Paid for oil change and services. The service writer told me my battery tested bad. I told him I had a new battery and would check with Auto Zone. I was also told I needed new tires today. I went directly to Auto Zone on Barstow. The battery terminal covers were not even replaced on the battery from the dealership. The battery tested good twice. The tires will need replaced in the next 6 months but definitely not a danger to valley driving.I don't expect a dealership to try and upsale me or blatantly lie to me. I strongly do not recommend using this dealership for anything.

The service department is awesome. Check engine light came on my car. I thought It was going to be expensive but they where able to get the check engine light off with just a much needed service..

I live 50 minutes outside of Fresno and I purchased my Chevy Colorado back in March. Immediately after purchasing, I noticed that there was a squeak in the steering column along with other problems with the stereo system. When I took it in, I described the problem to them. They told me it would be a few hours before they had a diagnosis which should have been covered by my warranty. They told me later on that they would need to keep it longer, which I simply could not do since I wasn t being provided with a rental. I took it back a second time for the same issues. At this point it had already been diagnosed so fixing the problem should ve been fairly easy. I dropped it off at 8 AM and waited in the lobby as they told me it would only take 2 to 3 hours. At 4:30 when they were closing, I asked one of the last people working with my vehicle was going to be done. They completely forgot all about me waiting. I ve had to take it back several times for the same issue. I need to find a better dealership with service.

They scam people!!! They wanted to charge me $1200 for a headlight and air filter, and diagnostic (diagnostic is $230 of the $1200). I told them that was quite crazy and they took it down to $835. I signed for something when I dropped my car off and never saw or got a copy of what I signed. (Still don t have a copy after I asked for one) It also took them 3 business days to complete this job. And I was without transportation because they forgot my car was there. They also didn t update me for 24 hours for the 3 days my car was there and kept it an extra day with out my permission or knowledge of why. The manager there does not know how to professionally handle issues when they arise and he becomes extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I don t think this all would have happened if I was a man.I just walked out the door with 1 new headlight and 1 new air filter and no car for 3 days for $835. Thanks Chevy of fresno .Never coming here again.

I took my truck still under warranty in on Tuesday morning because the cruise control wasn t working. They said they would call me that afternoon with the diagnosis. Didn t hear from them all day and then, after multiple calls and texts, they finally responded late Wednesday morning, saying they were diagnosing the problem and I should hear from them soon. Waited until 4 pm, then started calling and texting them again. Finally after 5 pm I received a text saying simply that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I picked it up only to discover that the cruise control was still not working. Guess I need to find another Chevy service center.

This new ownership is terrible. I took my car to Michael s and never had an issue before. I bought a warranty for my battery and the new ownership said that warranty no longer exists because it under new management I have never heard of that before. I thought from previous experience at other dealerships they look up your warranty but the service guy said they don t do that and I would have to pay full price. I will be looking for a new Chevrolet service center. Will not be giving the new owners of Michael s my business

Aside from taking all day my experience was good. I took my car in for a warrantee issue, a recall and routine maintenance.I really like their new texting feature that keeps you informed throughout the day and notifying you when your car is ready without having to call.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Stay away. Spent 12 k. They will take your money and not even fix your car. They told me that the new engine they installed was making a weird noise because of the catalytic converters. So I got them replaced there and it still made the same noise. I tried to call them several times and notified them about it. But they kept ignoring all my calls and didn t return any of them. To think they will treat their customers who spent so much money there better.

Was quoted half of the actual price over the phone for an oil change. Once the oil change was complete the wrong oil was marked on the paperwork as being put in. Spent 60 minutes waiting for a phone call back that never came so I finally had to call them to finally figure out that the right oil was put in. Not the kind of service you expect from paying top dollar for an oil change.The manager called me after this post was made and offered a free oil change in order to make up for the previous one. I have not used it yet but I appreciate the offer. Review was changed from a 1 to 3.Update. Finally had a chance to use that oil change and the service was great everything was completed on time and it was great communication I'm thinking the first one was just a fluke changing the review to four stars.Service: Oil change

2023 UpdateEvery time I bring my vehicle for service they still continue to damage it. I have pictures as proof & reported it multiple times. Ruben the manager was rude to me & gave me attitude. I went new so I don t have to deal with vehicle issues & it s been a bad experience. No updates, no cared etc Really disappointed & I see why there s a lot of employees quitting/leaving them.2022Still waiting on my parts & it s been more than 2 months. They don t call or anything to keep u on the loop of the order etc.Same goes to when I bought an item in December & still haven t got it, we past mid March now! SMH

Dropped my company truck off on a Wednesday and told service check would take 24-48 hours. Didn t receive call on Thursday. Called to check on it on Friday and it still had not been looked at yet. Left a message to give a call back but never received it. Called again on Saturday morning and was told that the keys were missing and possibly locked in a mechanics toolbox. Had to argue with manager to explain that this is a company vehicle and truck was needed ASAP. Manager was not able to assist and recommended I called service manager. Service manager Tom Lovell said he would look into it and within 30 minutes received a call from the service section saying that the keys were mysteriously found and were ready for pick up. Picked up vehicle an hour later and found out there was 6 miles placed on my company truck from someone and no service or inspection had been done on the truck yet. When asked who drove truck around. The service writer on hand said that no one has looked at the truck and there are no notes in the file. So it is still a mystery.Normally this is a great place to take vehicles for service but this time something really bad happened and I never received an apology or understanding of how this happened to date.

if i could, i would give this 0. my actual name is Gabriel. i went in for an appointment at 11:50 am to have my Camero top fixed (it's a convertible). i got ignored for 20 minutes until a manager came out and saw me, then asked someone to help me (left, middle section. i forgot his name). he gave me a yellow paper with the last owners stuff, i told him i never took it in. he didn't ask for any information except my number. after 5 hours with no information; i had to call and the service person said they had no idea my car was even there. i finally went in and they said it showed the older owners information. 1) my number was on the order sheet, why didn't they get it from there. 2) why didn't the guy ask for more information when i told him i never took it in? 3) i could tell the guy didn't want to help me because when i gave him my number he eyed me up and down and never made eye contact. i WILL NOT got back there and opted to wait a week for the next opening Hedricks. it's gotta be better then the service i got there!

1st of all I took my vehicle in because it had noises coming from the rear end. It's been doing it for about 2 weeks. Never heard it before. Vehicle has under 39000 miles.Mechanic and techs said its normal after a few years.So they are the specialist so I brought the vehicle home with the rear end noise.After a couple days Service Manager called to ask if I was satisfied with my visit. I said no. In fact the noise sounds like it's getting worse but your people said it's normal.He said bring it back so his mechanic can look at it.All in all they found the problem so vehicle was left and seems to be fixed.Thank you to the Service manager for calling and checking. Otherwise I will be driving with normal noises coming from the rearend.

I recently came back to Michael's for service for a previous vehicle purchased. Ended up purchasing another vehicle. I have been dealing with Amado in sales. Highly recommend him, he has gone above and beyond with the assistance of Danny.In the service department Ken Dawson has been helping me, and he has also shown me nothing but professionalism. He greeted me with a smile and handshake. This was appreciated, Ken.While waiting for the repairs to be complete, I waited in the waiting room and the door keep staying cracked open allowing an uncomfortable draft in the room. I was directed to Tom Lowell, I let him know of the situation and he said, "I will take care of that." I left and returned with an hour and that door was taken care of. Sitting in the waiting room without a cold draft made a huge difference of my overall take on the service given.Thanks for the outstanding service from start to finish.

Took my car here for a tire rotation and all points inspection. I was very dismayed when I had to return because my tire pressure light began flashing and saying I need to check the system after I left having work done on vehicle. When I returned the gentleman who assisted me earlier named Louie said it was only a mishap because they didn't reset sensors... Well UNFORTUNATELY that was incorrect I requested that he checked all tires to ensure they were correct pressure because my car is extra sensitive when it comes to that as I've learned from prior experience, needless to say he came right back out with car not even 5 minutes later and I ended up still having to go put air at a gas station because one was reading lower than others. Not 2 mention the quotes they provided in regards 2 my vehicle turned out 2 be inconsistent as I took it to Pep Boys because the fees were so exorbitant. Word of advice 4 women "ALWAYS Seek A 2nd Opinion" They think we don't know about cars so they price gouge whenever the opportunity presents itself Speaking of mechanics & places of business that sell, FIX, or typically have anything to do wit automotive establishments.

Parts service is always good. However when I brought in my truck to have the def tank replaced on my 2018 duramax. After asking the service person if they were going to fill up the def tank after being replaced he assured me that it would be. The very next day my default for def fluid came on almost out of fluid. So needless to say not very happy with your serviceThis is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from your establishment not sure at this time that I want to buy another.

Service is taking longer and longer. I get there with an appointment and they say 30-45 minutes, so I wait. Then every 30 minutes it's 30 more minutes. I told them from the beginning that I don't care how long it takes just tell me. I could've left my car there and done my personal things. Just feels frustrated to spend 5 hours waiting instead of doing my personal things. That's the last time I fall for that 30 minute waiting game.

Just wanted to drop off my car to get an oil change. But i guess they fires the oil change service people and i'm stuck waiting for a while. So i left because i had to get to work. Just wanted an oil change while i was at work and just pick it up later. Why you guys fired the oil change people? This could of been faster.

Excellent got what I wanted salesman was courteous no pressure I would recommend Mickey to whom ever is in the market for some new wheels deal was complete and final within 1and 1/2 hrs

Worst service ever! Dented my truck when it was in for service and when I pointed it out his response was I'm just going to deny it it's your word against mine. Watch out for Jeremiah in service seems like he hates his job.
