I got my car here a few years back when they use to be Michaels and I always bring my car here to get serviced. They have good customer service prices are pretty reasonable but you know its a dealership so its gonna be a bit higher than usual. But they do a awesome job they will let you know if your car has any issues. So you can always take care of it.

Had a very great experience with this Toyota Service Center! They were very professional and in addition were super helpful and friendly! I will definitely be coming back to this service center going forward! You guys totally rocked it yesterday! Keep up the amazing effort!

Took in for oil change at 10:15 for 10:30 Appointment was told hour 1 1/2 called at 2pm said car is ready. They had trouble starting my 4 runner. Someone didnt pass along that I had theft protection and so they took apart the battery treminal and ended up cross threading the hold down plate. Now the Mechanic has to re-thread the unit so that the battery terminals can go back on. And I asked him to put the extra half a quart of oil as it was not to the full line. So with An appointment at 10:30 the car is back in the shoop.its 3 o'clock. I'm still in the waiting room for a simple oil change. They brought it back and said it was fixed , I lifted the hood and the The terminal was loose and the threads were stripped and the bolt came completely out. So I had them take it back to the shop. To redo it and I'm still seated here. So this makes trip number 3.

Went in for an oil change. Was quick, took like 40 mins. Shocked how expensive it was when I got to the register. Would of been nice to have been told the price at drop off so I wasn't shocked when I went to pay. Employees didn't have power or will to hook me up with a coupon or anything. Didn't go the extra mile. Ok whatever, I'll go somewhere else next time.

Please beware that service advisors will push performing services that are not necessary. I took my car in April of 23 and had $1700.00 worth of work done. My husband took it in again November of 23 and was charged for the same "necessary maintenance". To add to this, a minor repair we had requested was not performed and we were not told about it. We noticed the repair wasn't done when we got home. Some of the items they said they did (which I questioned now because they said they were going to perform the minor repair but did not) were battery cable anti corrosion pads, ethanol defender service (look this service up online and you will see that it is a questionable service to begin with let alone done several times in one year) and various inspections and "cleanings" they had already done a few months ago. We have taken our cars here for years and are disappointed that we can no longer trust this business. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Kevin , service advisor , has been taking care of the services for my cars for 9 years.He is honest and generous, has respectful manners. I do not know much about the car maintenance, but he takes time to explain for me whenever I have questions. So appreciated his courtesy.

Great service. Very happy with my customer service attendant. Iam recovering from a broken knee and he helped me with my walker and opened the doors for me so I could be comfortable will I waited. What a gentleman. Please appreciate him.

I was disappointed with my first visit since Michael's changed hands. I called in and asked how much and what was included in a 40,000 mile service. I was quoted a price around 200.00 and made an appointment. When I got to the desk at my appointment I was told it was close to 450.00! Another lady waiting had the same issue. They later explained that it was due to changing hands and they weren't on the same page with their quotes. They said they will not have that issue as the future. We will see.

We were greeted as we got out of our vehicle. A service manager greeted us, took our key fob, got the info from our car and met us inside. After three minutes we signed off on the services to be performed. We were told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They had things completed in an hour and twenty minutes. A "shout out" to the service department and technicians.

Very slow service, takes forever. You need to make an appointment many days in avance. If you don't have an appointment they make you wait 6 hours in their office space. I only come here because is free due to my new car purchase but as soon as free period is over why would you ever come to this place? So many other companies treat you better and are way way faster, probably cheaper tooServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

From when i got there until I left, all were very polite and professional.***I changed my review from 5 stars to one because i went back to do an oil change. No appointment. When I got my car back Leo was taking paper mat out and did not look at my rug until i got home and noticed cloth mat and rug were greased. Next day my husband smelled burning. Under my car was dirty with oil. Husband went back to complain and they did clean it both. So disappointed.Service: Oil change
