Kept me updated with phone calls and text alerts and offered drop off and pick up after leaving vehicle so I wasn t stuck there. My car is running smooth and so much better.

Went in to get the wiring for me engine repaired due to Squirrels chewing the wires and they did a grate job with that.BUT I told them not to change my spark plugs that I was going to do it my self when my car was done being worked on they tried to charge me for sparkplug replacement and work. they got mad that I told them I did not want them to chang my spark plugs they went back removed rhe spark plugs they installed gave me different spark plugs other then the ones that where Originally there.when they put the caps back on they Stripped the bolt and snapped a bowl inside of this park like cap housing when I called them about it they said we have no idea and hung up on me Definitely won't be going back there .

I m so thankful to all the guys at A-tech Auto Repair. We are from Hawaii and didn t know where to fix my Son s car..been going here for over a year now.Ramon helped set it up to get the car towed in. We just bought this car and unfortunately it kept breaking down. They fixed the car for all kine different problems and also took care of my son from dropping him off at school FCC to taking him to McDonald s and then to his apartment . I am forever grateful to Ramon, Willy, and all the guys at A-Tech Auto RepairIf you re Poly or not you will feel at home with these guys.

Outstanding I could not more highly recommend A-Tech Automotive as the ideal choice for auto repair I had an engine rebuild job done there for a 1989 Mazda B2200 & Luis the rebuild mechanic there is world class Ramon the customer relation mgr is awesome great to deal with 5

Unfortunately this business was recommended to me. Yes they are very nice people, but unfortunately very dishonest. Both my head lights went out and I asked for a diagnostic for the reason why my lights been giving me problems and also asked them to check for a clicking sound under my hood. They charged me $520 for replacing my head lights and for the diagnostics. At first I thought not bad, and also my lights will work better than before. Which they didn t work better than before. Than I spoke to some good friends and a good mechanic unfortunately too busy to go to sometimes, and they told me they charged me for a diagnostic which was unnecessary and they charged me double for the lights which was syllyania headlights around $148 for both, and they re only $30 each. For the other job they wanted to charge me $1,500 and the other mechanic told me it was an easy job and told me they re also trying to charge me double. I read the reviews before going and I thought people are going to be people and I m not going l take the sides of the handful of bad reviews and it was my mistake because those people were telling the truth. If you guys are done dirty by any mechanic please reach out to the bureau of investigation for automotive, because they will investigate and good chance you can possibly get your money back and it well be held against the company for the complaint they get.

These guys provided great, friendly customer service! They found the electrical problem and fixed it on the same day that others were booked. They also provided me a lift to my place of employment while they worked on my car, and they offered to pick me up.The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because they charge a diagnostic fee in addition to the repair. I understand why they would want to charge a diagnostic fee for those who choose not to accept their repair service, but typically when a diagnostic fee or estimate is charged, if you hire them to fix the problem, the diagnostic fee is applyed toward the repair. In this case, I feel like the diagnostic fee inflated the cost of the repair. I could be wrong, and maybe it's now standard practice in the industry, but I felt a bit overcharged. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Thought this was a good place, but not many days later, after coming here, I found out they scammed me. They charged me almost triple the amount of what the work really cost.

Another great job by Willy, Ramon, and the guys over A Tech Automotive. I had to get a transmission for my 04 Volvo S80, they replaced it and my car is running better and faster than ever. I highly recommend that everyone to take their vehicle to A Tech they do excellent work and have excellent customer service. The shop was great. I m new in Fresno and hoping to find a good shop to take my car and this is the new shop for me. The works are friendly, respectful, reliable and very understanding. They treat the vehicle like is their which is very important. They explained what was going on with my vehicle, how long it would take to fix and the exact amount I ll have to pay. Great customer service, always fast and reliable. They sent me an email with all the repairs and pricing, while also having the option to accept or decline work through the link. Its very convenient. A-Tech did a great job on my 2008 ford edge. My transmission had went out and they were able to get me a used one at a reasonable price. Now my Car runs like a champ. I paid for a rebuilt engine and was put under warranty. The price for my oil change was the same as everywhere else. But in a few months they upped the price. I m now paying almost 20 dollars more than other places. I have to pay it to keep warranty. I also made an appointment for my brakes and they took my car saying it will be 2 hours. Nothing happened and they had my vehicle all day. I was forced to go somewhere else. This company is money hungry. Please try to avoid. Great mechanics but way overpriced and they obviously don t care about their customersService: Engine repair

They helped me get in and out quickly when it came to getting an estimate and diagnostic on my Subaru! Everyone there was very accommodating, and even offered to drive me home instead of getting an uber. Great and reliable service here! We created an appointment online and then dropped off the car the following morning. The team provided clear communication that they would review the area of concern and conduct an overall inspection. The shop called us later in the day, I really appreciated their communication and the work put into making sure our vehicle was safe. This was my first time visiting A-Tech. The guys were very nice and took care of the routine maintenance, while also diagnosing some other issues. Ramon dealt with the extended warranty company and we will take care of the additional work next week. Definitely a nicer experience than going to the Subaru dealer. Wonderful mechanic shop to do business with. They are honest and fair. Easy to work with. The mechanic are awesome. They know what they are doing and if you have issues...bring it back. They are happy to make things right. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely awesome shop. The guys in the office (Willy and Ramon) we re both friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in checking our recently purchased Subaru and extremely helpful in performing needed maintenance. The mechanics were also very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. They not performed the maintenance we needed they noticed and resolved a few minor cosmetic issues securing a mud flap and part of the exhaust evap system. Overall we were quite pleased with how professional and friendly the entire shop was and greatly appreciate the service. A+ to Willy, Ramon, Luis for their expert care. A+++ to A-Tech Auto Repair for the customer service and expert services. Definitely a shop I ll keep taking my vehicles to for service. Great place to take my vehicle. The owner and service manager Willy was a friendly face to meet at the desk. Costs were clear and not ambiguous. Willy explained how his diagnosis process works, and how he needs agreement with the customer once a diagnosis is made with how much it will cost. Went in last Friday to find out why my car wouldn't start normally and within 1 to 2 hours found out what the problem was and then some. Nothing too major thank God. Really got treated like family by the owner and the technicians. I was expecting my vehicle to be done by Monday but got done the same day. (Which saved me a trip to get a rental lol). My car s engine oil had been leaking for months now. My engine was basically on it s way to blowing up if I didn t get the problem fixed. A-tech auto repair came to the rescue and I couldn t be more grateful! I had gone to them before to get my engine oil filter housing done, and the part I bought was faulty. I needed to get the procedure done again since the old engine filter housing went out. The guys at A-Tech were very fast and efficient. They also let me know that I could come back if any other problems arise. I also have a warranty with the repair I just got done. Thanks so much again A-tech for fixing the only car I have. I have my head resurfaced after my water pump went out last year. They did a great job and my old ranger runs better than it did before. I took it back in a year later because I noticed my oil smelt contaminated and they didn t hesitate to sweep it under the warranty and offer great service. I now have to lower my rating because 3 years later I'm having to replace my alternator again of course the warranty was for 2 years. It should've lasted many years Replaced my alternator same day for exactly the price I expected

This company is very on point with giving you exactly what's wrong with your car. They also run a complete diagnostic on the entire car just in case if anything else could be wrong you don't have to get it fixed at that time its just to let you know for when you are ready. they only fix what you originally brought the car in for unless told other wise. you also get the complete print out of the diagnostic which I love its broken down not hard to understand. I will be recommending family and friends no other company here in Fresno does what they do and to break it down to you when they explain things is just awesome.
