I have been a member since 2013 and I must say, America's tire is the best tire shop I have been to. Their customer service is great, they are knowledgeable and their service is guaranteed. One of my tires popped once and it happen soon after I purchased it, they replaced it for free, I know it seems like common sense they should replace it but you will be surprised to find out other might not have replace it, (speak from experience).the staff looks young but they really know what they are doing.

Newly built. Excellent Shop. The guys here are super chill yet professional. I came in with my GTI today. I bought a set of tires. They had an inventory issue. Instead of refunding me and telling me to go down the street like most shops would. They just gave me the next set of tires that they did have in stock.(a free upgrade)Since my tire had a nail in it. Them going out of their way to help me, saved me a major headache of having to look for a shop that had a set of tires on hand within my price range.That deserves recognition for being customer focused.

Thank you so much to all the guys for their exceptional service today! Had a couple of tires improperly balanced and rears with wrong pressure by a different location. I can't wait for my bus to be riding smoothly down the highway again!

I always come here for my tires..they have great deals depending on how much your willing to spend. Customer service is always good they know what they're doing. I came in earlier to get my tire pressure cause it was low, the technician does a full service inspection on the all tires and aired it up for me. To find out I had a nail in one. So brought it in later they got me in and out in 30 minutes with the repair. Good guys for sure they didn't charge me for repairing my tire. I highly recommend this spot for your tires and any simple work done on your vehicle.

Great team! Speedy process from buying to installing. They also price match. Although they don't offer alignment services but other then that 5 stars overall.

I was pretty tired after running off of a donut all day and treaded lightly into this shop. I felt no pressure dealing with the salesman, but didn t feel any effect of over inflation in today s economy when replacing all 4 tires on an old Honda. I hope these guys don t retire because they are all-around very good at their jobs!I know this might fall a bit flat, but it s OK because I have a spare to back me up.

Talk about service with a smile for our Tesla vehicles. Order a set of 4 Michelin tires for my Tesla on their website and set up an appointment. While I was at my appointment took about 30 to 40 minutes to install brand new tires with rotation and balancing. Everybody there was friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and they always had a smile on their face. Don't forget about the free tire repair, rotation and balancing for life of your new tires.Update 7/2/22: My Michelin tires went on sale for $110.00 cheaper for July 1st - July 4th holiday sale. I went back to the store and told the Head Manager about the $110.00 deal off. He told me give me your same credit card you use and bam! Next thing you know I'm $110.00 richer in my pocket.

Our party was in the midst of a road trip and a tire from our car rental has unfortunately gone flat. This location was quick and proactive and helped us with our woes. They patched the tire and also swiftly replaced the spare. We expected to pay some sort of sum but to our surprise they said no charge. With great delight it turned our day back to a positive one. Thank you so much!

I have used a few America s tire stores. The store by far is the best of all of them. The professionalism and the attention to detail makes this store a five star recommendation. Excellent management at the time I was there today.

Called and ordered some tires for my pick up. Had over a grand for 4 tires ready to go. Guy on the phone convinced me to go to his location as opposed to the fashion fair location. When the tires arrived, i went to the location for installation. The guy at the counter refused to install my tires because he said they wouldn't fit. I showed him that it was the exact same size tire i had been running on the car for the last 50,000 miles. Still he refused. I have 4 vehicles, i just spent $600 with this company last month, was attempting to spend another $1200 with them this month, and the was planning to spend another $500 next month. Looks like i will be taking my business to another company.

I had ordered a Michelin tire from another place. They took over a week and I never even got it. Called them on a Sunday got the tire for the same price. Got it installed on Monday. Super fast and very nice. I believe it was Luis who helped me. Super nice guy

Wow! Best service I have ever received at a tire shop. James helped us and he was incredibly helpful, super professional and just overall a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with. They had us in and out of there with a new tire and a complimentary tire patch on another tire that had a nail in it, all within 45 minutes. I can t wait to come back for my other tires. I HIGHLY recommend! So thankful for them!

I had a whole lot of issues with tire shops in the area and then I came to this particular America s best tire. Had my tire in stock, installed it, balanced and rotated in less time then it took for me to complete one kill/death in a 1v1 Super Smash Bros match . The female mechanic has got skills! Props given when deserved. Go here until everyone realizes this place is fast.

I want to thank Shawn and everyone that works there. Fast and courteous service, my tire had a slow leak and they found the problem and plugged it. Checked all my tires , at no charge!!! Definitely will make this my store for all my tire needs. Also very clean and roomy waiting room.

The warranty certs a well worth investment!! Never fails and well this location on west shaw has sure enough made up for previous experience elsewhere location. The warranty cert alone will always keep me coming here!

5 stars for installers, however...Zero for sales staff...I called ahead to see if tires were in stock. The salesperson told me they were. I asked him if he could physically check. He told me he actually placed his hands on the tires, confirming they were actually in stock. I asked him for a price out the door.After checking in, I was informed it would be about a 20 to 30 minute wait, no problem. I waited for over an hour and a half before I inquired about when my tires would be installed. Salesperson I spoke with over the phone informed me that the tires were not in stock, however the warehouse was close and he would go get the tires immediately. Since he wasn't honest in the first place, I almost left. But, I was already there, needed tires and was informed that the tires were close by, I chose to wait.After the 4 hour mark, I was getting ready to simply drive away when I noticed the salesperson pulling into the shop. Even though that person deserved an earful from me, I've realized at my age, it doesn't matter. I just wanted to get out of there with new tires.The installers wasted no time installing the tires as I made my way in to pay.Cashier rang me up for over $80 more than what I was quoted by the original salesperson.I told the cashier that was more than I was quoted, wanted to know what I was being charged for. Yeah, you guessed it, they threw on the additional warranty without informing me.Nothing pisses me off more than someone trying to spend my money without my authorization.Simple, when someone calls for a quote, that's the time to discuss what the tires cost installed and offer the customer the OPTION to choose anything the shop offers in ADDITION to the installed price.They did this on purpose because they knew I was price shopping. Adding insurance adds more to the quote, and in addition, if he didn't have them in stock, he knew I wouldn't come. Nothing can convince me that this was not done deliberately, it was.There is absolutely no excuse when companies do this! So, I ask.. Is it worth losing $1,200 in tire sales, not only from me and my repeat business, but all the people I know, for lying about what's in stock and a shady $80 insurance scam?

I love this tire shop as soon as my taxes come in I m coming back to replace all 4 tires! The people are so freaking nice and they helped me out ! Very genuine company!!I found my tire shop !!You guys wouldn t regret itIt s pricy but honestly we ll worth every cent!

I don't own a car at this moment(hopefully gonna change soon?). I remember a good friend of mine bought a full set of tires here. They were quick, efficient, and affordable. My friend was stoked when they saved her money by meeting a competitors everyday low price. Service like that is why I am mentioning these guys for tires.

The best service, the best communication, and the fastest tire shop I ve ever been to. I will be coming back to this place, they patched up my tire and made sure all tires were the same air pressure. As a lady I didn t know what to do and I was stressed but after I spoke with them I was very comfortable knowing that they cared about me and cared about fixing my tire. Thank you.

Walked in on a Saturday morning needing new set of tires before heading to Atwater. Young man helped us pick out the best tires, we bought the certificate and they offer free rotation every 6k miles. I left the car to have breakfast. They texted me telling me the status of my car. Within an hour my car was done. Fast and friendly service from start to finish!
