TLDR: Excellent and quick service with a work product that exceeded expectations.I was romping through the desert when a bush gifted me some Arizona pinstripes out of nowhere. I use my truck for truck things, so I was never really concerned with the scratches, but they were aggravating to see on my beautiful truck. I recently had some downtime, so I took my vehicle in for an estimate.First, Blackstone Collision Center is located on the corner of Blackstone and Bullard in Fresno; it is pretty recessed from the corner and difficult to see from the street. If you drive to the rear of the Toyota dealership, you'll see the building.I entered their lobby and was immediately greeted by Bryce; I explained my situation to him, and we walked around the truck. He wasn t sure what service would be most beneficial because the scratches looked significant but felt relatively superficial, so he got clarification on what would best serve my interests. I appreciated this; if you don t know something, you don t know it. It's not a bad thing, and it's much better than making it up and ending up with a misalignment in expectations and product received.Bryce returned with two options, which he explained very well. He appropriately set my expectations and didn t try to oversell his service. We made an appointment a few days out.On the appointment day, he met me in the front lobby, retrieved my keys, and I was instructed when to return. I returned at the agreed-upon time, and when my truck pulled up, I was shocked at how nice it looked. Not only had they completely cleared the scratches, but they had also conditioned all the plastic around the truck. I had expected the scratches to be less noticeable, but they were completely gone. The truck looked better than when I purchased it.I highly recommend Blackstone Collision Center for their customer service and craftsmanship to anyone who will listen and will not hesitate to return to them the next time my truck is attacked.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome customer service here. Branon and Maria helped me through the whole process. Had to remove a star after pick up. 2 of my wheels have over spray. The inside of the wheels were not properly masked off. Through the inside is where the overspray comes in. Bad prep. I didn't see it at pick up. I will remove myself with brake clean.

I got into a car accident a week ago. Such a inconvenience for me. Blackstone Collision Center made me feel a lot better! Super smooth and easy process. Brendon and Raj helped me out! Got my Truck back super quick and throughout the process Brendon kept me updated on when my parts were landing, when they landed, when they started working on my Truck and when they finished my Truck! Took my car into Blackstone Collison Center for repairs after an accident damaged my vehicle. Bryce was the person who handled the claim and kept in direct contact with me. He was kind, courteous, helpful, patient and reassuring. When I received my vehicle back, the job was so good you couldn't tell where it had been hit! I highly recommend their services. I had to replace the tow hitch cover on my Escalade due to some minor damage. I Ordered the part and had it sent to Blackstone Collision Center. I spoke with Branden, collision repair advisor, and explained the situation. He gave us a quote to paint the hitch cover so it would match the rest of the bumper. The next day I got a call from Branden who said the part was delivered and it came painted and it matched the rest of the bumper! He had me take the car in to the shop and he replaced the hitch cover at not cost! WOW! Now that is great customer service! They didn t charge me for labor like most of the other repair shops would have! Such a small gesture created a huge impression! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced from a collision center. Branden Heintz Who was my collision repair advisor helped me every step of the way. Always return my phone calls and kept me in the loop. I own a 2023 Corvette and these guys went above and beyond to make sure my whole experience was easy.Not only did they fix my car but they also added on a bunch of cool stuff while my car was being fixed. Thank you guys so much I would highly recommend Blackstone collision center!

My car was in pretty bad shape when I hit a pothole, really lost the love for my car at the time.. anyway, I had it towed to Blackstone Collision, Raj and Bryce and the team took care of EVERYTHING! My car now drives like if the damage was never done, I'm thankful for the guys and will always recommend my friends and family to them if they ever need something. Thanks again guys! I appreciate all the help and now I can love my car again!

They were so nice & helpful!! My VW dealer pushed me out & this shop helped me out & fixed my problem in half an hour!! So efficient & thorough, they were exactly the team I needed that day. Thank you so much Raj & the lovely secretary for your service ! I ll definitely recommend to others!

After a fender bender, I came in to Blackstone Toyota. Maria (office & reception) at the Collision Center was very professional & helpful, telling me when to return for estimate. I returned next day 3/8/23 and the client service /estimate person Bryce D. was assigned to look over my car. He had a smile, a kind face, a very professional manner, and was an excellent communicator. I am not familiar with a lot of car "lingo," but Bryce explained it all in language that I easily understood, while we examined my car together. Besides my initial experience, Bryce was the go-to person for questions I had, connecting with my insurance co., and other little things that came up over the period of a few weeks. Once I was ready to leave my car, both Bryce and Maria provided the space and bags I needed to empty my car as needed and Raj, the supervisor, assured me that the car would be ready at the end of the week. Maria even helped contact the rental car co, so that I could get the replacement car I needed at the time I needed it. At the end, Bryce stayed in touch to be sure everything was ready for me to come in & pick up the car. No loose ends. All in all, it was a very positive experience working with Toyota Collision Ctr. The whole team -- Raj, Bryce, and Maria, were very good support and all 3 provided very professional service. Thanks to all of you! I recommended Toyota Collision Ctr. if you have a fender bender or other accident, and need the kind and professional care at the difficult time of a car accident.

Bryce went above and beyond to not only completely repair and make my truck look good as new, but he got it done over a week early with the kindest customer service I have experienced! He was clear on all of my check ins, communicative all along the way and treated me like a human, not just a customer. I can t say enough kind and genuinewords about my experience here, and with Bryce specifically! I am grateful to have found them!

I've taken my cars to Blackstone Collision Center (previously Michael's) on 4 separate occasions. All repairs were done to my high standards. I've most recently worked with Bryce and manager Raj who was kind enough to not charge for a part that we had a misunderstanding about replacing. I'd highly recommend Blackstone Collision for quality of workmanship. If they could improve anything it would be to communicate more frequently during the repair period.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Toyota CHR in because the small bumper cover popped off my front bumper, was the strangest thing because I did not hit anything. I tried everything to fix and just could not get it back on. It did require some labor to get it fixed and Raj is absolutely wonderful, he got me right in and said it would be fixed within 30 minutes. I needed a repair shop that specialized in Toyotas. I expected good service, but I received great service! My insurance company was not responding to any attempts at contact. Branden H. kept me informed every step of the way. My car was repaired to my high standards. The customer service was exemplary! My husband s Corvette was hit in a parking lot after shopping around we decided to come here happy we did. They did a great job repairing the damage so when our Silverado truck was hit we brought it here without question. They scheduled us in and completed the repairs timely. Staff is friendly, easy to contact and also very patient with my super slow insurance company. Thank you Branden, Raj And Maria!

Overall, I am very satisfied with Blackstone Collision Center and the help from Brandon and Maria! They were very flexible and worked with my difficult schedule. They both were very educated in explaining the whole process to me as well, especially since I had never been through a repair with insurance before. They did a fantastic job on making a stressful situation way more relaxed for me.I got in a fender bender in a parking lot in my brand new 2022 RAV 4 XSE hybrid. Having about 6000 miles on the car I wanted to get it fixed and fixed fast. I was able to get an initial estimate quickly, which was enough that I wanted to use my insurance. With my car still being drivable, they gave me the option to pay my down payment and keep driving it until the parts came. I submitted it to my insurance and they approved, so once parts were all there I was able to get my car in in a timely manner. When they were able to get under the hood of my car, they realized there was more issues than initially thought and addressed, so they worked directly with my insurance for approval and payments, which was super nice and convenient with not having to be the middleman. They were also transparent with pricing, how long the new parts needed would take to get in, and how much longer they thought my car would be, which was appreciated (and way quicker than I thought).There is still some final touches needed for my car (custom stripes for passenger door), however, they could be in anywhere 1 to 3 weeks, so instead of them keeping my car that entire time, I am able to use my car and will be contacted when they come in. This is helping me save money on my rental. When picking up my vehicle, Brandon took me out to it and showed me what they all did exteriorly (and verbalized what was done interiorly) and pointed out the little part that was still needed, making sure I was satisfied with their work. He also told me they have a lifelong guarantee of their repairs and are confident with sticking behind their work, so contact him if there are any issues. The cherry on top to my service is the fact I was able to leave my rental (enterprise) there when picking up my car, saving my money on Uber or setting up transportation needs. Overall, I highly recommend Blackstone Collision Center for any of your repair needs and I am super thankful and happy with their work and customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
