Service was excellent and fast! They charged me a fair price, and were very accommodating when I added that I wanted to have my brakes checked after they had already began. The entire process only took about an hour and a half. Would highly recommend, and I plan on coming back here whenever I need auto help!

I was religiously taking my vehicle to another well-known shop in Fresno for the last 2 years. They were really nice, but turns out they were just going through the motions. So grateful to find American Tire Depot! They are nice as well AND actually fixing the things that need to be fixed so I can travel and do my job safely.

Work is top notch . Prices are great and work was completed earlier than expected!!! Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs tires and suspension work done.

Do not allow these degenerates to perform any service on your vehicle. They negligently broke a pertinent part on the tire of our commuter Honda Accord. Were told that they accidentally torqued too tight causing permanent damage that required repair. Was told to bring it back the next day for the repair. Next day came and person able to perform repair was no where to be found. Came back second day and told can t perform repair due to time consumption. Third day came and were told repair would take 30 minutes 9 hours later and one full day s worth of professional work was lost by us. When complaining reasonably to the low life humans at the front counter, we were laughed at. Customer service is everything people, there are too many of your competitors out there to choose from and we will definitely NOT be choosing this entity again. The employee even told us verbatim, I would not come here again if I were you. Training manager who uttered those words, you know who you are. We were mistreated, ridiculed, and severely inconvenienced by this Fresno/Blackstone location.

The gentleman that runs the place, Alex, has gone out of his way more than once to make sure that we are safe and satisfied with not just the purchases but with our overall experience. We recommend this location to anyone we hear say they need tires, breaks, shocks, alignments, and just about anything else

Would definitely go again. Staff are knowledgeable and will take care of your tire needs. Had a new set of tires for my new rims and did an alignment with Tpms installed. Took a little longer than anticipated but it was also busy and I had multiple things done so I already knew before hand it was going to be a while. All in all sastified got exactly what I came for.

Got rigged. I had called in for an appointment. I was given a different price on one tire sensor and sensor reset. Price given $36 for my make and model. Then showing up for an appointment and them saying they are going to take care of me. In the end, I got charged close to $100. Note to self and for everyone. Check with prices before they do the work. Don't trust the call center they have you call for pricing. I could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper price than the ending price I paid at the end.

I bought my tires from Sam s Club but when I called them, they said it would be a minimum of two hours before they could look at my flat tire so I took it to tire Depot. They put it on the rack immediately and told me that the tire was not fixable so now I m going back to Sam s to sit and wait but tire depot was great.

If I could give these guys 20 million stars I would, I ve been coming here a solid 4 years now and they have never failed me, extremely affordable and helpful when it comes to educating you on car informationShout out to this shop for their honesty and not trying to gouge you with pricing but huge huge HUGE shout out to their mechanic Tony he s a GLORIOUS man, may he be blessed abundantly in life & all his endeavors, with the knowledge he shares when he doesn t have to. Thank you to American Tire Depot. At this point I consider you all family lol forever BLESSED FOR THIS TEAM THEY ALL NEED RAISES ASAP

Wow. So impressed with American Tire Depot on Blackstone. First things first they are open on Sundays. Also I came in with a big screw in the center of my front drivers side tire. Was greeted professionally by staff. Was planning on paying to have the tire fixed and was told free flat repairs. I have never used the American Tire Depot in the past. Rest assure you I will definitely be back for future tire replacements and other area need on my vehicles. Thank you American Tire Depot. You made my Veterans Day weekend even better.

Alex and team were very accommodating in getting my wheel alignment done late in the day, especially since I was traveling from out of town and wanted to makenit back home in the evening. Would highly recommend these guys to get you out of a pinch!

Came in with a flat tire on my rental car - in less than an hour they had diagnosed the issue (a piece of glass had punctured it), repaired / mounted the tire, and got me safely back on the road, all completely for free. Everybody there was super friendly and helpful as well. Amazing experience - will definitely be back here.

The customer service that I received, at this location, was excellent. The cashiers, Alex and Adam, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. They were fast and efficient. They rotated my tires and replaced my TPS sensor. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks for the positive experience.

The staff has always been extremely welcoming every time I ve gone in. I got a new set last year, but I didn t have my paperwork on me for my tires warranty when I went in today to get a patch on a tire that had a nail, but they looked me up with no fuss and were quick about it. I was teleworking so they offered me a rolling desk, for my laptop, in the lobby while I waited. On top of that, part of the decal on my tire s rim came off and they ordered it to replace it at no cost. I already recommend this place to family & friends, but without a doubt I ll gladly continue to. Hands down, Best tire place! I ve been coming here for the last few years & always feel safe. For that, Thank you American Tire Depot!

Excellent service. 2nd time using these guys for new tires due to pothole damage. Quick work, good prices, and even stayed after closing to change out my newly damaged tire. Very appreciated

Got me some new wheels and tires, needed a fast a reliable install. I went to American Tires Depot and they got the job done right. They mounted the tires on the wheels, balanced it, did alignment, and install all four wheels for a very good price. Alex and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. Had the luxury of the lead technician Beto work on my car. He was diligent and took his time. Fitments came out perfect, not a single scratch on my new wheels or tires! If you're looking for an honest, fast, and reliable shop to work on your tires or wheels, hit up this place! Highly recommend! II'll be returning for future work on my tires and wheels. Thanks gents!

Bought my tires from Goodyear online, sent to American tire depot for installation. Got there early, they started early, got done early. Installer did a great job and put my spare back under my car.

Highly recommended. Great experience. Friendly and they provide outstanding service at no cost to repair my tire. Took me in 8 minutes before closing time after I went to two different tire shops and was denied services. Thanks to Alex (manager and his staffs) for the great service. Will definitely return for tire needs.
