I had a Tesla Model Y for repair due to deer collision on front bumper, hood, headlights, front panels around wheels, and windshield. It took 45 days and the assembly quality was very poor. Gaps around hood was big and not even. Panels stick out and were not aligned. Panel gaps were big. One scratch and rust in a inside panel. Headlight stick out. 4 screws found in the trunk. Very unsatisfying and disappointing for the repair work.

Caliber Collision on Remington Ave. in Fresno, CA, did an excellent job on my car repair after a collision. Brandon was super and the office staff was very helpful and professional! I highly recommend anyone go to Caliber Collision on Remington Ave. in Fresno, CA, for any vehicle repair they may need! And they worked great with my insurance to make sure I had a rental car while they performed work on my car.-Michelle B.

Received exceptional service at this Collision shop. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The facility, waiting, room, was spotless. Our service advisor, Ramzey Rojas, was the best that I have ever come across. He was very friendly, a people person, to chat with. He explained in detail what needed to be accomplished and kept us up to date as the repairs were underway. I would recommend the shop if anyone needed repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I towed in my 2016 corvette Zo6 due to an unfortunate accident. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it due to it being a total loss but my advisor Ramsey was amazing at handling the situation. He took his time talking with me about the next step and what to expect. He is passionate about his job and treats his customers well. The only ding was they never reached out to me, I had to call them every time I got an email from my insurance company to reach out. This can be improved moving forward.

Ramzey was amazing! My car looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. Ramzey kept me informed the whole time and updated me constantly on the repairs. When I picked up my car he even help me transfer my items from my rental to my car. Amazing customer service. 10 STARS!!!!

We have used Caliber Collision for 4 different vehicles. The first vehicle was repaired excellent. This repair is what had us return for other vehicles. During the 2nd vehicle repair we were met by Estimator Ramzey Rojas. Ramzey approaches your repair as if he was taking care of his own vehicle. His attention to detail and making the repair as streamline as possible is awesome. He will go out of his way to make sure you as the customer is completely satisfied. Unfortunately the body shops attention to detail was lacking. The trunk of my vehicle completely flooded with the first rain. Ramzey immediately had me return for repair. The body shop said it was the trunk lid needed to be tightened. After the next rains the trunk flooded again. Ramzey once again had me come down immediately. This time it was determined the body shop did not install a plug on the back internal bumper.The 3rd vehicle was our sons that was hit on the entire right side of the vehicle. Now knowing how well Ramzey took care of us we returned to caliber for repairs. From the beginning Ramzey went over and about to meet our needs. The car was returned and at first it looked great especially how bad it was. But at close inspection you can tell the paint and body work is well below what is expected. There is waves to the body and dimples in the paint. Our son said he rather live with it than have to give up is car again(teenager). One of the repairs was to tighten up the window in the door frame. After two months we had to return for them to tighten it up again. Quality work now really slipping.Vehicle # 4Some one backing out of a parking spot hit the back right corner of our vehicle. Very small damage.We called Ramzey once again knowing he would make sure we would were taking care of. Ramzey made the estimate and said he would call in a week or two to bring the vehicle in for the repairs.4 days later someone from the front desk called and said bring the vehicle in for an estimate. We explained that has already been completed. I was then told our insurance would be paying ,again I explained our insurance is NOT paying the other party is paying. So now it seems nobody is talking with each other. The vehicle was dropped off and repairs were made. I was called to pick up the vehicle. After entering the office the front staff told me to sign for the vehicle. I explained i haven't even inspected it yet. She called over the General Manger Meng Vang. After I inspected the vehicle I noticed A crack that wasn't there earlier and the white paint appeared lighter than the original. I brought this to Mr. Vang's attention. He checked over Ramzey paperwork and found a note stating something which he believed it was already there. He showed it to me, and I told him the note says GAP not Crack. Which referred to the space between fender and bumper. I felt like he was just trying to get me out the door. He said he would talk to Ramzey. Meng called in the morning and said they would fix it today out by 5pm. I went to pick up the vehicle and inspected the new crack repair. It look good. I left with the vehicle and parked a couple of miles away with it in the sun to look at the white color. Unfortunately we had new problem. When the body shop reinstalled the bumper again they added additional damage to the bumper. I went back immediately and spoke with Manger Vang.He looked shocked ! He also told me now that he's looking at the paint it doesn't look like it matches. 3 days later I returned to pick up the vehicle. I was met by Ramzey. Manger Vang walked by and said hi. I was shocked as a manger he didn't go out of his way to make sure I was happy with the repairs. After all this was the 4th vehicle and 3rd visit for this one.The finally out come is if it wasn't for Ramzey and his customer service we wouldn't have been back for vehicle 3 and 4. At this point Caliber has lost our business. The quality of work coming out of the body shop is below par. Attention to detail and quality control is horrible. Thank God they have Ramzey there to bring in business.Service: Painting

I am so grateful for Caliber Collision always being there for me, even when they are so busy. The ladies at the counter are great, friendly and very helpful. The body shop technicians are awesome and always repair my Tesla and Lexus within the estimated time. The work is impeccable, and cars are left looking just like new again. I worked with Ronnie on my car repairs. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. He was very persistent when I came to partnering with Tesla to ensure the estimate was approved in a timely manner. The work the shop performed on my Tesla resulted in my car looking like it come off the factory line. I have a lot of pride when it comes to taking care of my Tesla, so having Ronnie and his team keep that in the forefront displayed in the results. This shop is customer-centric. Wow. Ramzey went above and beyond the service we expected. My car looks great. It was washed and clean. And my repais were completed before the original sate. Caliber has a great team back behind the curtain and the staff up front to make me smile in a stressed situation.Thank you

Taillight full of water. Calliber installed a seal wrong and my trunk was flooded with over two gallons of water. They installed this twilight, it filled up with water and they say they wont replace it.I contacted them before the warrantee was up and they just ignored the problem.I ve spent alot of time on this issue. I m really disappointed with calliber.UPDATE- finally they fixed my taillight. The apparent manager of the place talked to me and they supposedly had a taillight in the back that was not used by some other victim. The manager said there is no warrantee on this but at least my taillight is not full of water anymore.I don t recommend Calliber Collision. But if you want them to do what they are supposed to do then you need to grill them here on Google.

Best Caliber In Fresno, some people have unrealistic expectations. Got my vehicle back to me looking new again. The front desk was super friendly, the advisor kept me informed and the manager was really helpful answering all my questions and reassured me Caliber values their customers. Thank you!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with services of calliber collision at Remington.They went above and beyond to provide excellent care and keep safety their first consideration. They fixed my car beyond the requested service for safety reasons and didn't even charge me for that service .highly recommend this place .I am so happy with Brandon and their front desk staff for amazing customer service and professionalism.

We worked closely with Brandon for about a month waiting for our tesla to be fixed. He was always reaching out to us with updates about our vehicle, and if I called to speak with him and/or ask any questions, he always got back to me in a very timely manner. 10/10 experience here and wouldn t want to go anywhere else!

outstanding job on our new car, was more than I expected but hey not a collision repair person. Albeit I am not up to date on what the costs are they were much higher than expected. However, the quality far and away exceeded my expectations!
