2012 Prius V, used vehicle from the dealership. Less then a year from my purchase hybrid battery issues. Best deal hybrid makes sure that their customers are satisfied with their work and they hold to their warranty. No hassle when I ran to some hiccups a few weeks after getting some battery cells replaced. The owner helped with no hesitation and fixed my problem and now I'm driving with about 450 - 470 mpg to a full tank. Great work guys. This is the spot for hybrid battery fixes.

I generally hate mechanics. I have spent years trying different ones and have always been disappointed. That is, until I found Best Deal Hybrid. This place is truly a godsend. Prices were more than fair, technicians were knowledgeable. And the work was done incredibly fast. Our family has multiple Prius's, and I will now use this shop for all my mechanics needs. I can't recommend these guys enough. 5 stars!!

Mr Ayman is an honest & good mechanic! We went there last month to have our coolant flushed & our thermostat replaced. It was done in a reasonable time & price. We re going back this week to have our water pump replaced. He s the only mechanic we trust now for our Toyota Prius. Thank you Mr Ayman & see you this week!

My Prius hybrid battery message went on while I was on trip. Best deal hybrid auto repair in Fresno Ca Rescued me.They fixed my hybrid battery Fan & refilled all my low fluids fast service.I recommend them five stars. My car wouldn't start and being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I'm so grateful to have found Ayman-so kind and helpful! I had to have my car towed and AAA took 4 hrs (ouch) when I called to ask if it was ok to come late Ayman immediately told me not to worry, that whenever the car got there he'd check it out. True to his word he did and thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix. I can't recommend this shop enough, kind, honest, and they do good work. Especially a great place to take a Prius-he knows those cars inside out.

My Chevy Volt popped a check engine light, and I tried to take it to the Chevy dealership but their EV guy wasn't working that day.Honestly, I'm glad, the guys here were amazing. They know what they're talking about, and were able to fix my P0401 code. I really appreciated the way they explained what was going on with the car, and what steps they were planning to try as they diagnosed and fixed the issues.I'm coming back with my next car troubles.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was traveling through Fresno and was having issues with my 12V power outlet. I'm so glad I came here. Ayman provided excellent customer service. He figured out the problem and did not charge a ridiculous amount for his service. I wish they were in my hometown. 5/5 I highly recommend them. Ayman, the owner, was great. I was driving through the area when my dashboard lit up with warning lights. He was able to take me right away and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Had it fixed in half an hour at a very reasonable price. Soo much less than what I world have paid if I went to the dealer, and way faster service. I wish he was where I live, I would go see him anytime I had a problem with my Prius!

Highly recommend. The owner knows his stuff. Answers any questions you have and does it right the first time for a fair price. Anytime my 07 Prius is giving me trouble, I know exactly where to go.

took my vehicle over to this shop. diego , he slipped up, he knew right away , he screwed me .. he reimburded me my labor charge as soon as i told him something off. he replaced with toyota oem new parts. secondary air pump , secondary both air valves, camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensor, still my 06 tpyota sequoia didnt pass smog. evrything he replaced on my vehicle s wrong sloppily dont... nothing seems to work. secondary air pump s not coming on on cold start , valves are not worikng .he ll be hearing from BARvery soon,cant keep quiet about this. hetold me.off, i wasnt ok with that. think three time before taking your vehicle to this place for any type of labor.
