Great place! I brought my rims and tires to the shop to get them mounted and the techs did a great job. the two gentlemen that work at the front were very helpfull.

This is a good tire shop. Knowledgeable crew, good service pace, and quality tires at a good price!Ya, sure, this sounds like an advertisement. However, I did this job for 20 years and can address the nature and quality of the work coming out of this shop.Like any service job, there's is always going to be a chance for a wait. Appointment or not, a job has its timeline, and that is what it is! You're asking for a mistake of you push/hurry certain tasks.As of 12/16/2023, this crew is doing a great job for their customers. Keep up the good work!

I was unfortunate enough to have two tire punctures back to back and these guys were quick to help and very friendly! Will definitely be back when I need new tires or other services.

My friends and family and I have been coming to America's Tire for years because of the quality service and very competitive prices. The complimentary free rotation reminders and free air check services are always a plus, they make sure to follow up with you so your tires are well-maintained. My dealership pointed out to me that two of my tires were balding and quoted me an outrageous price. I took my vehicle to America's Tire like I always do and the sales staff pointed out the same tires my dealership did, without overselling or over pitching unnecessary Services. They have always been honest and very knowledgeable with their service. On this day I went in without an appointment on my lunch break and my tires were installed and ready to go in a timely manner.

I appreciate how the whole team is super helpful, honest and go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken careOf whether that s squeezing us in for last minute appointments, giving the financially savvy versus the salesy advice on when to change tires, I ll continue to buy my tires here.

I tried out this shop on recomendation after previously goin thru les schwabs. I spose the price was slightly cheaper but les schwabs not only realigned the rig but also turned off sensors. Americas tires scanned the sensors but didnt turn them off nor did they realign...just sayin. Guess im a suck for service. Other than that, staff was super nice n knoledgeable.

Being able to shop, compare, and order online provided a worthwhile shopping experience. I was able to find the exact tire I wanted. Once ordered, the store emailed me when the tires arrived and I made an appointment for the installation. I appreciated the option to pay or not to pay online - and the explanation of the advantage of paying online.The staff was courteous, informative and attentive. I watched the two staffing the floor and both listened to the customers and took time to explain and educate.The store was clean and convenient. I was given an estimated time, and they were spot on.I highly recommend shopping online first, their prices are good and it is worth making sure you are getting both what you need and the best price.

How was this shop not busy? This was the 8th different car I ve taken to them. I have a brand new Mazda3 with a slowly leaking tire the dealer said was not leaking and refused to fix or change the tire. America s tire found a nail and that the wheel was seeping air from where the wheel meets the sidewall and added sealer to it. No more leak! They didn t charge me for being a loyal customer and rebalanced the wheel and rotated the tires. They take care of their customers and it shows. Juan is super helpful at the desk and very knowledgeable. Tom did the work and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be going back (again)

This is the best tire shop and I highly recommend them. All the employees are great. I have been going to this shop on Fresno Street and Shaw Avenue for many years, best customer service around.

I just wanted to say, I have never been more satisfied with my car service! America's Tire has great customer service and gave me a price match on my four tires. On top of that, Kyle from America's tires worked with me and gave me an update on my vehicle. The lug nuts on fords have a manufacturing defect and he replaced all of them with no charge. They are great, fast and reliable. 100% recommend going here.

I've been going to America's tire shop for years . All of the gentlemen have been excellent service and they don't always try to sell you tires you don't need they let you know where you at with the tread and allow you to make the decision. Absolutely amazing costumer service ! Also it's always busy better to come in when they open or make an APPOINTMENT !

I couldn't be happier w the service they provide here. Ive had 3 tire people that would always do the bare minimum if that.1. They fit to my budget.2. They didn't try to upsale me.3. They helped w the right size for my rims (others just wanted to sell)4. They transferred my air pressure sensors.5. Felt Welcomed and the entire staff was working as a team and ready to answer any questions i had.Definitely gonna be my go to for tires

Never been here before, but great first experience, I made an appointment online which I definitely would recommend. The guys got my car in and finished within 30 to 45 minutes of me checking in and I didn t even have the wheel lock key and they were able to swap them out. Will definitely be coming back.

I think this is one of the finest businesses in town. You may be able to get better prices at Costco, but I am not so sure. But their customer service here is unbeatable. So friendly and hard working.This is a follow up: one of my hun caps went missing, and my technician found a replacement from their stockpile. That is that extra level you will have trouble finding anywhere.Love this place!

Save yourself time and go to America s Tire. They are friendly and helpful!I went to Les Schwab and they tried to tell me the screw towards the center of the tire was too close to the side wall and they couldn t repair it. They were very happy to quote me new tires ranging from $120 to $220. I said thank you, but I am going to take my car back.I took my car to America s Tire (they had same day appointments available). I showed an employee the screw, told him what Les Schwab said, and he looked at me like really? Based on what he said, I am not the first customer Les Schwab tried to treat like a fool. The employee also said if by the slight chance the tire is not repairable, we may be able to get you a used tire to save you money.America s Tire fixed my tire right up. They also found a blade in the same tire Les Schwab either completely missed it or didn t bother to tell me and fixed it up. I gave the two guys who fixed my tire a nice little tip.I will definitely not return to Les Schwab and continue to give America s Tire my business. You should do the same.

I m so heartbroken about this review. On one hand I want to give this place a 5 star rating on the other hand I want to give them no stars. I came in today and and was assisted by Kyle. This guy was great at the beginning. But when we asked for our military discount he straight up flipped and became rude. He acted as if I was pan handling or something. I have been to this specific location and recommended many people and would hate it anyone I recommended was treated this way. This is why I m giving a rating of 4 instead of the 5 stars. Thanks Kyle you cost AMERICAS TIRE A well deserved star.

Best tire store in town! They price match anyone, I mean anyone, even Costco. Super fast service, I was told 45 minutes, and they were done in 20 minutes.I called to get a price quote on Monday morning, and on Tuesday, they got them installed. Probably the best customer service around. If anyone is looking to get new tires, I highly recommend American Tire.Thanks a lot, American Tire!

I have been a customer of discount tire for 30 years. Started using America's tire when I moved to Fresno 10 years ago. While it is true that staff vary from location to location, I have found that their staff tends to be well qualified and their customer service is excellent. They are good about recognizing other potential problems such as wipers and making recommendations. Their repair prices are extremely good. Their waiting area is pretty sparse, and they get really use a coffee maker during the Winter. 2 thumbs up!

I've had dealings with the staff at the Fashiion Fair Mall site over the last five years, and have always found rgem courteous, helpful, professional, and always go out of their way to find a solution to your problem. My daughter, today, had an interaction with them and came away singing their praise. Many thanks to David and his staff for helping her out.

Tires are necessary for vehicle travel. Having good tires is insurance for safe travel. As a retiree with a good amount of travel in my future, I look for a good blend of quality and price.I called around shopping for that balance of name brand quality and reasonable price. I found that at the Fresno America's Tire. Their shop is neat and orderly, and staffed with workmen who put customer service first.

First time coming here and Louis was very kind and knowledgeable. Got my flat repaired quick and effectively by their tech Isaiah! Very straightforward with no up selling just a legit concern for my safety. Overall great experience will be coming back for any of my tire needs! Highly recommend!!

Thought I was going to have to wait until after the holiday to wrangle up a spare Goodyear Wrangler for my Ranger. Nope! Julian picked up the phone & contacted their truck to get my tire delivered to the store within the hour. The morning of New Years Eve! I got down there & they took care of it as soon as my tire came off their truck. Top notch service in a pinch. Great job, guys.
