Came in for a simple alignment,took 4 times for them to figure out how to straighten my steering wheel,left me worse then how I came in,not satisfied with the work at all won t be coming back,was never told when I was there rack needed replacing now that s the issue for the work not being done right?also the guy working on my car didn t even know what to adjust had to call his boss/co worker to get info on how to do so!boss left frustrated couldn t own up to his work all around bad service done. I personally had to go outside to supervise to make sure they did it right after seeing how it was coming out,going to have to take it to get re alignment and will be posting pictures of it being done right.

Alignment was good but left all 4 of my wheels damaged. I Paid and went to see how they did. They didn't mention anything to me about the damage on all 4 wheels. Told the dude and he said it was my fault for the damage and couldnt do anything about it. Main guy there is terrible at his job

The team at Blackstone Tire are awesome. Great business to have upgrades done to your truck or car. They are super knowledgeable on truck lifts and modifications. I had my truck brake calipers painted red, new grill installed and lighted GMC letters on the grill. The team knows what they are doing and do it with care! I highly recommend Blackstone Tire!

Came here for a level kit install, left with my entire suspension damaged. Technician banged the hell out of my axle and lower control arm and caused leaks. To say that I ran over some rocks is just plain ol' dumb. Poor customer service to top it off.Do not come here!

My experience was absolutely amazing! I was greeted by Tyler and welcomed with sincere and outstanding customer service. Tyler was dedicated to going above and beyond to get the best deal. Not only were the parts affordable, but I was not hustled for added services that weren t needed (like most automotive companies do to make an extra buck). My brakes were inspected and Tyler made sure to inform me of only the services that I needed. While waiting, Tyler made sure to keep my occupied by sharing his background history in automotive service, which was very impressive. My vehicle was treated with quality and care by the technician who serviced my truck. By far, the best customer service I ve received from an automotive company.

I purchased 4 tires 3 years ago, got a nail, screw in one tire, they fixed it up fast and good.Very happy with this place!

Left me on hold (until I gave up. About 7 minutes) while checking if they had my tires in stock. I went in anyway because of their sign out front that read, "20$ used tires" The offer was strangely specific however, and VERY limited. They didn't end up having my standard 18's in stock, so they sent me down the street to a different shop.

My girlfriend went here for new tires. She had a tire with a leak and the tread was low so we opted for four new tires. Now the low tire pressure light is on. Not sure if it needed to be reset or replaced. It was not an option brought to her. Also she comes home asking me to fix the spare tire in the trunk that the tire shop dis something to it and it was protruding up through the cover. Didn't understand why they would of puled the donut tire out bet maybe there was a tool they needed from it. Not the case at all. They lifted the car up from under the trunk to change the tires and pushed it up. So now the tire sticks up into the trunk space.When I bring the car into them to look at it they deny the damages say they have security footage of the vehicle at the time the work was done. When I ask to see this footage it no longer exists. The owner is rude tells me to get a hammer and bang it out. People make mistakes even trained professionals just own up to it and fix the issue. That's all that was requested.I will never get tires here and I will tell my friends and clients to go elsewhere.

If I could leave a ZERO star I would! Had a low tire pressure warning and went by to have it repaired. Was told the tire was fine. Woke up at our campsite this morning with a flat tile. Now our trip to our next spot is delayed by several hours as a result. We could have fixed it when we went in instead of being stranded! Do not do business with these people they are totally irresponsible!!!

Great customer service, affordable pricing. This is my go-to tire shop. I have bought tires for all my vehicles here. They have great follow up service too, fixing flats and checking air pressure. I refer all my friends to Blackstone Tire.

Got helped from Blake and he was great, he made sure to get the best bang for my buck. Great staff! Called for an alignment in advance and was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

I checked out a few shops up and down Blackstone. This one by far instilled the most confidence for work on my car. A clean, organized storefront and garage bays. A manager that was friendly, competent, and on top of the days business. Mechanics seemed knowledgeable and the work was completed without issue. I would do business with again.

Brought three cars here for tires, coils and struts. They're fast and the prices are good. They even helped me with a lost lug key. Blake helped me out. Good dude. Only place I'd go for tire and suspension needs.

My parents took my truck to get aligned after I completely replaced the suspension. They told me the owners went above and beyond and I believe it. Even after changing everything from the struts, upper and lower control arms, tie rods, bushings and sway bar links , I was expecting the alignment to be troublesome but they did a great job and the price was probably the best price in Fresno, honestly. I would definitely recommend

These guys are great! Not only did they get me the cheapest price of the 3 places I called but they took care of what I needed. I bought 4 new tires and went with the Arturo Trail Blade Mt. They were the cheapest and that included install and balance. I worked with Rob and he is sharp and knows his tires. Happy I went here and I will recommend this place to anyone. Honest and professional is the way they are.

Amazing, fast service! Spent 15 mins total there, including driving up, getting a new tire put on, and paying. $130 for a new tire with 6 month warranty and old tire disposal. He was honest that there are cheaper options but I wanted better quality, so hopefully this tire lasts! I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

They had a great staff. The price was awesome. They gave me a deal on all four tires brand new and the service was complete in under 45min. Mounted, balanced all that !! They also work closely with tint pros and suggested I get tint from them and tint pros gave me a discount !! Great move. Great service. Great price. Get your services here for sure for sure.

Great location, lowest prices on tires. Zane and Daniel were easy and enjoyable to work with. Found my new tire shop!! Tires work great and install was fast and courteous. Truly a great buying experience. Highly recommend this place. Clean and right by 711 where I got a great hot dog. Thanks Zane and Daniel!!

This was an excellent experience; the man who was in charge bent over backward trying to resolve my issue, involving multiple staff members for the better part of an hour and discounting the price to something I could afford. How often does that happen? In the final analysis, despite their best and concerted efforts, it was simply not possible to correct some mistakes by the previous owner's do-it-yourself repairs. Then he tells me the bill is ZERO "because we couldn't fix it". You could have pushed me over with a feather. Know what? From now on, this place will be my go-to car care place. They have earned my respect and my business in the future. My dad (passed in April 2017 at age 97) was a retired mechanic and he treated every customer the same way: honest, transparent, respectful and courteous. My hat is off to these folks who have restored the sense of trust my dad always instilled.

Before coming to Blackstone Tire, I had my truck lowered by a popular and known business (I won't name names out of respect). They screwed everything up... didn't lower it how I wanted after showing them a photo of what I wanted and there was even knocking noises... to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Well I found this place and Rob was able to fix it. He found that a safety pin was missing and fixed that, and set my truck how I wanted it... all in the same day I walked in.This is my new favorite place. Rob and his employees are great!

Came to Blackstone tire to replace shocks. At first everything was settled and going great. Waited two hours going on three hours. Manager named Bob came in the lobby to tell me that the left rear bolt has been stripped and damaged. They recommended me to buy a new lower control arm because the thread for the bold is damaged and they can't do nothing about it. I believed them at first. I then inspected the shocks installed by them and noticed the right rear shock was installed on the left rear side. I confronted them about it and they denied everything, that I brought in the car like that. I had checked the car ahead of time knowing that the shocks were all in the right place. After a few minutes of disagreement, Bob was willing to give me a discount and reinstall the correct shock back on, but I was already upset the fact that they had already lied to my face and messed up the threads and bolt. I still paid for the three shocks they installed even though I could've not paid due to them damaging the left side. Good at first, worst experience at last . Suggest you guys try another place to replace shocks .

Blew a tire on my Volvo and made it (barely) to the first tire store, which luckily was Zane and Omar... I have never had a better tire purchase experience. Fair, honest. FAST... I bought four... and loved it.While I live elsewhere I will from now on drive to there for my tires. Awesome job, price and people. TF

I couldn t be more impressed. I m almost speechless. I cannot think of one critique or complaint or request. Staff if more than amazing. The man running the show really knows what he s doing, pays attention to details and has great memory when it comes to each client individually and their specific needs and is extremely knowledgeable on the products he is selling. The team, had the same spirit. It s like they actually like what they re doing, and sincerely want their customers satisfaction... I felt like I was a priority amongst a bunch of other people who, it seemed, were treated with equal respect. Man. This makes me so happy to write. They went above and beyond to make my requests happen (my car is kind of difficult) Not to mentions their prices, incredible. They stupendous in my book. They ll definitely be recommended by me. And anyone who s reading this, I promise you won t regret giving them your business. You ll be thankful for their services! Lol I feel like I sound like a bail bonds commercial, when the wife is emotionally distraught and bail bonds is like emotionally supportive and take her in out of the rain and make everything better... yea that s blackstone tire for anyone with tire trouble. :)Thank you guys. Totally awesome. Keep doing whatever your doing cause you re killing it! I ll be back.
