DO NOT recommend doing business with them! I ordered a fender that came in very damaged. It was poorly packaged, they told me that it s not there issue and that all the blame is on me. They did not offer any refunds at all and are very very slow to respond to me. It s been over 3 weeks now since they ve last responded to me. They are offering no help at all. I do not recommend doing business with them, they are not for making their customer happy!! Shady people!Now I the customer am out almost $600.

They got me a specific part with a specific part number that I needed. Got told a price payed by phone. Got the part days later turned out to be wrong part number got upsold for the specific part number I needed. Great service. Only reason I didn t 5 star was because I got TAXED by about $200.

I highly recommend choosing all American truck and auto parts for your needs. Recently, my work truck faced a breakdown and required a new transmission. Upon consulting my mechanic, I was informed that it would take a lengthy two weeks to acquire the transmission. Determined to find a quicker solution, I reached out to numerous companies in Fresno. Fortunately, I came across Matthew, who promptly assisted me in obtaining a transmission within a week. However, I still hoped to discover someone who could expedite the process even further.To my delight, Matthew called me back merely an hour later with an exceptional proposition. He informed me that if I brought the transmission to their facility, his team could rebuild it in just two days. Impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I gladly accepted their offer. Thanks to Matthew and his team's exceptional efforts, my truck was back up and running within a week. This enabled me to resume serving my valued customers and generating income.

Absolutely awful. They basically robbed me. I sent them $230 about a month ago for an inner door panel on my truck. I received a heavily damaged door panel in an otherwise undamaged box with an insufficient amount of packing material. I made numerous phone calls to them over a three to four week period, they asked for multiple photos of the box and panel, and told me that they were filing a claim with ups. They kept telling me they would call me back after every call and would never call me back. i kept getting different people every time i called, and they just kept leading me in circles i finally went and disputed their charge with my credit card today, and honestly i believe after everything i have been through with them that they basically committed fraud and intentionally sent me a damaged door panel so they could get my money and keep it. These people are terrible what a nightmare.

I had an issue with the differential on my truck, as it was making a loud winding noise. After visiting a couple of mechanic shops, I received exorbitant quotes for either rebuilding my differential or purchasing a used one from a parts store like All American. Fortunately, I contacted All American and they had a differential in stock with low mileage, at a much lower cost compared to the mechanics' quotes for higher mileage differentials. I want to extend a big shout-out to Saul and Matthew for helping me save a considerable amount of money. Thank you once again!

Saul was very helpful, pleasant, efficient, and professional. He responded quickly to my texts and kept me informed as to the order. As I had never purchased a spare tire before, he gave me the option of checking with a friend after purchasing it, and if I wasn t completely happy, I could return it. If I ever need something else from All American Truck and Auto Parts, I feel confident they will provide the best service possible.

I ve never posted a review for a company until now. I work for a body shop and spend most of my time on the phone on hold trying to locate parts. When I called All American without being put on hold I was surprised. I ve never had a better experience dealing with a company than I have with them. They were so helpful insuring that I got the right part and the quality that I needed. Saul is the best I can t thank him enough for the quality service with which I received. Even though I called him back several times in a row to add another part or verify what I needed he always answered my questions and went beyond to reassure me that I was getting what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

All American auto had the back glass for my Tahoe that I absolutely couldn't find near me. Saul shipped this thing from CA to NC without a hitch. These guys will be my first call if I ever need anything in the future.... Thanks again Saul!!!

This was the ONLY shop that had a back window for my GTO. After weeks of looking around I called and they had what I needed. I picked it up the next day since I live a few hours away. Shoutout to John for very fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this place if you wana get your stuff and go . 5 stars

I was travelling from the east coast, had an accident destroying the back rear driver door and window of my Chevy Express van. All American Truck and Auto Parts had replacement door. It was viewable on their website. I called, talked to their awesome parts guy, Sal, paid for it over the phone, then drove down to pick it up. They had it ready, loaded it in my van, and in a few minutes, I headed back home. The door met my expectation, the price was fair, and the service was friendly, fast, and reliable. I highly recommend this place and am grateful they were there with the part I needed, when I needed it.

These guys are awesome!! I was looking for a set of wiper arms for my dump truck. I searched all local dismantled sources and all over the net. Most places didn t answer and if they did, it was with a poor, lazy attitude. My purchase was under $100 and even then, Mike took his time to send me photos just to make sure I acquired the correct part. You can t beat that! These guys take their business serious and I will definitely be coming back if need be as well as highly recommend them to others. I run a business myself and professional courtesy is key! I contacted Saul for a transmission and it wasn t an easy order. Saul researched, kept me updated, and located a transmission for my needs. He was very reasonable regarding the price, working within my budget so my wife wouldn t leave me, and got me what I needed for my protect vehicle.Although I don t live in the Fresno area, I ll be a return customer. The service is worth the few hours I ll need to drive to get my parts.

I bought a harness from this company 8 9 months ago and it was the wrong harness after installing it. Mike and his company have made it right for me and gave me the proper harness that was needed for this vehicle of mine. He had made it right and helped me out through this process when the warranty was already passed. Awesome company to purchase stuff from I would recommend it and buy parts from them again.

American Truck and Auto was great find, Saul and Rick were very helpful in finding my truck fuel rail, they called me back as soon as they located one, sent me photos of it....so I could verify it with mine under my hood, it's just what I needed, they are sending it out promptly, I'm excited to get it and install and have a secure fuel line now !! I'll call them for every used part I need in the future too.... and I recommend everyone should do the same for your trucks !! John
