Great Customer Service! Very knowledgeable. I spoke to Kevin and was very helpful with picking sizes on what works and doesn't. I have a 2018 F150 XLT 4�4. I was wanting a small aggressive look but didn't want to make any big chances. I like the 33" look so we found some tires that would work for me and my family. Not bad on the wheels and tires either. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking look other then stock. Very helpful people!

Patrick was great to work with on this project. The team at 4 Wheel Parts - Fresno did an amazing install of the ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.50-Inch Suspension Lift System Stage 3 and the BF Goodrich 315/70R17 KO2. Great Job!!!

Had an awesome experience at 4wheel parts! I was greeted right when I walked in door. Kevin was very knowledgeable he asked what I was looking for my Tacoma. which was an add a leaf on my worn out leaf springs. Kevin explained that that was a very common issue with Tacoma's and that add a leaf was more of a bandaid solution especially for what I was going to use my truck to tow my camping trailer. Kevin suggested old man emu leaf springs which we're perfect for my truck and in my budget!Was very satisfied with great quality of costumer service from Kevin, he asked when was next camping trip told him it was less the a month away. he was fully booked but was able squeeze me in so l'd be ready for next trip. Kevin gave my peace of mind now I'll be safe on my next camping trips. THANK YOU Kevin and awesome crew who truly go above and beyond to get the job done!!

The staff is amazing and helped me pick out the wheels, tires, front bumper, rear bumper and also installed everything including the lift. Best in town for all your 4 wheel part needs.

Wasted my time here. First my appointment had been cancelled without telling me, then they said they could install my fog lights but later told me they wouldn t be able to do it and would have to bring it yet again, another day because they didn t have the wiring harness and bezel (this is after them looking at it before telling me this).

Some of these people need to calm down because this company helped me choose good products, yes they are very busy which is why it's good to give them a week or 2 to get stuff there and a time for installation! It worked out great they even gave me some stickers! Got the rims swapped to my tires and step bar installed took 3 hours. Thanks guys!

We have a pending refund since December 6th under Juan M. And still haven't received nothing. We call to the store and your staff keeps saying it has already been sent. We dont know whats else to do at this point but we need an answer ASAP!!

I first called the store over the phone for a lift for my 1997 Chevy k1500 and they were really helpful and informative. I decided to go to the store and put a down payment for the lift but they guy in the counter was not really helpful. He didn t seem interested in my project. He told me the lift I wanted wouldn t work for wheels I had bought already (although I ve done my research), and he didn t offer an alternative lift. I was disappointed because they had great customer service over the phone. I ended up buying my lift at another shop.

Amazing sales and mechanic staff. Was battling a difficult to find clunking sound in front end. They took a look and we re able to locate it and get it fixed

1st time shopping here and this location. Looked up a part online and called for a part check. I believe Patrick helped me out and made sure they physically had it in stock. Purchased it thru phone and picked up same day. Chill people and helped me carry it out to my car. Overall chill and easy place to get parts .

Amazing service! I had an alignment done but was still experiencing some steering wheel issues. I was thinking the steering still needed some fine tuning and was trying to find some time to bring my Jeep back in. I spoke to Mike and when I explained to him my problem, he insisted I bring the Jeep in ASAP just to check it out and make sure it was safe to drive. God bless him. Someone was definitely looking out for me because when he test drove it he found that my front track bar bolt was barely hanging on. Totally my mistake for missing to torque that bolt back down when I put the lift kit on, but thank God Mike had me come in when I called. They definitely take care of and look out for their customers. Highly satisfied and thankful to Mike and the team at 4WP for taking care of me!

Came in looking to get JUST prices on new control arms for a 1996 Chevy suburban on a 6 inch lift, or at least pricing on replacement bushings because the Moog control arms I bought are hitting the shock. It seemed like they didn't want to look anything up for me because they took me outside to my truck and told me to cut off the mounting bracket for the shock and weld it higher, also while telling me I'm physically unable get the rivets out of the ball joints without a shop. I just wanted some prices not to be told what I already know. Feels like they thought I couldn't afford it so I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

This place is awesome! Rene was one of the manager who greeted me and helped me through the whole process. He gave me options and advice to prolong the longevity of my truck. Never once did I felt like I was pressured to buy their products. I had them install the bilstein 5100 on my Tundra and they did amazing! The ride is smooth and the alignment is on point. Highly recommend this place and their business to anyone who wants to lift their vehicle professionally. Thanks Rene for taking the stress off my shoulder, you rock dude!

0-star!!! Worst experience ever. Ordered a set of wheels for my truck, was told 4-6 weeks ETA. Ok, no problem. Waited almost 2 months, still nothing. Called the store to get update and they put me hold for over 30 minutes! Walked-in and spoke with manager. They couldn't get an idea when it'll arrived, so I went ahead and cancel my order. They said they'll mail a check out to me and that it should take 4-7 days to come in the mail. Checked my mail everyday since, still nothing! What company issues their refunds through mail? I paid with a debit card and they couldn't process refund back onto the same card! It's been over a month and still haven't received my check refund by mail! Even called the store multiple times throughout the month, no update! This company is a joke! I would encourage everyone to stay far away! Thank you, I'm now down $1200! Zero customer service, zero professionalism whatsoever! You've lost a customer!

Order a snorkel grill replacement and sent an email and did a customer review on the site to be contacted to see if I could get a refund as universal fit didn't even work. No answer till this day. First time I order a snorkel for pick up and was ignored by the staff until I had to tell them to help me. Last time I'm ordering from this dump. If you want to waste your money on this place that's on you.

Ordered tires on 3/23. Asked several times for an ETA. Its 4/18 and still waiting for an answer. I understand it takes time to get some tires in but at least provide an update. I called other places and they have the tires I am ordering in stock. Had some other work done. What was to take 2-3 hours to do ended up taking almost 10 hrs. I made arrangements to wait since I was from out of town, really sucked to wait that long there. They did do an excellent job on the work so at least it was done right... The longer the tires take the more frustrated I am becoming and contemplating using them in the future. Will provide an update when the time comes.Update: got a call that the tires are in on 4/20/21. Said it would be 2 more weeks before they could install since I could only do Saturdays because of work. Called me in to get done a week early, super happy about that. Took only as long as they said so pleased with that. Overall I'm happy with the work they did.

Wow, I had bad customer service also. Also reading all these bad reviews on this store? Guess you have to be there to experience it for yourself like I did.. I was waiting and waiting for help like 6 to 7 mins. Of course they where with 2 customers on the registers. One worker was talking to the customer bout his weekend, and other b.s. like really??? I'm waiting here for help. I didn't even get a Hello when i walked in or I'll be with you in a moment sir? There where laughing b.s...ing... I walked out.. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered sweet seat covers for the jeep. Directions say to put the top cover first, easier if the bottom goes on first. Looks great. Next is new fog lights.

Let me just start by saying Patrick P was very helpful and understanding. Took my truck in got a suspension installed and ready the same day. I wasn't satisfied the way it turned out but Patrick made sure he got my truck ready to rock to my satisfaction and made sure the proper adjustments were made at no extra costs. 4WP Fresno knocked it out the ball park with the install. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. 5 Stars for Patrick. And 4.5 for the store because phone wait times(20-30mins) are a bit too long. Good job Pat just an asset to the store. Need info or help he's the man to talk to!

Read the reviews. Not just on google review but on other sites. Don t order online. It s so bad. I have ordered front and rear shocks and it took me a month for the front to come in. The rear shocks have not came in and it s been three months. I emailed and haven t received any responses. I called and they conveniently were not available between 12pm and 1pm. I was told my parts were to come in late march or early April at most I ordered in early February. I talked to a guy at this area and he was not all helpful about what shocks fit my vehicle. I admit it was not a hard thing to find out but he did not give any effort to help. I just don t recommend you do business with this company based off my experience.

This store has terrible customer service. We order from online and had ship to store and they took a month and a half to let us know the tires were in store. We asked to cancel the order and they wanted us to pay a restocking fee 15% the customer service agent Paul answered the call first and told me he would check on the fee and put me on hold for about 5 min. When I was then hung up on. After I called back I get the customer service agent Rene who try s to argue with me about my order and asked why I didn t try to cancel sooner. He kept giving me the run around. This place has terrible customer service and I would never recommend this place. And I will never shop here again.

What a shame. Use to love this place years ago. Now you're lucky if they will answer a phone and if you go on store, the wait can be just as rediculous even with very little customers inside. The owner needs to clean house and get employees that want to work.
