Strictly reviewing/rating my overall dealership experience and not the car I purchased. I was in the market for a vehicle and Blackstone had what I wanted in stock. I reached out to a sales rep and Chance Cantu helped facilitate my purchase.Very nice guy and did everything to get the sale. I lived about 2 hours away from the dealership, about 120 miles so we communicated via email and text. Blackstone got me a better financing rate so for the most part things went smoothly.Now onto the issues I had. Chance drove the vehicle and delivered it to my residence after i got home from work one evening. I appreciated that level of service. I was purchasing the car at MSRP with no added markup or dealer added options. When going over the paperwork, there was a line item snuck in there for a dealer added option of about $1000. I was not made aware of that, and Chance alluded to that dealer option being removed from the price. Bad on me for now crunching the numbers one final time before signing the purchase agreement, but they did get over me on that one. 1k that I wished i could get back.The second issue is that everything signed, all the paperwork was taken back to the dealership and i was left with nothing. Over a month had passed and I hadn't even been given a copy of my contract. I didn't know who my finance company was, I didn't know when my first bill was, registration card, etc. I called numerous times to Chance and he just became unresponsive after making the sale. I reached out to the finance department and eventually after 2-3 tries to them, they emailed me my documents.The level of service pre-sale is to be expected when buying a car at that price point (83k), upholding the Cadillac brand, values, and standards. The level of service after, I just didn't care for. Along with that feeling of being taken advantage of. Especially since I would have been a repeat customer. Honesty goes hand in hand with loyalty, and I try my best to separate my experience with a specific dealership/sales person to the vehicle brand. It's not fair to the brand that one of their dealerships made me feel this way, but also the dealership should be an extension/representation of the brand.Car dealership is just that. Until we can make direct purchases from the manufacture like Tesla, we have to really keep our guard up as there's an underlying agenda with dealers. They're trying to make a profit, and sometimes it's in a conniving, sneaky way. Just my experience...

Ben was our salesman, he was super helpful and found us a car that worked in price and what we we're looking for. Amazingly happy with our new car, and everyone worked with us! Would love to come back if we need to replace our second car.

Chance, Danny, and Nick were very helpful and knowledgeable. Chance was very genuine. He wasn t pushy or trying to wheel and deal. He had the patience to answering all my questions. Danny was spot on with the possible numbers. The team at blackstone Cadillac know how to treat their customers.

Ryan is amazing!!!! Do not second guess it. If you love a car here Contact him. We drove from the Bay Area, he had the car ready and test drove it, did the paper work all under 2 hours. Tan and Ryan E did a really great job. Me and my mother-in-law went in to trade in her vehicle. We have never done this before, so we weren t sure what to expect. Ryan was patient. He answered all of our questions. Even sometimes the same questions. When we finally went over to the finance, Tan helped us , he is very professional and personable. He was able to get us a good deal that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Our Salesman Markys Rivera was the absolute best, most professional and enjoyable salesman we ve ever experienced. Knowledgeable about the vehicle (Chevy Tahoe) we were interested in even though he is a Cadillac Salesman. If you want a great car buying experience ..go to Blackstone Chevrolet and ask for Markys!!

Ryan E was probably the best salesman I could ve asked for. This was my first purchase and I was very nervous about the whole process. I did not want to over pay or sign something outrageous. Ryan was very upfront and transparent. The whole process was very fast and easy. He literally did everything and asked me what I would want. Everything about Ryan screams excellence. Thought we had worked out a deal with them but once we had an issue because of a bank error they had us bring the car back after a few days and refused to answer questions. Took our money to Lithia Hyundai the next day and got a 2024 Elantra.
