking at the other reviews. Glad someone got paid and is taking care of their family with the money that they made from us.

Absolutely so pleased with every single aspect of our experience here! We are first time buyers and were very overwhelmed and unsure! We looked at and several places (including the place right next door) and came back to camp world! They were by far the most helpful, considerate, nonjudgmental, kind, not pushy, patient staff from the salesmen Darren & Gio & Marcus doing the paperwork, Ricardo walking us through everything step by step, and Kevin patiently showing us how to hitch up and explaining everything! Each and every single staff member we came across was more than helpful and they also gave us amazing deals from start to finish!!!! HIGHLY recommend camp world !!!!!

The employees at this location will LIE to you, the sales men don't know much and they will "miss lead" you. Don't bother talking to management they will dismiss and make excuses. This was a horrible experience.I curse this location. I curse your house, your lively hood and bad shell come your way.You have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER STAFF ONLY MAKE EXCUSES.The only knowledge and helpful person was the tech who went above and beyond.DO BETTER!But I won't hold my breath because bad comes from top down.

Stopped by Camping Word with the idea of looking for a motorhome. Met with Ed and he showed us several models and makes. We found one that we liked and Gary explained everything about it. We took it for a test drive and loved it. We made an offer, it was accepted and we will pick it up after Thanksgiving and hit the road.A very good experience.

My husband and I had a great experience with Camping World. They were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The Service department was stellar. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a lock and pull down shade that were broken and it s going to take 4-5 months to get it resolved. Otherwise we Love our new home away from home!

Well, do be blunt, I had missing parts and spent hours on the phone with camping world and black series trying to get missing parts replaced that camping world didn t even know was missing. I had to go to YouTube to take screen shots and it was a big cluster you know what.Nice people, and I know they were trying to help, but what a huge hassle and they blamed the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility and compensating my numerous hours of my time to get it right.Sad but true!!Like I said nice people though:)

We love our 2024 Coachmen Northern Spirit 1943RB! It is the exact floorplan we were looking for and Camping World was one of the few places that had it. Ed was our salesman, with an assist from Darren and they did a great job showing us around. We appreciated that we were able to walk off the lot without too much pressure so that we could talk about things privately. We saw a better price advertised on the same model at a place in SoCal, where we were headed the next week, but Ed was able to come back with a price that was very close, so we made the purchase. There was no back and forth, we made an offer, they came very close, we made the purchase. Very easy process.Of course, that is only part of the process, we still had to go through all the paperwork and consider all of the add-ons we could buy. Marcus is a very good salesman and we bought an interior/exterior protection plan and a service agreement. We regretted buying the service agreement and sent in the paperwork to cancel it. Marcus got it processed and the full amount was credited to our loan. A nice bonus in the process was a one year membership in the Good Sam Club and a Camping World gift card.Josh did a nice job showing how everything works on our trailer and helped to get it hooked up to our truck. Our only disappointment there was that we had to mop the floor when we got home.Pros and cons about our trailer:Pros: We love the size, floorplan and features! We didn't know it came with a nice outdoor griddle, 200 watt solar panel and two batteries.Cons: The cover on the outdoor sprayer was broken, because the screws to mount the housing were too tall and the cover broke when it was pushed against it. This was done before we bought the trailer and the solution was to glue the cover on. We repaired it for about $25. The kitchen faucet was only secured with one screw when it needed two, an easy fix. The microwave has a dent inside on the back wall, but seems to work fine, so we'll live with it for now. We were surprised there wasn't an owner's manual included with all of the component manuals. There is only a generic online manual available. The wide set tandem wheels are nice for stability, but they make backing up more difficult than expected.But overall, we are very happy with our purchase from Camping World. We can't wait for our first trip in it next week!

No help what so ever, my family will not ever be returning to this ripoff of a store. With my business if I couldn't fix or diagnose any problem It would be no charge to my customer. My motor coach was in there, they couldn't diagnose anything so I paid $500 to tow it and $2500 to fix, and camping world still charged me $400 for not fixing anything. Thank you so much for all your customer service and professionalism. " Sarcasm"

Just know they make it sound so good at first and make you feel like you ll be taken care of with the warranty but once you leave that lot expect to have issues with your new trailer or rv right away even if it s brand new and expect it to take months for them to repair those issues because it will take MONTHS to get whatever repairs are needed fixed.

During a search for an RV we ended up going to Camping World in Fresno and were immediately greeted by their friendly staff members and Gio the sales associates greeted us with a smile and assisted us with our purchase. Gio was very helpful during the process.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Worst place I have ever bought an RV from! I bought my RV more than 2 months ago. We drove 3 hours to go buy this RV and let them know ahead of time the day and time we would arrive. Told us it would be washed and ready to go when we arrived. It was not. They hadnt even smogged it. They told us they would smog it in time before we drove off with our new purchase. All these promises. 2 months now and no paperwork has come in the mail. We call DMV and they tell us to call the store to see when exactly they filed the paperwork because we shouldve received our paperwork already. The store says they NEVER smogged the RV and so they havent filed any paperwork on it because they cant without the smog.ehy wouldnt they call us the day the realized their error?! Why would they let us drive off KNOWING they did not smog thw vehicle?! That is illegal!!!!

Not a fan of general parking, luckily I have handicap parking so I could park closer but for most part, they have SO MANY cute camping things to buy! Stuff you never knew you needed you grab and buy because it MEANT for use!!! I love going here, always so many things to see and buy.

This Camping World rocks! The service center is the best that has ever touched our rig. They know their stuff and fix it right the 1st time. Above all, they are trustworthy. They exhibit integrity - an uncommon trait in RV repair these days. All the staff is friendly. We drove a couple hundred miles out of our way to utilize this service center! Well worth it.
