My shop has ordered parts thru this 1800 location for well over 5 years if not 10. Sadly my last order still has not shown up, no eta, no communication from 1800. I have been calling and getting the run around for 3 days now. 1800 was great at one time, but prices have crept up (cheaper to buy most radiators from my local autozone) service has went down the tubes. I hope this review does not fall on deaf ears

We always go through them and never any problems until recently. We bought a radiator with life time warranty. It started leaking so we took it back and they don't want to honor the warranty cause I lost the receipt. I ask for them to look it up and they refuse to do thatIt has their marking that the put in blue writing but even thats not enough. Sad I won't be going there anymore
