Second time I used Caliber through my insurance due to attempted theft of my vehicle, they kept me updated throughout the entire process and my car was finished a day earlier than projected. Was able to pick up my car in pristine condition like brand new and loved that I was able to drop off my rental without making an additional stop. Highly recommended!

AWESOME customer service! The staff here cares and took the time to help me with the repair of my car after it was hit outside of my home. I was very impressed by the thoughtfulness of every person who talked to me and helped me through this process! They even dropped me off and picked me up once my car was ready! And their work was so awesome, one would never have known my car had been damaged. I am very grateful for Francisco and all the staff at Caliber Collision!

I m giving them 3 stars because although they did a really good job on the repairs I wasn t completely satisfied at the end because my touch screen/head unit wasn t working anymore after I picked it up from them. Customer service was great but I think they should know exactly what they re doing when repairing these newer cars, for example what to do after replacing fuse boxes to ensure everything is working properly. I ended up taking it to the dealership myself and they knew exactly what to do after I told them what was happening so it s weird to me that when caliber said they also took it to the dealer they couldn t just fix it then? Anyhow, I think them just doing some research next time might help with these kinks. Aside from that they did a beautiful job on the repairs and I was kept informed

Great experience! My daughter s car was finished before the expected date. Patrick s communication was detailed throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again. Highly recommend!

I was completely taken away by the team s excellence and the exuberant atmosphere they brought to what would otherwise be a plain garage. I can proudly say I m a client at Caliber Collision, and I will not be going anywhere. The service is phenomenal, and I can t imagine going to any other body shop.

My experience with Caliber was amazing from day one. Francisco and the manager, Daniel, went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way up until I picked up my beautiful car which was left looking as good as new. Further, the beautiful receptionist was kind and friendly and easy to talk to. I genuinely and whole heartedly recommend this shop to everyone and they will continue to get my business for years to come.

This caliber collision really came through for myself and one of our organizations disabled veterans. My organization was going to be donating a used handicap van yesterday and when I went to pick up the vehicle from the detailers one of the doors malfunctioned 3 hours before we were set to deliver the vehicle. After stopping at 3 different shops to ask for assistance and getting denied. Cecilia and Ruben at this location understood what needed to be done and fixed the issue within a 30min. The vehicle was able to be delivered thanks to them. Thank you for stepping up and doing what didn't have to, Our Veterans thanks you as well!

If I can give this place a negative 5 (or no stars) I would. This is one of the worst collision repair shops I have ever taken my car too. The repairs that were done so bad. It look like a mediocre 5-year-old did the job. Let me start off by that my car was rear ended. I brought it to this collision body shop giving them 100% fully trusted. I explained to them to please take their time and that I was not in a hurry. They finished my car in less than a week. When it was time for me to pick up, the manager assisted me, he tried to rush me. When I informed him that I wanted to inspect the car to make sure everything was done correctly. He got upset. Let me tell you, they forgot to put the Honda symbols & painted two side bumper covers (without my consent, later on I found out they damaged those covers and try to cover it up). When I came back the next day to pick up my car, The symbols were put on crooked. They scratched an interior panel on the door. To this point I was already upset that it looks like they really didn't care. When they finally got it corrected. I found multiple damages they did, they dented a side panel, they didn't install the bumper cover on correctly & it was all scratched up. The person who repaired my car spilled coffee in the front seat and smashed a keychain that was given by my deceased father. When I brought all this up to their attention, they had no sympathy(didn't apologize for the lack of unprofessionality). They did the repairs and were horribly rude to me at the end of this whole experience (with no apologies). So if you decided to complain about the shoddy craftmanship and take it back for them to fix there mistakes. This shop is very revengeful & will damage your car. Also, if you leave any kind of personal items or property in your car. They'll just throw it in trash bags(break some items) and give it to you back like it was trash(with no apologies).***Update***I'm just responding to the condescending response. The repairs were done very horribly & wrong(they wouldn't be up to anybody standards). They actually did more damage to the car & broke personal property of mine. Also the shop manager(Francisco) thought that it was hilarious that the job was not done properly(also covered up a lot of additional damages that the shop did) & office manager (Cecilia) gave me a bad attitude and yells at employees.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They have wonderful customer service. They knew me by name. Very courteous, they made me feel very comfortable. Cecelia at the front desk was very professional. Also Francisco kept me updated the whole time. This was my Second time dealing with them. I asked to go to them this time. So glad they were on the list for Farmers Ins. Daniel, Pete and Cecilia took great care of me and fixing the car I bumped into. They kept the costs down, turned the vehicle around same day and even helped fix an issue with one of my tires. Francisco was AMAZING through the whole process! He explained everything in detail how everything is gonna go and got it done and on time! Came in because my van door wouldn t open anymore. Was told by multiple places that I would have to replace the whole door. Then I took it over here to Caliber Collision and they told me drop it off here and 5 minutes later I got a call saying that it was all ready to go and fixed. So they Didn t charge me anything for the fix cause all it was was a fuse for the door. Instead of replacing the whole door like all the other places all they did was replace the fuse and got me on my wayService: Auto engine diagnostic
