I will recommend them to anyone. I was out of town when I found out someone broke into my car I called a bunch of place Auto Glass now was the only place that was actually nice and understanding and even got me an appointment for the next day. The guy who replaced the window was super respectful and sweet he even let my daughter watch him put the window in

We were very pleased regarding our experience with Auto Glass Now. It was easy to make an appointment, the people were very friendly and they were finished in a reasonable amount of time. Our windshield was replaced and calibrated.

I stopped @ Der Weinersnitchel to get my free vet Chilli dog & fries but of course was a day early. & saw All Star Glass. Asked these nice people how much to rehang my rear view mirror a nice gentleman said pull around back. I did & to my surprise he fixed it for free. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business for their help. I'm a veteran who is disabled & doesn't have alot of $ and appreciate the help.Thanks to everyone @ All Star Glass!

Today All Star Glass really helped us out when my Fianc� was in a bind driving home from work. Entire windshield completely cracked from the hood flying up. Connie in the office was an angel on earth and couldn t have been more helpful. They promptly went out to the dangerous 99 to help replace the windshield and also helped tie down the hood to get him home. Such helpful guys. I can t thank All Star Glass enough and highly recommend!!!

I had to replace my windshield due to a rock chip that ran over the size of a quarter =.25 cents . They are very professional and helpful and fast.I greatly appreciate the awesome service.

I chatted with Roger. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my window repair. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best option for me at a great price. The glass repair itself was great, and the work is of high quality, so for that I would give them a 5 star review. BUT, the person responsible for driving my 2013 WRX (manual transmission) around into the work area didn't know how to drive stick. Instead of being honest about it and asking me or someone else to do it, he sat out in the parking lot trying for 5 minutes, stalling and probably grinding my gears before I realized what was happening and went out to pull it around myself. It was my assumption that it should be a basic requirement to know how to drive stick if you work in the auto industry in any capacity. (Or at the very least, make sure you don't get in a car if you can't drive it.) Hoping this issue gets addressed...Service: Auto windshield replacement

I booked an appointment with this company to have my windshield replaced and they never showed up. I was told they would call between 1 and 5 o'clock and no one ever did. I waisted a whole 1/2 a day waiting for the tech and no one arrived or even called me to give me a status. Horrible communication. I eventually had to go to another company and they took care of me promptly.

So, I have had my windshield in my truck since last October and it is still holding up strong. We have put thousands of miles on the truck and it still looks brand new(the windshield not the truck). These guys are the real deal and they are very professional and courteous. The guy came to my house and installed it right there and the price was so low that I was honestly surprised. I'm going back to them next month for more things to be done. Thanks All Star Glass.

Asked before install started if all the rubber trim pieces will be installed to OEM specs. I was told they would be. Upon completion of glass install the OEM molding around the edge of the window was not installed. When questioned about it i was told they dont make the windshield for my vehicle with that molding anymore. After goinv to my local dealership amd talkimg to the parts department i found that to be a lie. Currently working with my insurance to withhold payment until it is fixed properly.

1st The place is closed doesn't matter what time is it, by appointment only! RED FLAG...2nd It was Saturday 11:20 am when I called and the lady that answered was impolite and lied that the store was closing.... I was there, no souls was in the location.3rd The quote went from $250 online to $350+ by calling that's including the insurance discount... and will go up more...A V O I D at all cost

Very rude people . I made an appointment a week ahead, and when I arrived for the appointment they said I never called! They were very rude and short with me .I DO NOT recommend.
